	Log in to remove this sponsored message my football manager 2013 is not coming on, i have not played it yet and when i go to play it it says it is already running, i have restarted my laptop and started task manager and its still not working, HELP

	Same with me every time I load it up it says 'Failed to start game (app already running)' even though there is nothing open i can't even exit Steam because it says 'Please close Football Manager before exiting Steam' but i can't close it because there is nothing open?. I have tried to Uninstall and ReInstall but it won't even let me do that it says 'Cannot delete Football manager, since its currently running. Please close Football Manager before attempting to delete it'. How can i close it if its not open? this is really annoying me any help would be hugely appreciated thanks

	a serious error encountered and the application will close ... is coming when i launch fm13 and i am not launching it from the steam.
