	Log in to remove this sponsored message Living in Dublin and Supporting St Patrick's athletic i have always started a save as the saints when ever an new installment of FM is released. Playing through 2013 the problem i have is knowing where the league sits in terms of attracting players , some players from the League of Ireland move in real life to Premier league/Championship clubs and perform quite well (Fahey,Kevin Doyle,James McClean) while other move to the SPL and again hold their own (Eoin Doyle etc) The LOI is a bit of a mixed bag , part-time clubs with a few full time players. Normally offering Europa league football up to the 3rd qualifying round. Has anybody experience when bringing in signings to the league or an idea where to aim when looking for signings ? (League 1 ? League 2 ?) league discussion

	Some tips for anyone scouting the league , just on St Patricks Athletic the players to pick up are Chris Forrester MC,AMC,AML,AML : Amazing potential Chris Fagan ST : A quick poacher and decent finisher John Russell CM : Listed as a winger but makes a much better passing mid Greg Bolger CM : Similar player to Russell but perhaps a better tackler James Chambers CM : All in one CM that can fill a variety of roles Conor Kenna CB : Decent CB to be used as a stopper Some other players in other teams worth a look : Mark Quigley ST : Sligo Rovers Shane McIleney CB : Derry City Gary Twigg ST : Shamrock Rovers Eddie Nolan RB : Sligo Rovers

Might have to look abroad , good shout.

	I recommend Developing a 5-4-1 team with the basic tenants being work rate and speed. This and long balls nearly won me a UEFA cup with cork, till Chelsea... was a few years back but yeah that and friendlies with the big teams for money, So many you team falls apart. 6 friendlies if done correctly can be more than your annual income in Ireland . ------------------- Awaiting m^oderation

	I soon realised that trying to play passing football will have you tearing your hair out. Ball get played to the full back who despite having no creative freedom, set to play it short will smack it down the pitch to my 5"4 strikers !
