	Log in to remove this sponsored message Take them as far as you think you can, but as you said yourself the aim is to manage a top team in Europe. if a league one job comes available, maybe going for it wouldn't be a bad idea, OR maybe go abroad somewhere and raise your reputation that way. 	WOOOOOHOOOO!!!!! We've done it boys!!! Although my title charge came crashing down at the final hurdles. we managed to pick our selves up for one last push in the playoffs. 	Cheers....Yes it was a bitter pill to swallow, i had a very bad patch of luck regards to injuries/suspensions and not to mention disallowed goals, but credit to the eventual winners Kidderminster they just wouldn't drop points where as i did including to them.... Spoiler:the league finale

	Im really struggling this year... Last year I did amazing things but this year its just harder. Alot has passed since my first season with Nes Ziona from Israel NL, finished 8th in my second season there (which is a shame because I had a very good top 5 team with the league best player) resigned at the end and took gillingham mid season at 22th. Although the league was very tight I stayed 22th and escaped relegation. My fourth year and my second at gillingham was my highlight of my career so far projected 20th and finished 5th, lost at the playoffs finals against the much stronger Bradford from a 85 minute goal . Didnt renew my contract and im unemployed again looking for either a top lower leagues team or a bottom middle leagues teams. Anyway at least I see that others are doing a better job than I do Good Job Zak for your promotion and another good season for you Justplayingitcool with the same Gillingham I failed to promote

Who is this new Gillingham? We're now in the Semi-Final so hopefully this is our year to win a competition. The highlight of the result is quite easily the 5 - 0 thrashing of Walsall. The best performence I have seen while managing Gillingham and makes up for the fact that we lost 7 - 1 to Newcastle in the Carling Cup. And we are 2nd! I really doubt that we'll get automatically promoted as I don't believe our squad is good enough. Maybe we might go up VIA play-offs, but that remains to be seen.
