o.k this is my second time meeting with him now this time i can hurt or punch him.... i'm at the part when you open the door... then Solis pops up behind you talking. now has soon as i said " are you gonna stop me" i run behind him while he talks to me and start hitting him... so i have a couple of free shots already. now heres the hard part, it takes me a long time to get some shots to him, as soon as i get him a couple of times he says " that not wise of you" and laughs then i start the punching again ... this fool blocks and does some kind of fast trick on my and kills me.

so can you guys give me a hint to beat him?

breakdown is a fun and orginal game to play so i don't know whay people don't like it... i like this game alot better then ninja gaiden

Alright this is really annoying, but what you have to do is run right when he starts speaking. Enter the first big room and look left, open the valve. Then run some more. Find a second valve and open it, then find the third valve and open it. Once all three of them are open you can open the huge door leading to the sewers. It's really tough, but if you do it fast enough you'll do it. You can't kill him, so you'd might as well get really really good at ducking and jumping over those lazer explosive things.

This is in response to Petus,you can beat solus,just not at that time. Eventually in the game you'll have to fight him in this arena type thing,the first time in the arena thing you lose,but you win the second time.

you dont fight him you gotta turn all the vlves in the rooms go up the stairs there will be a few things

1: a pipe with a wheel attached to it
2:a hallway jutting out to the left or right i dont remember to well

anyway turn the whhel after you answer him while his still talking preferably and run down the hall the place is kinda like a maze go to two other rooms like the fierst one those will have soldiers in them kill them turn th wheels and head down a slope with a couple of trip wire explosives (there are a ton of them in the whole area) open a door with wheel handel to open it open it quick there will be a hole jump down it and youll be in the sewers thats all ill help you wit fir now
