I started this challenge some time ago without posting here etc, took over Stalybridge and got them promoted first season, finished 9th in BSP the following season, before moving on to Leyton Orient, and then the save corrupted not long after that. I've started the game again, and loaded up a bunch of different leagues, which led to me getting offers from a couple of South African national first division clubs, and also Lanus from the top flight in Argentina. Do you guys reckon I should go for Lanus? I'm a bit reluctant since it seems a bit unrealistic being offered that role despite sunday league experience. I'll post screenies later, as I'm not on my computer at the moment, but by asking now I'll hopefully have some opinions for when I get home . Thanks guys!

	In December of my 2nd season at havant and waterloo just been approached by Rochdale in league 2 offering me 88k transfer budget and minimum expectations of promotion this season they are currently in 11th 5 points off play off places and im in 7th 3 points off play off places in blue square premier.

	Quick update with Gimnastica. Beat the league leaders 5-2 then lost the next two 2-1 and drew the next two 1-1. Complacency has crept in it seems. Only just remembered the "Compile Loan Report" thing, hope it works. I forgotten about that until after the last game. Should stop players from abroad turning me down. Middle of January and either 10/11/12th place, aint running the game cant remember where I am. Thankfully the injuries have seemingly stopped now.

Twente equalised on the 90th minute, thanks to some awful defending. Twente kept pushing and I hoped that we could hold on untill the penalties, but no, it's not that simple. 	Brilliant, brilliant season. But I'm also getting frustrated. I'm still with St. Mirren. I believe I've had the best season in the Club history. I did the Treble: League, Scottish Cup and League Cup. This is the mighty team that managed to do it: Now, here comes the frustration. I've been defined as one of the top Italian managers (although it might be too much) but my reputation is still national and I believe bigger teams will keep on laughing at my application. Any advice? Resign? Stay there and play Champions League next year (quite a big deal...). Club History: 2012-2014 Cambridge United 2014-... We had 30, yes 30 chances in the whole entire game, it just wasn't working for us for some strange reason. A good win against FC Utrecht gave us the first win of the season and some tight and controlled defending, led us the way. A some-what slightly OK draw against PSV as we score on the last minute for the first time ever. Finally, a last minute goal! A win against MVV moved us fourth and 3 points behind the team on top. I hope next month we can build up on these 3 performances and have a good month. Spoiler:Transfers 2018/19 A clause in my contract told me that the board expected some youngsters moving into the club, an oath that I have upheld. Freddy Caceras, a Chilean left back has an exciting future and was the most expensive transfer costing the club £4.5 Million, I believe he can be one of the best left backs in the world. I re-signed Giorgi Chanturi, who left us a few years before I joined the club last year, I think the right winger can do a good job when called and was the player who scored the late equaliser against PSV. The season has seen a lot of players leave the club, the biggest fee coming from Ranges. Don't worry, I think they paid the entire fee for the player. I managed to make a profit from my transfer activity as I want more financial stability as the Vitesse board are trying to buy our stadium. Hopefully the plans go ahead. 	Yay! After a fantastic season we managed to finish 4th which means... UEFA CUP!!! We managed to do this thanks to our depth and our key players: striker Divock Origi (who surprisingly had his worse season at the club scoring only 14 compared to prior year 22), HG young midfielder Verhoef (regen) and our superb defender Girault (who is also a regen I got for free). And thanks to our good season, the board had treated us with building a brand new stadium! The Excelsior Stadium will feature a 19000 seats (compared to Woudestein stadium who contained only 4000 places and was build in 1900!) plus an undersoil heated ground! I think I'm going to stay one more season-my fourth with Excelsior and then trying my luck at a bigger (maybe the biggest) stage.

Just when I thought everything is going for me I find out that because we are building a new stadium we took a 36M loan and now we suddenly in an financially insecure statue and that the chairman who I had a good relationship with is looking to step down and I think I need to sell my best players to pay the debt faster... Simply fantastic...
