Morrigan will, of course, be appearing in Dragon Age Inquisition, and BioWare released a screenshot today featuring our favorite (or most hated) witch. At least she's wearing something a bit more reasonable this time around. I never could figure out how her cupcakes weren't constantly slipping out in Origins.
So now our witch is in some kind of fancy gown and corset. I'm assuming the backdrop BioWare put her in has some significance as well. Judging by the level of fanciness, my bet rests with Orlais.
For those who romanced Morrigan or took her creepy offer, those choices will come into play in Inquisitions. In the latest issue of Game Informer, writer David Gaider said of Morrigan:
"[She] has a human role in this plot, which I think may surprise some people because they might only think of her as a plot device. She has this big plot she’s involved in, and while that’s true to an extent, I’m taking her to a human place. That will make sense after the fact.”
What's that all mean? Guess we'll see when the game is actually out.
