i dont know, in first person it might be hard.

First person is rough. I usually only play a couple games like that, and stick to the traditional 3rd person view.

Sacking seems to be pretty easy with this game. On the default setting I racked up 12 sacks in one game using the Miami Dolphins. Jason Taylor is a monster. Charge up and use the rip move, and he throws the O-lineman out of the way for a clear path to the QB.

Shawn Barber for the Chiefs got me 4 sacks in one game, and I decided to turn up the difficulty. The defense is pretty easy on this game. I score lots of points, and only give up around 7-14, and thats usually on a busted play. I get a few shutouts per season as well.

I finally settled on a custom difficulty that boosts the CPU awareness and tackling, while dropping my team's blocking and tacklebreaking on offense.

I finally have it to where I have to work for the game, and if I make a couple of turnovers, it will cost me the game. And that is really how it should be.

My average game now is about 35-42 points on offense in a REALLY GOOD performance. I average around 21-28 though. I can still rack up sacks on a bad O-line though. Ryan Sims of the Chiefs is a beast when you charge him up and use L2 to get under the offensive guard. You can get right around him and nail the QB.

Its much better now than the default setting though.

I usually have atleast 20 sacks a game on pro with a simple method. Use a 4-3 defense, preferablly Carolina. Use the right analog to shift the defense downward to close the inside run. Well take control of the ILB and put him up to the line on the right side inbetween the DE on DT on that side. Then switch to the OLB using O to switch to him. Bring him up to the line on the outside of the DE on that side and do the same for the other side OLB. Then pick which OLB you wanna use and tap x and direct your guy through and press square to dive and get the sack. Power helps with creating injuries, fumbles, and gives your D a better chance to intercept the pass if hit when passing. Make sure you select Base for the D-Line and force fire for the rest of the D. Works great for me. Try it and tell me.
