Summary: We kept up our title winning form with an undefeated month. Hopefully our defence improves a bit, as we have conceded in every game apart from the Dutch Super Cup, however, we are scoring plenty of goals so far. Horacio Pizzella an Juan Manuel Cabo are becoming quite key players for the side. Thankfully, I offered them a new deal which ends in 2025. I believe they are good enough for Barcelona, and that contract allows me to sell them for a lot of dosh in the future.

I am going to have to be honest. I found it really hard to improve our squad with players that wanted a reasonable wage. I am looking forward to the development of Mohamed Benali the most, he has the potential to be one of the best players in Holland, maybe even the world. I sold Illyas Benali because he is our version of Mario Balotelli, causes a lot of disruption but in the end doesn't help our squad much. I think I got a reasonable fee and made a profit so all is good.

Summary: We again continued our dominance and we showed our attackong threat as we have scored in every game. Our performance at FC twente was a bit poor, but we scored a late goal to equalise, so I can be grateful that we got t least a point. Even if we didn't deserve to. I was also proud of our performence against an amazing Real Madrid squad, with Horacio Pizzella scoring the important goal from a brilliant pass by Sasa Markovic in the last minute. If we keep this up, then anything can happen.

an update...... in second place with Blackpool after 28 games, doing well above expectation as we were favorite for relegation. But the finances are not good at all at the club..... no money to spend or get anyone on a free as wage budget is all used up 170k

Coventry:
How wrong I was, I couldn't get them playin good football and at the end of the season finishing an average 10th, august came and players were bought in and shipped out, I was playin very inconsistantly, with the recently relegated notts county job being available in december I left coventry for not enjoyin my time there and got the job at notts.

Notts county:
I played my way to the end of the season with an average squad finishin in a respective. 10th afterr takin over them in 19th place, with decent wage budget I had huge clear out and bought a lot of players in on frees, I thought I could easily mount a promotion challenge but it went other way totallyy, I was battling against relegation first few months, seemed that I couldn't get the league 1 teams playing my usual possesional play and passing the oppenant out of the game, early november came and I was sacked. Thought I would have to go back to league 2 after a torrid time in league one, but a week later recently relegated bournthmouth sacked there. manager, lieing in 18th position, I thought I'd try get the job thinking I'd get laughed off, but stunned to get it, instantly joined because of there fantastic squad.

Millwall:
I was surprised to see millwall rock bottom they had a decent squad and a great spin, keogh up top, josh wright cm, aaron martin cb and ben foster in goal, I had instant impact, with the added cm simkala, who was the best signin I hav made in this short career so far, and surprised he joined I battled my way to the end of the season finishing 17th, I had a mass clearout in the summer havin to Improve to squad, I let go few key players and bort In a lot of players, main signigs being mirones from madrid youth team and demba ba, I had a surprising poor start winning two in 13, I fort it be another relegation battle, which is what the boards aim was but I decided to go for midtable, suddenly my team started to play immensly with slight change of tactics, in january I wanted to bring in couple more to boost our play off position but our financial position is terrible, losing around a million a month, can see us goin into admistration so its important we go up to earn some doe, or get me a move if the chairman isn't willing to put his money in, currently lieing 3rd, 3 points off boro in 2nd who don't seem to lose anytime soon, so I can see play offs on the horizon with 6 games to go

Oh boy we are exciting. Boring the opposition to sleep isnt a way to get yourself noticed really. Still undefeated in the league playing 10 won 5 drew 5 conceded 3. Defence is awesome, attack is dreadful. Joint second worse attack in the league with 9 goals only Izarra with 5 are worse.
