Those of you who have followed my 'regarding salazar and not much ammo', will know that i get stuck quite a bit.
Well, i have completed the game at long last (), and am currently trying the mercs'. But i was wondering--on the waterworld stage, how do you kill that massive chainsaw man?? (i think he's called 'super salvador').

Patience and lotsa Riot Gun shells (if you play as Leon)

Well he's just like a Salvador, only a bit more persistent...but this time you need the help of grenades, chuck grenades at him while shooting with your best gun (I would strongly disagree using Leon in there in your first try), whenever you need to get Wesker, then you try Waterworld...but until you get the characters, you might wanna leave Waterworld alone

Krauser: Kill him with his arm attack but if you already used it then you could use a flash grenade and then keep hitting him with the arrow till he dies.

Wesker: Shoot him in the head with the rifle or you could use a flash grenade and shoot his head 3-4 times with the Killer7 and he should be toast.

Ada: You must be far and if you're far enough shoot him (shooting his head should save some ammo).

HUNK: You must have a full clip of TMP. First use a flash grenade if you have one then shoot his head with the TMP. If he doesn't die then run around like a maniac and repeat the process. Also explosive barrels are useful. Lure him into an explosive barrel and when he's close shoot it and than shoot his head with the TMP.

Leon: I don't know about him since I'm stuck with him in this level but I guess you should just shoot his head with your shotgun and some grenades should come in handy.

I totally agree with sub, but Ada is the same as wesker, get ur aim sorted with the rifle and you'll kill him easy.

Hunk I just throw grenades and shoot him from a distance.

Leon.. you can supposedly stun him with a shotgun headshot, but he sucks for me.

Yes he gets stunned everytime if the Riot Gun hits his potato sack. Hunk has a lot of grenades so that will help. Throw a grenade and hit his sack with the TMP. Ada and Wesker should be easy, just use the rifle. For Krauser use the arm attack.

ok ive onli done this level with kruser and HUNK o and wesker ok to kill salvador with kruser use his arm
Hunk. head shots with ur TMP and lots of greands when he stumbles
and wesker i just got on to a high buliding and sniped him

I had trouble with him, the only way i've done it is with Ada's Sniper Rifle, everything else I just fail miserably (like blowing myself up with Hunk)

Waterworld with Leon is the hardest part of the mercs,

But, I have my own little trick for taking down your friendly neighbourhood Dual-chainsaw wielding psychopath with the travesty of a character that is leon, he sux so bad,
Go to the highest platform of the level where u spawn when u hear his chainsawws rattle into action and there should be a barrell in the corner,
break it and theres usually a hand grenade in it. Equip it and when u see him land onto the platform lob it at his feet,
and then because he gets stunned, pummell his face with the riot gun and he should flinch every time you hit him,
takes about 7 shells to the face aswell as the granade, but it worked every time for me, now Im happily blasting away with the handcannon

Leon's Riot Gun is the easiest way, other than Krauser's special move.

I dont know why everyone finds the mercs so hard to b honest, the only hard player is Leon, because all his weapons are close range and slow reloading, players like hunk are asy because they have the neckbreaker, and a rapid fire weapon,
All Leon has is a crappy kick or 2, Leon on the water world is the only level I had ANY sort of trouble with...

That Dr. Salvador is really annoying. The first time I fight him with Leon I got my body sliced into 25 layers ready for their dinner.

Has anyone tried to fight Dr.Salvador with the Knife...and Knife all the way, no shooting him in the Knee-Caps then Knifing him, it has to be a 100% Knife Kill

.....and before anybody asks, I havn't done it either, I was just wondering if anyone else had tried it
