How do you get past the level when you have to kill the gray behind the shield?

Well I have tried and cannot find a way, maybe this game just really sucks?

keep blasting the spheres when the grey releases them. They will explode and low up the shield. Is tricky

The best way I found was to change into the alien and take out the black op solidiers with your punch/swipe and when you get low on health use the parasite trigger (right)which will increase your health back to normal and then turn back to human form and blast away at the shield with the SMP, eventually if you keep swapping back and forth between being human and alien and keep blasting away at the shield it will explode and takes out the gray and then just take out the remaining black ops. Hope this helped, I've just finished it, not a bad game at all.

I've been trying everything to get thru this area...

I got the shield down and killed the gray, and its easy all you have to do is take the first two guys out with shot gun then run right up to the gray and fire repeatedly into the shield (At close range) then when your health is down, run back behind you to the two life giving thingy's, then back to the shield with shot gun until Gray is dead then take the rest of the guys out. Don't worry about the other guys until the gray is dead cause they just keep coming anyway

ahh those little buggers it is hard as hell here are 2 that i hate:
1. is when u fight 2 grays with shields at once
2. is when he is at the top of something and has a turrent undre him and there is a big green shield behind him


all of then gives out the orbs that turn in to other aliens

i hate this part cuz in my previous battle with theta or whatever i used all my ammo
