general discussion FM2013 Training problem

Alright lads.

I get instructed to put a player on individual sessions for tactical /focus & application or something along them lines , so ill click training option in bottom corner of message then when i try to set individual the options dont have tactical / focus or application ? could it be off ball or positioning ?

any help would be great cheers

I believe it to be that wherever you are playing your player.... You train him in that function.

ie. I play Yann Kermorgant (Charlton) as a Striker / Target Man. So I train him as a Target man. That is what I think it means by tactical position.

Also, When I get told to improve their focus, I change medium to heavy. Sometimes, it is neccesary to talk to player and tell them to up their training level.
