	This is experience from past FM's (think it was 09 last time I used it so they might not be as good as they once were or join BSN/S teams) but if you load Reunion and France there are a load of top players for the lower leagues. Just look in the main teams in Reunion, but with France it requires a while scouting because there are a lot of teams to scroll through. -------------------
