	Log in to remove this sponsored message hey all dont know if its right post here well i'm man utd and i play 4-2-4 at home and 4-2-3-1- away and i use get ball forward and use flanks to get attaking and i use get stuck in and hassle oppents for me away matches i started brilliantley then suddenly i played spurs and got hammered and nothing has gone right since any reason why or what should i do to change whats the best talks to give make them good team discussion

	I find that any negative teamtalks and the players complain to the media, best was is positive teamtalks with a narrow 1-0 win something like need to do better as that fires up the players

	ok thanks for that what about getting the team to do next i like getting ball forward and use flanks for home and get stuck in and hassle oppents for away is there anything different i should use?

	wide play is great for utd, those tactics are fine, its all about the players getting used to your tactics, morale is very important in this game so teamtalks are vital, i noticed first season kagawa was low on morale for some reason and wasnt playing well, talked to player - morale increased, he then went on a goalscoring spree which hes continued into the second season
