where do you find the chiefs navi he is sposted to be in ACDC but I just cant seem to find him... so can someone help me please.

I needed to find the four old peoples navis so I found all of them and the last one said the last thing that i needed to do was find the chiefs navi.(this is before my first battle with topman when you are trying to fix topman)
