How do i get the cheats to work and wear does the nome appear

Ok, like many, I have also been confused. Well, I found the codes, but they wouldn't work for me either. So I've been looking at every cheat site possible, and I think I might have found the answer. I haven't tried this yet, so don't get mad at me if it doesn't work. Instead of trying the cheats at the house you are living in, you are supposed to visit another house and perform them there. I hope that this works. And by the way, how did you get the "All Areas" cheat working?

Cheats?! I didn't think there were any cheats out yet! Where do you get them? And how do you go to other people's houses?

Geeze.... How is anyone supposed to do that as fast as they tell you to?! I've tried to get the gnome at Mom's House, but I can't do it fast enough! And when they say "Down" do they mean D Pad down, or joy stick down?

the way i did it was on bustin out mode at the goth mansion, i just entered the cheat at a fast,constant speed. i have the gnome it is at the front of every place u visit in bustin out mode. i don't know what to do wid it though

u have to enter it in less than 1.5 seconds

The cheat can be entered anywhere, even in Free Mode, the gnome appears on the path where people walk through to get to your house and annoy you.....

Maybe the game wasn't finished for the cheats?? Just a thought...don't hold it against me.

okay, here's the deal. i got all the cheats in except two. they are the ones that are supposed to ill all motives and give u 10,00 dollars in cash. but i went to a cheat web site and it said after entering the cheat in start you have to select the cheat gnome and choose the 'fill all motives' decisiion. but the cheat never worked and i connot select the cheat gnome. It won't highlight...(stupid gnomes)
