Captain fantastic was on hand to take us back into the Champions League though, which is quite fitting. Shocking back end of the season though, particularly in front of goal which wasn't helped by a couple of injuries to Lewandowski and Borini is wank. Some surprising results on my game this season; Shane Long finished joint top goalscorer with 25 goals, Adam Le Fondre finished with 23. Spurs finished 13th while Arsenal finished 9th, but still got Europe by losing to City in the FA Cup final. Sunderland got the final European position, also FC Groningen won the Eredivisie. Have agreed a deal to sign Michael Rensing on a free next season so will hope to sell Gordon and have a proper backup 'keeper. 	Coming to the end of my first season with Liverpool. Turned off budgets in the first window so ended up not signing anyone at all because the board gave me nothing in January and I couldn't sell Cole or Downing . With 4 games to go I'm 5th on 58 points with Everton and Chelsea behind me, Arsenal just ahead and City, United and Spurs running away at the top. Got knocked out of the EL quarter finals by Spurs and the FA Cup by Bristol City . Hopefully I can sneak into the CL and I'll actually have some money to spend in the summer because I'll need a winger, striker, dm and keeper.

	Decided to take advice from you guys and start as Dortmund for my offline game. Had a great game with them on 11 and 12 and feels right to start with them now. Any suggestions for players? bargains? tactics?... I litrealyl dont know any of the Fm bargain buys (the ol' papiss cisse type signing before he moved to Newcastle IRL) etc. -------------------

	Andy4EFC Wellington Nem, Leonard Kweuke and Demba Ba are probably the bargains this year. All 3 have minimum fees at good prices and I'd imagine that they'd make good squad players. I'd also get Jores Okore and Adryan who also have minimum fees and are 2 big up-and-comers. If you want a superstar then I think Cavani and Hamsik usually come available towards the end of the window. Been given a £35million budget for my second season but there's no-one I really want to blow it on. Falcao and Bale were both on the transfer list but we have Lewandowski and Suarez there and I don't play with wingers so I don't know if Bale would be the right fit for my tactic. Dede is also on there but they're asking for £44million Gaitan, Ramirez and Sigurdsson are also on there but again I don't know where they'd fit. So far we've got Michael Rensing coming in on a free, signed Fede Vico from Cordoba for £5.25million as backup for Suarez (plan on sending Sterling out on loan) and Matias Suarez from Atletico for £4.8million as backup for Lucas. Also trying to sign Carlos Fierro as backup for Lewandowski. So far I've sold Oussama Assaidi to Wolves for £7million, Craig Gordon to Stoke for £1million and Jay Spearing to Aston Villa for £3million. Also looking likely to sell Borini for £10million. Also signed a few youngsters as last year I had a kick-ass team but only 1 Englishman. Got the first guy from my youth intake, but the rest I've recently signed. 	Severance you should upgrade Adryan's status. £875k for him! Some very decent looking youngsters there aswell. Really wish someone would actually make a decent skin for this game.

	harbin I find he never makes it for me, doesn't seem to improve to much. He's someone I get though because he's a quick £5-10million in a few years. Added another 3 players to my team, Borini eventually went to Juventus for £10million, quite happy to be rid of him. Got Carroll back off loan so he'll be backup for Lewandowski and Fierro will be used in cup games and a few Prem matches. Had Kelly and Ruud as my RB's and I wanted someone better and seeing as Flanagan has plummeted I've decided to sign Daniel Schwaab from Leverkusen for £9.5million. Also added Will Hughes to the team as I try and build a great English youth side. Also got this little wonder from Southampton. A few weeks ago they were asking for £10million, saw Arsenal bid £3million and eventually we settled on a £3.35million fee. 	WHAT THE bleep IS THIS SHIT! That is the worst backpass I've seen... and has just cost me another clean sheet. Shame because he put in a good performance. Think I'll turn Danny Wilson into a LB. EDIT: Uploaded the full match highlights. Skip to the third goal. EDIT: It's also missed the pass in general but imagine Wilson at LB, passing to about where the Norweigian is, except him running on to the ball.

First I see domination by Man Utd in the PL, then Watford, then Arsenal, followed by Cambridge and then Notts County and Bromley. I am completely tempted to download that save and play it... providing it's been sorted out so the length doesn't make processing it ultra-slow. Hearts richest in Scotland... who would've thought that, and Man City relegated to League 2. EDIT: They've fixed a few things and I'm now starting to enjoy FM13, but I've noticed that players still tend to have their 'WTF' moments, like Gerrard intercepting a ball, couldn't bring it under control but going near to Downing who walked straight past it. And I still can't get my team to dominate possession. It's at 54% at HT against WBA, but I want it to atleast be 60-65% against smaller teams. They still also seem to be hesitant at making that killer through ball at times aswell. Edit: Dec 20, 12 12:56pm

Start the unemployment Challenge and get a Norwegian Team, with 5 games left, they are in the relegation zone but the board say they won't be looking at the league peformance, and in the end we get relegated. I get taken over, and start rebuilding the squad and BAM, I am sacked. I managed FIVE GAMES!!! -------------------

	Just drew 1-1 against WBA. Attacking players need to try more key passes and direct balls at times. I like tiki-taka and all that but there is a time when a fullback needs to make a direct pass to my LWF when he's sat in the black hole between a FB and a CB. Anyone got any experience with a DoF? I'm not sure if I want to hire one or not. The only thing I see him being is like a head scout, head of youth development, and an assistant manager all in one. I wouldn't mind him automating offering players out for stuff, but I want to keep the final say. EDIT: Hmm... Chris Smalling is transfer listed. Wish my board will let me offer Libra the £5.75k he wants to be chief physio... negotiating wages with staff is a bleep ass annoyance, I can only offer him £1.4k. Also need a good defending coach. 	Juventus, first season. Got AOC coming in Jan for £17M. Play a 3-3-2-2. However, Christian Eriksen has been listed and I can get him for £13M which is the rest of my budget, I don't particularly need a CM although he could be a long term replacement for Pirlo. Should I take him while I have the chance? -------------------
