	Yeah so I've been quite thick... I've loaned out a goalkeeper so he could get first team experience, but my main goalkeeper gets called up to the England U21's. So I'm left with this shit grayed out keeper who doesn't know that he's supposed to stop the ball from crossing the line he's stood in front of! literally every shot at him has just rolled past him as if he has no care in the world. Guess I've learnt from my mistake -------------------

	Is anyone having major problems with their goalkeepers? At the moment I have a goalkeeper, of half decent quality yet seems to do stupid dives that gifts the opposition with goal after goal. Sometimes he just dives too early when the opposition striker is 12 yards out and not shooting, or in one instance a defender blocked a shot and it looked like he went to dive on the ball..but just fell over and the striker pounced on an open goal. here are his stats if anyone is curious; he's conceded a lot more goals than I would like even though my defence are pretty good performers: -------------------

	One thing I'd just realized. My player Joe Sandford got second place in Player of the Month and he also got second place in Youth Player of the Month and it was another player than the one who won Player of the Month. If you think logically, shouldn't Joe Sandford been the one winning Youth Player of the Month? Somehow... I have a feeling publicity don't like my team

	My keeper is quality but it is a shame I'm losing him in a month because of his agent's refusal to negotiate a new contract. My backup keeper is okay, but nowhere near the level of Robertson. Really disappointed with the situation and it is incredibly frustrating. Also, I won the league by 14 points which is awesome for me. 	I've just had my latest intake and I'm not impressed... I only really had one good intake and he's only going to be a backup more than anything else, which is disappointing. 	Just loaded up my Gloucester game, deciding to go back to it after struggling with Liverpool (freankin' Demba Ba ) Loaded it up after our Capital One Cup defeat to Derby. About to play our first game of the season against Northampton. Also, I have a question; Come Phillips' contract is up in the summer and he has no interest in a new one. Should I try and get some money in for him or keep him for the season. In case you forgot or completely didn't know, I'm in League 2 and here is Phillips. My coaches rate him as a "good player for most Premier League sides" and is close to his full potential. Here's what he looks like.

	Alright, time for the matches 21-30 of season two in Bet Square Premier. League Matches FC Halifax - Dover - 1-3 Macclesfield - Dover - 1-3 Dover - Stockport - 2-2 Cambridge - Dover - 0-4 Dover - Mansfield - 1-2 Dover - Alfreton - 1-1 Salisbury - Dover - 1-2 Dover - Lincoln - 1-1 Woking- Dover - 1-2 Southport - Dover - 2-0 FA Cup Qualifies Dover - Woking - 1-0 FA Cup Round 1 Dover - Shrewsbury - 2-1 after rematch FA Cup Round 2 Alfreton - Dover - 5-3 after rematch FA Cup Round 3 Dover - Ipswich - 1-2 FA Trophy Round 1 Chelsmford - Dover - 2-3 after rematch FA Trophy Round 2 Dover - Matlock - 3-0 FA Trophy Round 3 Dover - Ebbsfleet - 2-1 Conclusion Seems like that in the league do I have a pretty good away streak (Except for that last match) while I have it harder at my homefield while in the cup it is the opposite. Ipswich became too hard to beat in the end and that ended my chance for more money this year but I'm proud that my team did reached the third round when the expectations was that I wouldn't get past the first one. Is my player Rob Browne unlucky or what? He got injured at the exact same spot as he got earlier in the season which means another 2-3 months rehab. I still have the problem of having a player that can compete in the top three of the most goals of the season. Robbie Lake has qualities to become that player but it is Noel Chambers that have made most scores so far with 14 goals. Can't wait for the Youth Day. I seriously need a DL that has better potential than Tom Wynter (And oldie in the group) because these two years have just giving me players that does not have the same potential or is better in another position.[/color]

	Don't know what to say and can't be assed doing a summary so I'm going to leave a few screenies. Spoiler:David Jurado This guy started the season in the u19s because I didn't quite think he was ready for the first team, but my assistant said he was ready for first team football mid way through the first half of the league and he scored two on his debut. 	Finished my first month in the Football League then. Eventually decided to sell Phillips to Arsenal. Managed to get £3.3million for him which has helped out the club massively. Also been taken over by a consortium who have pumped £2.7million into the coffers already, very pleased with that. Struggling to be honest, not helped now we've lost Roy Morgan for 4 weeks. Also had to change my gameplan, changing from my successful 4-2-3-1 to a flat 4-4-2. Currently in 18th place, hoping we'll pick up as the season really kicks.
