As for weapons,I would like to see bombs included this
time around,it would be nice to use some LGB's or JDAM's
this time around

I forgot on that last post to include both the TND-IDS
and the TND-ADV,as other aircraft I would like to see
this time around.

I wouldn't mind seeing the good ol F-4 included this time,
the F-4 has and always will be one of my all time favorite
combat aircraft ever made.To me it looks the way a fighter
should look like and be.

I'd like to see the Gr. mk Harrier, not the AV-8. It would be cool to have them both in adition. I'd also like to see YAK-141s, MIG-21s, MIG-19s, MIG-33 (MIG-29M), Su-47 (S-37) F-4F ICE, F-4 2000, F-4 2020, Su-25, and lots more besides the basic F-15 and sfuff.

As foe weapons, GBU-29,30, 31, 32 JADM, AGM-154, AGM-148, CBU-87, CBU093, AGM-62, a AGM-45, AGM-88 that works properly,

Forgot to post this, but why Su-37? Its not much different than the Su-35, just a tester and stuff, not really for acual combat. Why not the Su-33? Becsue if there is a Su-35, and it can land on a carrier why not change it to the Su-33? The Su-33 could land on carriers and the Su-35 can't. Thats if there is a Su-35.

I'am very disapointed that the makers stuck to high-tech
missiles only instead of including bombs.I don't mind
using missiles,but it would've been nice to carry some
LGB's or persicion bombs as well

Uh Mike, I've seen many discussions like this around the net and I just have to correct yours as well:

1. The A-10 is the same as the A-10A, they only made 2 variants of the A-10 (OA-10A and A-10A). They are both about the same and I don't think you need to add variants when it is the exact same plane.

2. There is no need for any more variants of the F-35, none are really better than each other except for the C variant which of course is VTOL. The A and B variants are about the same, only differentiated by the specifications needed by the USAF and USMC.

3. The Su-37 is DEAD! Try Su-30MKI if you want TVC, people the Su-37 is DEAD, GONE, VAMOSHKA!

4. Please explain why you would want a JDAM in a video game? AC4 did a pathetic (at best) job with the JDAM. It serves no purpose in a video game unless the game is a REAL hardcore simulator and can actually grasp the purpose and propper usage of a JDAM.

Bombs wouldn't be bad to have, but believe me with how many people are crying about the variable in LS2 about increasing your payload and losing handling capabilities, it would be far worse if there were bombs in the game. From this aspect it is more than logical why they didn't put bombs in LS2 as compared to AC4 where payload doesn't affect handling.

Please leave out the Su-37 and WTF!?! S-47? What the hell is that? It is not a real aircraft regardless of its likeness towards the S-37/Su-47. By the way just to cause less confusion, please just call the S-37/Su-47 Firkin by its current NATO designator, Su-47. The Firkin has not gone by the designator S-37 since 1999.

Also leave out the F-25 and YF-23, IMO both are about worthless even though they have good stats. The F-25 almost always gets it engine blown out after about 5 minutes of combat and the YF-23 handles like a rubber ducky in a bathtub.

The weapons are all pretty decent even though most don't have realistic ranges (too short). The AA-11 and AAG-700 both suck in this game, the AAG-700 is IMO the most worthless missile in the game. And the AA-11 in LS2 is just the "Russian version of the AIM-9." In reality the most common countertactic to the AA-11 is ejecting

Well I guess the reason I mentioned having the JDAM
was because of having a variety of weapons and also
figured many people would want it.Personally its not
a big deal for me to have percision weapons,regular
free-fall bombs are just fine with me.

The F-25 is not really one of my favorites in the game,
ut I do like how the F-5Z handles and performs in the
game. The A-10A is also not too bad,but should've been
able to stand a bit more punishment IMOP.LSII is okay
and some of my negitive feelings have subsided some,but
say what you want,I will take AC-04 over this game any day,
even with all of its flaws.

My 2 fav jets are the Su-35 and F-5Z. The Su-35 because it is very controlable and has that large payload and the F-5Z because it is blazing fast and it is just soo much fun to play with.

Oh yes and I think a major factor they need to add in is armor as Mike had mentioned. It really sucks when an A-10 can only take as much damage as an F-16 can That IMO is one of the things they need to work on if there is ever a LS3

I too like both the SU-35 and the F-5Z,the F-35 is
also pretty good,but had a tough time with using it
on mission#16. Even fully armed with all Vipers,I've
gotten very close but not close enough...and this is
on the normal level.At least I did finally managed an
S ranking on easy,this game is not too bad.

And the A-10's armor needs to be inmproved as I mentioned
so it can stand a bit more punishment.

I also forgot the MIG-23 Flogger, MIG-25, MIG-31, Mirage F1, A-4, A-6, A-7, JA-37, and a lot more!

Lethal Skies has barely any aircraft to fly, even for a Playstation game.

Anyone try the Lock On Modern Air Combat demo yet? Very nice and relistic.

I hope to see those included in Ace Combat5
