Yes that is correct:
100 * 1.1 * 1.1 * 1.1 = 133.1
100 * 0.9 * 0.9 * 0.9 = 72.9

100-133.1 > 100-72.9 but when you factor the defensive boost in lets say at the same %

100 base * 1.1 = 133.1 again for the non degraded def so 133.1 = 133.1 or a tie

72.9 *1.1*1.1*1.1 = 97 or the offense wins

Now your going to tell me thors boost is 16, caps is 16, and surfers is only 12... which I already said I knew but surfer also has 1050 more attack which has to be factored in, which ends up changing things
