Maybe your just looking for a certain tactic that does okay in the division, or looking for players who have proven to be good enough. I think it's a good idea to have a league discussion availible so that even if your playing as Watford or Peterborough, you can still chat to someone about it. 	A couple of good MLS signings that will arrive in your squad at January; I haven't loaded the MLS< so there will be more than just this list, as all the players ahvent loaded, but from teh basic large database and england loaded; Nagamura - DM - Kansas City Dwayne De Rosario - AMRLC/ST - DC United Conor Casey - ST - Colorado Rapids Joel Lindpere - AML - New York Red Bulls Pavel Pardo - Chicago Fire Jay DeMerit - Vancouver Whitecaps - So far i have brought in Nagamura, trying to bring in De Rosario but Everton and taems similar want him. Karim Ait Fana has signed too, going for a 4-1-1-2-2 (or 4-2-4 with a DM and wingers). -------------------

	I started as Birmingham City and on last years FM I had a really good game with them but I seem to be strugling on this one. I am getting very inconsistent results and am about 13th in the league midway through October. I had tried a couple of different formations like a standard 4-4-2, an attacking 4-2-3-1 and a counter attacking 4-5-1 and none them see me pick up points consistently. I know you have to change formation and styles for different opponents but sometimes I dont't even have a kick at home so I change to a 4-5-1 to keep possesion and then end up losing. It's so frustrating. I have signed sammy Ameobi and rob Hulse on loan deals to help my strikers but they dont seem to be doing alot for me. If anyone has any tips on formations that might work it would be appreciated. Theres no point recommending players as BCFC have no transfer budget or wage budget available. I am just waiting and praying for a takeover!

	I am just starting as Bolton, and I am after a bit of advice as I am considering selling Lee Chung-Yong as he is valued at 9m and West Ham are interested, I am very tempted because with that sort of money he could easily be replaced with cash to spare to re-invest in other areas. But if anyone on here has a game on the go as Bolto and he is doing amazing then I might keep him, be great to hear your opinions on what you would do. -------------------

	I'm in 2017 with Bristol City right now, worked my way up the leagues. I'm doing quite well, Jon Stead was great as a target man and hit like 20 goals by Jan, but he was 33 so I sold him on to Blackburn for 500k. I've got De Guzman and James Morrison in on free's and Bebe on loan. Not sure what tips I can give to others, basically I struggled at my 1st club, got sacked, went to League 2, did average in league but won JPT, then I have managed to get a job in League 1 and now Championship by applying. I'd say definitely apply if you want to move up, I wasn't getting linked to any and they even laugh me off when I applied, but I got the job. I play 4-4-2 attacking. Has taken me 2-3 seasons to get it working. Getting the right players really makes a difference, I have revamped each team I took over and ended up turning them into playoff contenders. Searching for players by attributes works well. That's it really, utilise loans and free transfers. I have sold a few of my star young players over the years, purely as I like to raise funds all round and for example sell a star for 1m in League 1 and then buy 2 to 3 decent guys. But that's just my approach. -------------------
