Started a game as Rotherham at weekend, currently about a quarter into my 2nd season. In my first season we won L2, gained promotion after 37 games but took until game 45 to secure the title after a bad run of form. Lost in the C1 Cup 2nd round to Wigan, the JPT 2nd Round to Hartlepool and the FA Cup 2nd round replay to Bournemouth.

This season I've had a mixed start with a few wins and losses and a couple of draws and sit in 12th place. Lost to Leicester in the 3rd round of the C1 cup and have Hartlepool again in the JPT 2nd round.

In November with Liverpool and I see that Jack Wilshere is transfer listed. Had to go in for him. Managed to seal a deal for him to move to us in January for £19.5 million. That's a big hit on the finances but I'm confident that at the end of the season the prize money and hopefully a cash injection from the board will give us a nice balance to build upon.

Looking to sell Jordan Henderson in January but I'm scared no one will come in for him at a decent price.

Skadoosh - I feel he is decent cover and he has played well enough when called upon but I already have Lucas, Sahin, Allen, Simao and now Wilshere coming into cover that position so for £70k a week to have very few opportunities isn't worth it. If I can't find a buyer in January then yeah I'll at least keep him until the end of the season to see what develops in the club, Flanagan has covered Kelly well.

Been on an excellent run with Liverpool. Won all my games so far except a good beating by Arsenal, two very narrow losses in games we deserved to win against Napoli and Manchester City and a lost to Derby in the 3rd round of the Capital Cup where we played okay but Derby were just clinical when it counted. All of those matches were in a row.

Just had the most hear-breaking moment in FM history. Playing Ajax in the Europa League final. It's 1-1 and we've had 2 goals disallowed (rightfully) but then lose Ezequiel Munoz to a 2nd yellow (shouldn't have been). Then, in the 94th minute they are awarded a penalty to win it. Last kick of the game and they snatch it from us. Absolutely gutted, had to save to stop me from restarting it 

Finished my season now, ended up finishing 6 points behind Chelsea in 2nd, so although there's no trophy, we've finished runners-up in 3 competitions this season which is a success having finished 6th last season and failing any real challenge. Have Paul Gludovatz who is my first team tactics coach retiring at the end of the season, so Carragher has stepped down and become a coach to replace him. 4.5* so it's perfect. Going to have to look for a replacement for Gerrard in the summer as well; at 35 he's now past it a bit, still a good squad player but we need someone better if we're to challenge next season. Cosidering moving for Gundogan, which would give me 3 former Dortmund players with Lewandowski & Gotze. However, we've got an abundance of youth coming through so might have Hendo replace him and bring someone through as backup. 

Decided to Start as Wigan, but trying to be as realistic as possible. If a good offer comes in, I will have to accept.
