Hi guys,
after u try to beat Soulus first time, u weak up in a laboratory. At this point, my HUD (Headup Display) is gone - when i want to see my status (health), i've to press start.
Thats a little annoying, i think. Ok i'm near the end (i think), beaten Solus - but this question doesn't dissapear on my mind. Is this a bug ? Is this normal ? Help me...

Ya this happened to me to...it sux, doesnt it? AT first, i thought i was invincible 4 a while

Hehe, funny, cause this is the same i thought - "Cool, im invincible" - the first enemy that appeard convinced me, that i'm wrong ;)

After that i loaded the savegame short before 3 times, cause i thought this was a bug.
Seems not so...this is so senseless - why no statusindicator of your health in maingame ? If i pause it, i see my status anyway.

Nevertheless, i like this game, cool story and a nice mix of egoshooter and (hehe) Beat em' Up :-)

u hav 2 understand that the begining of the game is derrick coles memory and hes dreaming but wen u beat solus 4 the 1st time he wakes up and hes not in the machine thing so hes now in the games real life

Yes, but the point is:
Hud is gone, but if you press start you still see the health - where is then the logic when u say "this simulate the real-life after dreaming" ?

I mean, i see no different to the game before, except this timewasting, sucking start-pressing for health/ammo-check ;-)

Let's forget this discussion, i would say, i just started the thread cause i wanted to know, whether this was normal or not...this question is answered

I've beaten the game, and the song in the "real" outro, is so awesome "Trust Company - Take it all", i love this song

yeah wen i was in that helicopter I saved it and wen the ending finished I loaded that save game just to listen to the song

if you were good at the game you wouldnt have to worry about your helth, i just beat the game on expert without dieing, again, and i never worryed about dieing

I did't want to say anything more in this post, cause all things were cleared, i thought, but this is the worst argument i've heard about this topic, sry.

First of all, its not the health alone, i want to know, how much ammunition i have, before i storm a room full of marines.
But yeah, i know, this is also no problem for you, right ?
You count every bullet you shot, so u always know how much ammo/gren you have left, without an indicator - i admire you :-)

The mainpoint is: This is no argument ! It doesnt matter,
whether this game is easy or not. Look, i don't wanna
argue with you, but this like you say:

"Hey car-driving is so easy, when you were good at driving, you wouldn't need a tachometer"

The best argument was already written "dreaming/reallife", i accepted that so this thread could be closed, i thought.

IMHO, this game was not one of the easier games (especially the room after the jumping sequence - but hey i'm a casualgamer :-)
