I've simply used Colours of Football to create mine.

The only tricky one, I feel, is Chelsea's away kit. For the time being I'm using the two full-length diagonal stripes, until I think of something cleverer. Anyone got any better solutions?

I've already tried something similar however, I'm a bit of a perfectionist and I really want the two different colour lines down the middle. I doubt I'll be able to get that, but thanks for the reply anyway!

Problem with the French Home kit is the red bits under the arms, trying to get them along with the stripes on the shoulders is near impossible. So you can either do away with them or have larger red parts, I think the larger red parts looks naff. Try this and see what you think:

Shirt: Go 1 Across and 1 Down.
Colours: Bottom Blue, Bottom White, Second Bottom Red.

Shorts: Go 1 Across and then all the way to the bottom.
Colours: Bottom White, Bottom Blue, Second Bottom Red.

Socks: Doesn't matter on the style they should be plain red.
Colour: Second Bottom Red for both.

To make the away kit just switch the blue and whites around and make the socks all white.
