How good is this game?

This game is awesome...(hi eclipse btw) and after a bit, it isnt too difficult to grasp, the effects are so pretty it makes you drool, almost, and it is just an AMAZING game to play....a definite buy!

is it realatively easy to play? or does it take awhiel to ge tthe hang of the controls?

Tony Hawks is a good game but it doesn't come to par with SS3 Snowboarding. The game is without doubt the best two player snowboarding game outhere. The reason is that players can choose shortcuts (by breaking the out of bounds glasses) and also do enormous tricks to increase their points and boost bars. The games greatest attribute is the fact that you can buy cloths and attributes for your character. I dont know about you, but i think this game beats all driving games in terms of entertainment.

You can alo punch your rivals in the face (how about that?)to have full boost and perform great moves and tricks.

The controls were really easy for me. Offcourse I finished the first SSX. The controls are pretty easy though I'd say even for someone who hasn't play it before, you just press diagonally and you do a rodeo or whatever, press the grab buttons and tweak and you can rack up points. Once you know what you're doing you can do a little more advanced tricks like doing a handstand on your board while on a rail.

Pretty easy to get into. Still it has some difficulty like trieing to perform tricks by name in the Career highlight alot of them almost seem impossible just because I don't know what I'm supposed to do.

Glad I bought it for $24 Can, that was cheap.

Im glad you all rate it as good, I just bought it for £5.80. At this price I suppose it wouldn't have been much of a loss even if I didn't like it

I got bored of it after I played all the tracks and maxed out one character. Played it for around 3wks, got bored and haven't played it in a month or two.

Still for $26 Can I can't complain. I can't believe how bored I got of the single player though, to not play it anymore, maybe its time to play it again.
