PROFIT!!!!! *****************************Welcome Marvel Traders!***************************** *Introduction* Spoiler: Welcome to Jeenx Guide! Please Read Me. So you just pulled a Ms. Marvel SSR speed card in a $1 pack but you want to go Tactics defense or Bruiser attack. One guy is offering 3 SR for your SSR. Another offers SSR Hulk for your SSR Marvel. What cards do you trade for and what is a fair value for your card? Card values are the most debated subject in trading card games and everyone has their own opinion. This guide will help you avoid the hopelessly inept traders that waste everyone's time and the lowballing scum we all hate with a passion. *Value is defined by a card's Demand for trade, Skill, Stats, Utility in decks and Rarity using a 1-10 rating system with 1 being the worst and 10 the best. Examples: *Ill give you my SSR Ghost rider for your SSR Captain America but you should give me another SSR cause I have what you want!* *Offering my 3 SR for your SSR cause I'm overpaying* *My UR Black Widow for any of your two SSR cards because I'm downtrading *If you think any of the above offers are "fair" (which I see all the time) then you need to read this guide! The Current Meta in Marvel: 1: Bruiser and Speed have the best attack potential. 2: Tactics has the best defense potential. 3: Bruiser has the worst defense potential. 4: Players generally favor attack decks. Therefore attack cards are more in demand. 5: Boost to all cards are stronger than self-boost cards in a full card deck. 6: Boost cards are more in demand than cards that degrade attack or defense. 3 Boosts VS 3 Degrades Argument: The 3 boosts versus 3 degrades debate is still being discussed by many players. The purpose of this guide was to educate players on card values in-game and real world currency to make informed trade decisions. As such, any player who wishes to theorycraft using math based on actual card values is welcome to do so. In the current meta, 3 boosts are stronger than 3 degrades. This is based on UR DareDevil's stats and skill % against Legend Spider-man's stats and skill %. Boost cards have the advantage because there are no equivalent cards in the game that degrade attack. They simple get out boosted by better cards. DareDevil is the most powerful degrade to attack card but 3 Daredevil skill procs cannot compete against 3 Spider-man skill procs. *Definitions* Spoiler: List of TCG (Trading Card Game) Definitions Inside! Proc - A card's skill being used in battle. Wing Card - Cards with powerful statistics but have weak or unreliable skills. Are placed in your deck like bookends. Lowballer/Lowballing - A player who initially offers an obvious below market value or insulting bid for your cards/items. Lowballers do this knowingly or through ignorance. Universally disliked by the entire trading community. Trade Bait - A card that everyone desires. Used to attract traders, sweeten deals or nudge a trade in your favor. Trade Up - The process of trading a lower rarity card(s) for a higher rarity card(s). Example. My 2 SR Nova and 2 SR Blade for your 1 SSR Ghost Rider. Almost every trader wants to trade up to improve their deck. Down Trade - The process of trading a higher rarity card(s) for lower rarity card(s). Down trading is not very popular among players. PP - Power packs used as currency in Marvel and to replenish all attack/defense/RDS points. EP - Energy packs replenish a player's energy to full. Not as valuable as PP but value increases during events that require lots of energy to compete. Wall Card - Cards that do increased damage to an opponent's walls in the SHIELD Training event. MM - Shorthand term meaning "Max Mastered." This means the card has been boosted to its maximum level and has also been completely mastered. Cards that are MM are worth more than clean, base cards that are not MM. Improper - A card that has been fused with another card before it has been properly boosted to its max level or mastered completely. Most improper cards are the result of a player fusing two cards before they become familiar with all the game mechanics. Improper cards have imperfect final stats and are worth significantly less in value. Flip - Or "flipping" is a common term used in trading lingo to describe the act of trading for a card and trading it again for a profit. Usually the card "flipped" is not desired by the trader for deck purposes, only for profit. An example of flipping a card would be seeing a player advertise wanting to buy a SSR Captain America for 50pp. Another player wants to sell SSR Captain America at 40pp. An alert trader recognizes this and buys the SSR Captain America for 40pp to flip it around and sell it to the other player at 50pp thereby gaining a 10pp profit. Sometimes flipping a card can be an instant process or a long one taking weeks. There is some risk involved with flipping cards but the rewards for doing so are great as well. Middle - Middle or middling is the act of bridging trade gaps between two or more players to complete a trade. Usually, player A wants to trade to player C and each uses player B because he has both players on his team roster. Some trades are overly complicated involving multiple middlemen which runs the higher risk of being scammed by an untrusted middleman. *Useful Links!* Spoiler: Anti-Scamming Guide, Beginners Guide, ect. 1) Best cards in the game based on efficiency rating of skills. The best tactic defensive card in the game period..... <--------- Short description outlining some marvel lore/trivia about the card followed by final form maxed stats and skill description. Primary Role: Tactic Defense. <------ How the card should be used for maximum effectiveness. Rarity: 8 <---------------- How hard it is to acquire this card in packs and number in circulation. Skill: 9.5 <---------------- Proc rate and type of skill determines this number. If card had High proc rate with an extreme boost to all tactics def it would be a 10. Stats: 9.5 <--------------- Captain America has near-legend base stats on defense for an SSR card and he is a defense specialist so his stat rating is near perfect. Utility: 4 <------------------ How effective the card can be utilized in different decks, on attack, on defense, in combination with other cards for combos. Demand: 9.5 <------------ The extent players want to acquire this card. PP Value: 45-50. <---------- The BASE value of the card in the current trading market. 45-50 represents a range. To get 50pp the card usually must be maxed and mastered. 45pp means the card is clean still. A value of 50pp+ means 50pp to infinity. Real $ Value: Undisputed best tactic defensive card in the game. $32-35. <--------- Short recap of the card followed by real $ pricing. Real $ pricing is determined by multiplying the price range by 0.7 because that is the current PP to Dollar ratio right now. *Other Factors That Determine a Card's Value* Spoiler: Main Factors
*Special Raider Card Section* As of 5/28/2013 - Defenders Event! Spoiler: Reviews on Newest Event Raider Cards! UR [Soul on Fire] Ghost Rider - The flaming skull returns in all his biker glory! Ghost Rider is a speed card reaching 11914 attack and 12317 defense. His skill extremely boosts the attack and defense of all speed cards with a relatively high proc rate. The solid atk/def stats and dual boost with a very reliable proc rate makes Ghost Rider a highly desirable and deadly card. He can effectively fill dual roles for speed players much like UR Arc Ironman for tactics. Currently, the top speed defensive card he pairs nicely with SSR Marvel, Torch, X-23 on defense and SSR Hellfire Ghost, UR Spiderman, SSR Raccoon, SSR/UR Deadpool on offense. In fact, Ghost pairs incredibly well with every speed card in the current meta. He provides tons of value and is flaming cheetos hot right now. Primary Role: Speed Utility Rarity: 9.5 Skill: 9 Stats: 9 Utility: 9 Demand: 10 PP Value: 125+ Real $ Value: Top Speed defensive card. Rawr! Fear Nicholas Cage. SSR [Abracadabra] Doctor Strange - A man with morals, Dr. Strange had to lose the function of his prized surgical hands before embarking on a journey that would transform him into a mystic. He is a tactic card reaching 10626 attack and 9861 defense with a skill that significantly boosts the attack of all tactic cards with an average proc rate. This is a solid skill on par with SSR Winter Soldier and Prof. X. Strange ranks 2nd between Winter Soldier and Prof X. in base attack. As a male super hero he can be paired with many other tactic attack cards taking advantage of the Fury Blast combo easily. Dr. Strange can also be paired with Ironman and Mr. Fantastic to proc the Great Brains combo. Primary Role: Tactic Attack. Rarity: 8.5 Skill: 8.5 Stats: 8.5 Utility: 7 Demand: 10 PP Value: 25+ Real $ Value: Better attacks stats compared to SSR Prof X. Another Core tactic attack card. SSR [Going Nuclear] A-Bomb - Rick Jones is A-Bomb, sidekick of Hulk! He was also experimented on by Modok resulting in retaining normal brain patterns while in A-Bomb form. Modok is benevolent see? A bruiser card, he attains 9499 attack and 10988 defense. His skill significantly boosts the defense of all bruiser cards with an average proc rate. A dedicated defense boost, high base stats, and reliable proc rate adds another powerful SSR defensive card to the bruiser roster. A-bomb is more powerful than most other SSR defense cards with the exception of SSR AP Captain America. Overshadows SSR Ares. Primary Role: Bruiser Defense. Rarity: 8.5 Skill: 8.5 Stats: 9 Utility: 5.5 Demand: 10 PP Value: 25-35 Real $ Value: The top SSR bruiser defensive card. Better than SSR Ares. SR [Cosmic Defender] Silver Surfer - One of the most powerful heralds of Galactus, Surfer was able to take down the gods, Aegis of all Sorrows and Tenebrous of the Darkness single handily at the cost of his own life. Galactus subsequently revived Surfer for his valor and bravery in doing so. Surfer maxes at 8211 attack and 7648 defense. His skill remarkable boosts the attack of all bruiser cards with an average proc rate. His dedicated boost and high base stats makes him a powerhouse at the SR level. Should only be used on attack decks. Surfer is a more powerful bruiser attack card compared to SR Cyclops and SR Thor. Primary Role: Bruiser Attack. Rarity: 7 Skill: 8 Stats: 8.5 Utility: 4.5 Demand: 9 PP Value: 1-2 Real $ Value: Core Bruiser attack card. Stronger than SR Cyclops and SR Thor. *Card List - Find a Card's Value Below! Prestige UR Cards: The most elite cards available. Extremely limited circulation and rarity, they have never been available in card packs. These cards can only be obtained by players ranking at the top of events. For the ultimate collector/dedicated player. Spoiler: Prestige Ultimate Rares! UR [Jade Giant] Hulk - Forget every other card right now. Jade Giant Hulk is the best bruiser attack card in the game period. Maxes out at a staggering 12840 attack and 11390 defense. His skill extremely boosts the attack of all bruiser cards with a relatively high proc rate. The combination of extreme boost, top tier attack stats and very reliable proc rate makes Hulk the undisputed king of attack cards. Only UR Deadpool rivals him since both are carbon copies of one another. If there was a drawback at all to this card it would be the lack of other good UR bruiser attack cards to pair with Hulk. UR Deadpool has UR Spider-man and UR Magneto has UR Doom for example. Hulk always was a true powerhouse and the latest UR release finally elevates him to his rightful place. Primary Role: Bruiser Attack. Rarity: 10 Skill: 9.5 Stats: 9.5 Utility: 6 Demand: 10 PP Value: 550+ Real $ Value: Hulk Smashes the competition. #1 Bruiser attack card in the game. UR+++ [Extremis] Ironman - The latest Ironman card seems like a throwback to the Rage of Bahamut days with the coveted 8 card evolutions. This one is hardly worthy of UR rarity though. A tactic card, Ironman maxes out at 10337 attack and 10202 defense. His skill extremely boosts the attack of all tactic cards with an average proc rate. Ironman combines the final stats of SSR Prof. X with the skill of UR Doom. This puts his value between SSR and UR. Although he has one of the best skills in the game, the low final stats hurts his overall viability. 32 power requirement dampens his utility in decks. Also, players will need to obtain 8 Ironman cards to fuse into the a UR+++ which is vastly different than the normal 2 card fusions and 4 card fusions for invite cards. Lower rarity Ironman is untradeable according to developers so players must gain at least 137,500 trunks in the President Stark Needs You event to craft a UR+++. Overall, a solid attack card but the real challenge is obtaining 8 cards to put together. Primary Role: Tactic Attack. Rarity: 10 Skill: 9 Stats: 8 Utility: 7 Demand: 8 PP Value: Does anyone actually have this card? Real $ Value: The duck-billed platypus of cards. UR [Legend, Baby] Deadpool - The Merc with a Mouth! Since the release of Marvel WoH countless threads have been made on neoseeker asking, "When are we gonna get Deadpool?!" Wait no more fans because he is here finally. Deadpool is a speed card reaching 12840 attack and 11390 defense with the best boost in the game. Deadpool's skill extremely raises the attack of all speed cards with a relatively high proc rate. This is currently the top attack skill in the game equal to UR Spider-man's in all aspects. The combination of Deadpool's base attack and skill makes him the undisputed top attack card in the game. There is no card better or more reliable on offense. UR Spider-man has been dethroned. Primary Role: Speed Attack. Rarity: 10 Skill: 9.5 Stats: 9.5 Utility: 6.5 Demand: 10 PP Value: 550+ Real $ Value: Breaks the 4th wall! You know you want to collect me! $385+UR [HYDRA Mastermind] Red Skull - The embodiment of Nazi terror! Defense decks will surely fear the power of Red Skull! Skull is a speed card reaching 12719 attack and 11512 on defense with a top caliber skill. Skull's skill extremely degrades the defense of all opponent's cards with an average proc rate. This is a reliable and top tier ability. Skull is the speed version of Magneto with excellent base attack. Skull has 160 less base attack than Magneto but is a minimal difference. Players can use Skull as their middle card surrounded by Legend Spider-man for a truly fearsome attack deck. In comparison, Tactic players commonly use 1 Magneto surrounded by 4 Legend Ironman. Overall, Skull fits nicely into the dominant speed attack deck and is a top tier card prized by many. Primary Role: Speed Attack. Rarity: 10 Skill: 9 Stats: 9.5 Utility: 6.5 Demand 10 PP Value: 300-325. Real $ Value: Among the best. On par with Magneto. 210+ UR [Symbiote] Venom - Originally intended to be nothing more than a short story arc in Spider-man comics, Venom proved so popular the writers decided to bring him back as an anti-hero. The newest UR event reward, Venom is a bruiser card reaching 12316 on attack and 11914 on defense with a very useful dual boost. Venom's skill extremely boosts the attack and defense of all bruiser cards with an average proc rate. This skill is very desirable and useful for bruiser players in the current meta game. Venom is the mirror opposite of UR Ironman. The only flaw is Venom's average proc rate which is less likely to go off in battle compared to Ironman's relatively high proc rate. Nevertheless, Venom is a strong bruiser card with exceptional utility. He will still have difficulty breaking a 5 UR Captain America/Ironman wall consistenly due to his lower proc rate. Stacking 5 Legend Venom gives bruiser players one of the best decks available for their alignment. Venom is a massive upgrade to SSR Thor on offense and SSR Thing on defense. It is rumored that fusing Venom to legendary will fix his right leg. Primary Role: Bruiser Utility. Rarity: 10 Skill: 8.5 Stats: 9 Utility: 9.5 Demand: 10 PP Value: 300+ Real $ Value: Exceptional utility. It's Venom. $210+ UR Cards: The best cards in the game! Players have spent hundreds of $$$ in their hopes of obtaining a UR with no success. Spoiler: Ultimate Rares! UR Onslaught - Possessing the combined abilities of the greatest mutants including Magneto, Professor X, Franklin Richards, and Nate Grey, Onslaught easily surpasses the strength and power of Omega level mutants. He is a bruiser attack card maxing out at 12800 attack and 11431 defense. His skill extremely boosts the attack of all bruiser cards with a relatively high proc rate. Onslaught's combination of high stats, very reliable proc rate and dedicated skill puts him at the top echelon of cards. Only UR Spider-man and UR Deadpool compare. Villain designation lets Onslaught pair with UR Venom and Thanos for the Wild Villains attack bonus. Easily the 2nd best card in the entire game behind UR Deadpool. Primary Role: Bruiser Attack. Rarity: 9.5 Skill: 9.5 Stats: 9.5 Utility: 6.5 Demand: 10 PP Value: 275pp+ Real $ Value: Magneto and Professor X: Fuuuuusssion Haaaaa!! UR [The Master] Doom - Only Doom dares to dream! All others serve! Jeenx is a mindless dolt. Doom, himself, is able to orate a card review worthy of his intellect. Doom is the greatest tactics attack card ever. Doom surpasses all others with his glorious stats of 12638 attack and 11592 defense. Doom's genius radiates upon lesser beings with an extreme boost to tactics attack with an efficient average proc rate. Only Doom is able to combine top tier stats and skill to subjugate the unworthy. Doom is not concerned that UR Spider-man has a better proc rate for Doom has superior base attack stats. A 5-card deck of only Doom is guaranteed to dominate all. There is no equal to Doom in total base attack stats and best skill. Only those with worthy trade offers shall be allowed the privilege to cower in the presence of Doom! Primary Role: Tactic Attack. Rarity: 10 Skill: 9 Stats: 9.5 Utility: 6.5 Demand: 10 PP Value: 350+ Real $ Value: I am Doom! $250. UR [Mad Titan] Thanos - A villain so evil and intelligent that he joined forces with Annihilus to destroy the universe simply out of sheer boredom. Thanos is the newest bruiser UR card with excellent stats and skill reaching 12478 attack and 11753 on defense. His skill extremely boosts the attack of all bruiser cards with an average proc rate. This is a top tier skill on par with Doom and tremendously helps bruiser card players put together a top shelf deck to crumble Captain America/Ironman defenses. Thanos is easily a top bruiser card available along with Venom/ Hulk, Onslaught. Villain designation lets players pair Thanos and Venom together for the Wild Villains attack combo. Currently, the 3rd best bruiser attack card. Primary Role: Bruiser Attack. Rarity: 9 Skill: 9 Stats: 9 Utility: 6 Demand: 9.5 PP Value: 120+ Real $ Value: 3rd Best Bruiser attack card. Top tier stats and skill. $80+ UR [Star-Spangled Avenger] Captain America - America!!! Yes! Could anyone ask for a more patriotic symbol of American greatness than UR Cap flashing the red, white and blue? The only thing left to do is etch the U.S. constitution on his shield and tattoo Lincoln's and Washington's face on his left and right knuckles to ensure maximum over-the-top American pride when dishing out justice. It doesn't matter what country you are from, everyone will be wanting the latest version of Cap. He reaches 12204 attack and 12029 defense with a dual boost to all. His skill extremely boosts the attack/defense of all tactic cards with an average proc rate. This skill is both powerful (on par with UR Venom and Ironman) and provides great utility as well. The only drawback is the average proc rate which is reliable but not as good as UR Ironman. SSR AP Cap is still superior on defense but SSA UR Cap is a much better attack card. Cap will fit easily in any tactics attack or defense deck and contribute greatly to battles with his skill. Now if only the developers would release a tactic version of Thor, you could pair Ironman, Cap, and Thor together for an insane attack deck with an equally insane "Avengers Big 3" 10%+ attack combo bonus. Primary Role: Tactic Utility. Rarity: 9 Skill: 8.5 Stats: 9 Utility: 9.5 Demand: 9 PP Value: 90+ Real $ Value: Excellent combination of stats and skill. Top end balanced card. $63+ UR [Immortal Weapon] Ironfist - Nothing blocks this man's chi period. Ironfist fights all, even Venom. He reaches 12155 attack and 12075 on defense with a dual self-boost skill. Ironfist extremely boosts the attack and defense of himself with a relatively high proc rate. This is the same dual self-boost seen on UR Wolverine and UR Silver Surfer. The relatively high proc rate makes Ironfist's skill very dependable in battle. His stats are very balanced as well making him a well rounded tactics card on offense or defense. He has more base attack than Ironman and equal defense stats with Captain America. His utility is strong and will benefit a player's deck in either role. The only drawback is tactics has better cards to collect at the UR level including Magneto, Doom and Ironman. Ironfist's base stats and skill are overshadowed by better UR tactic cards. Overall, a solid card but better choices are available. Primary Role: Tactic Utility. Rarity: 9 Skill: 7.5 Stats: 9 Utility: 8 Demand: 7 PP Value: 30+ Real $ Value: Perfectly balanced UR card. Overshadowed by Ironman. $21 UR [Sky-Rider] Silver Surfer - Imbued with the power cosmic! The latest and greatest version of Silver Surfer traverses the far reaches of the galaxy to join the Marvel WoH cast. For stats, Surfer reaches 11833 on attack and 12397 on defense. Surfer has a dual self-boost that extremely intensifies his attack and defense with a reliable average proc rate. This is the most powerful dual self-boost in the game, on par with UR Wolverine. However, while Wolverine is strictly built for attack decks, Surfer is more suited for defense. Pair Legend Surfer as wing cards with SSR+ Things in the middle for a pretty solid defense deck. Surfer can also be used on attack decks with Thor for a powerful combination. Overall, Surfer has great utility, able to to fill holes in any bruiser deck but is somewhat hampered by his dual self-boost which limits potential in 5-card decks. Primary Role: Bruiser Utility. Rarity: 9 Skill: 7.5 Stats: 9 Utility: 8 Demand: 6.5 PP Value: 30+ Real $ Value: Balanced card. Better for bruiser defense decks. $21 UR [Sapiens-Superior] Magneto - The Master of Magnetism does not disappoint! Like a Phoenix Force on steroids, Magneto is the defense deck's worst nightmare. Top tier attack stats coupled with a defense obliterating skill earns Magneto "must have" card status. Having over 12800 attack, 11300 defense, and an extreme degrade to all opponents defense with a reliable average proc rate makes Magneto a fearsome attacker. Offensive tactic players are finally rewarded for their patience. Expect many players who are able to acquire 2x Magneto to switch to a tactics offensive deck. Magneto is a card that one can build around effectively. Prof X, Ironman and Magneto can be paired together for a top tier attack deck. On defense, Magneto is not the best choice and costly with a 32 pwr requirement but can be used if needed. The price of Magneto will be costly as the combination of his stats and skill makes him a premium card. Magneto's skill would rate highest if the proc rate was more reliable. Primary Role: Tactic Attack. Rarity: 9.5 Skill: 9 Stats: 9.5 Utility: 6.5 Demand 10 PP Value: 300+ Real $ Value: Top tier stats and skill. $210+ UR [Genuine Leader] Cyclops - You wouldn't hit a guy with glasses right? Especially, Ruby Quartz ones that contain certain death behind them. Cyclops has over 12300 attack and 11800 def with a significant degrade to tactic card attack/defense with an average proc rate. This skill is reliable but situational providing great utility against tactic offense or defensive decks for bruiser players. Cyclops can be used effectively to stonewall Doom/Magneto/Prof X/Ironman attack decks or crumble UR Captain America/Ironman defense walls. His attack stats are decent for a UR. On defense, Cyclops can be used with SSR+/UR+ Things as a wing card to increase overall defense since bruiser has no better options. However, Legend Hulk and Wolverine can be used more successfully against a greater variety of decks. UR Cyclops shines greatest for bruiser players trying to knock down a Captain America/Ironman defense wall. Primary Role: Bruiser Utility Vs. Tactic. Rarity: 9 Skill: 7 Stats: 9 Utility: 7.5 Demand: 6.5 PP Value: 25-30+ Real $ Value: Situational degrade skill. Good overall stats but skill lowers utility. Wolverine and Hulk are stronger wing cards against non-tactic decks. $18-21+ UR [Friendly-Neighborhood] Spider-man - Spider-man is the 3nd best attack card in the game behind UR Deadpool and Onslaught. He reaches 12236 on attack and 11995 on defense with the best attack skill. Spider-man boasts the 2nd greatest attack stats of any speed card and a skill that gives an extreme boost to speed attack with a relatively high proc rate. Spider-man's attack boost and very reliable proc rate makes him the 2nd best top attack card. Remember, alignment specific boosts give a greater % than generic "boost to all" cards such as Nick Fury and Black Widow. Primary Role: Speed Attack. Rarity: 9 Skill: 9.5 Stats: 9 Utility: 6.5 Demand: 10 PP Value: 125+. Real $ Value: The 3nd best attack card in the game. Highest attack boost/proc rate. Only UR Deadpool/Onslaught are better. $85+ UR [Arc Reactor] Ironman - The strongest utility card on the market besides UR Venom and UR Ghost Rider. Has less attack than UR Spider-man and UR Captain America but more overall defense. He attains 11995 attack and 12236 defense. Ironman's skill is versatile dual boost and can be used offensively or defensively with great success. As a dual boost, Ironman's skill gives less % than an alignment specific boost but more than a generic "boost to all" skill. Relatively high proc rate means you can count on Ironman's skill to proc very reliably in battle. Ironman's balanced stats, dual boost skill, and excellent utility lets many players value him as 2 cards in 1. Primary Role: Tactic Utility. Rarity: 9 Skill: 9 Stats: 9 Utility: 9.5 Demand: 9 PP Value: 90-100. Real $ Value: Best dual-boost available. Strong value card. Unrivaled utility. $63-70. UR [Ultimate Power] Hulk - The first event UR to be awarded. Awesome artwork backed up with great overall stats makes Hulk a must have for Bruiser attack decks. Since Hulk cannot be gained through card packs, demand is high for this limited released card. Hulk has the highest attack of any card at 13403. However, Hulk's skill is a self boost to attack with a low proc rate. When Hulk's skill procs, it is the greatest self boost in the game and will add an extreme amount of damage. UR Hulk+ by comparison adds 50% to attack with significant boost. Although Hulk's skill is extremely powerful, its low proc rate makes it unreliable in battle. Hulk is best used as a wing card. 2 Legend Hulks and 3 UR SoA Thor is truly a fearsome attack deck combo. Primary Role: Bruiser Attack. Rarity: 9.5 Skill: 4 Stats: 10 Utility: 6 Demand: 10 PP Value: 200+ Real $ Value: Highest base damage in game. Very limited circulation. $140+ UR [Adamantium Claw] Wolverine - Marvel's franchise mutant bub. Powerful overall attack stats but weak defense for a UR. Wolverine is a bruiser attack card reaching 12961 attack and 11270 defense with a dual boost skill. Unless you are going bruiser attack deck, Wolverine will not do much else for utility. Has a decent but selfish skill with an average proc rate. Self boosts to attack and defense provide utility in both decks with good reliability. A cost of 32 power for an average boost to low defensive stats makes Wolverine a better choice for offensive decks. A good wing card to compliment SSR SoA Thor and Jean Grey boosts. Primary Role: Bruiser Attack. Rarity: 9 Skill: 7.5 Stats: 9 Utility: 7.5 Demand: 7.5 PP Value: 35+. Real $ Value: Undesirable skill for a UR. Top tier attack stats. $25+ UR [Secret Agent] Black Widow - Marvel's first invite card. Black Widow is a decent card for newer players that can provide average fire power to atk and def decks and is easily available to many players. As a player's deck develops, Black Widow will began to take a backseat to more powerful cards. Widow has average stats depending on how many you master and fuse together. 4 is needed but 8 can be fused for greatest effect. However, stats for Widow barely surpass 6500 attack/defense for a perfect card. By comparison, fused rares will provide the same stats at much cheaper costs. Widow has a decent skill that can be used with all cards on attack/defense decks. She also has low power requirements from 10-16pwr which means she can be used to fill out decks when a player is low on points. Widow's skill is reliable and can boost attack/defense with an average proc rate. At UR level her skill changes from notable boost to remarkable boost which is the only card to do this besides Jean Grey. Widow is not a True UR card and should never be valued as such. Currently, a UR Widow is the best option for skilling up UR+-Legend cards effectively. Primary Role: All-around Utility. Rarity: 1 Skill: 8 Stats: 3-4 depending on fusion path. Utility: 10 Demand: 8 PP Value: less than 1 PP. Real $ Value: You should not be buying these, but if you must you can buy referrals for cheap from other players for less than $1. SSR [Fearsome Faltine] Dormammu - Dr. Strange's ultimate nemesis and all around evil baddie. Dormammu is a powerful bruiser card reaching 10948 attack and 10143 defense. Pairs well with UR Thanos, UR Onslaught and SSR Ultron for the Wild Villains combo. Dormammu is the best attack SSR in the game besides SSR Deadpool. Primary Role: Bruiser Attack. Rarity: 8.5 Skill: 9 Stats: 9 Utility: 7.5 Demand: 9.5 PP Value: 35-40 (Speculative) Real $ Value: Pairs very well with many bruiser villain cards. 2nd best SSR attacker. SSR [First Edition] Ironman - Many players will instantly recognize Ironman's vintage armor from Robert Downey Jr. creating it during the first big screen Ironman movie. He is a tactic card reaching 9459 attack and 11028 defense with a skill that significantly degrades speed attack with an average proc rate. This is a reliable skill that fills a useful niche since speed is the dominant attack alignment in the current meta. Base stats are above average as well for a defensive card. Ironman surpasses Mr. Fantastic in a defensive role against speed attackers since his degrade skill is dedicated instead of a weaker dual boost. Overall, a strong defender stat wise. Primary Role: Tactic Defense vs Speed Attack. Rarity: 8 Skill: 7 Stats: 8.5 Utility: 5 Demand: 6.5 PP Value: 8-10 Real $ Value: Above average base stats. Very strong card vs Speed attack. $6-7. SSR [Evil Incarnate] Mister Sinister - Marvel's favorite creeper! Always involved with "sinister" scientific experiments including kidnapping Jean Grey and Cyclops for genetic evolutionary weirdness. He is a tactic attack card attaining 10827 attack and 9660 defense with a skill that significantly degrades all opponent defense and an average proc rate. Higher than average base stats and beneficially skill makes Sinister a great degrade card overall. Oathbound, Frost, Carnage, Phoenix are all stronger SSR degrade cards in comparison. Sinister gets the Wild Villains combo bonus and can be paired with Iron Patriot, Magneto, and Doom. Primary Role: Tactic Attack. Rarity: 8.5 Skill: 8.5 Stats: 8 Utility: 5.5 Demand: 8 PP Value: 15+. Real $ Value: Solid Villain degrade card. SSR Carnage is better. $11+ SSR [Liberty of Honor] Iron Patriot - Norman Osborn is up to no good again this time donning his personal version of Ironman's armor and leading his own team of Dark Avengers (villains). Iron Patriot is a balanced tactic attack card reaching 10594 attack and 9887 on defense with a skill that significantly boosts the attack of all tactic cards. His skill is a dedicated but with a relatively high proc rate making it one of the best at the SSR level. Iron Patriot is a close replica of SSR Gambit, but with a Villain designation. He pairs well with UR Magneto and UR Doom to proc the Wild Villains combo. Primary Role: Tactic Attack. Rarity: 9 Skill: 9 Stats: 8 Utility: 7 Demand: 9 PP Value: 35+ Real $ Value: Great synergy with the best tactic attack cards. Excellent skill and reliable proc rate. $25+ SSR [Separation Anxiety] Carnage - Holy smokes, the new Carnage artwork is intense. He gets my vote as one of the coolest and most powerful SSR cards in the game. Carnage is a speed attack card attaining 11270 attack, 9821 defense and significantly lowers the defense of all opponent's cards with a relatively high proc rate. This is a top tier combination of high base stats, powerful skill, and very reliable proc rate. Carnage is at the top of the SSR food chain rivaling Ghost Rider, Deadpool, and Phoenix in total stats. The developers have listed him as a Male/Villain which grants Carnage the Wild Villains combo bonus. Primary Role: Speed Attack Rarity: 8.5 Skill: 9 Stats: 9 Utility: 5 Demand: 9 PP Value: 25+ Real $ Value: The current best SSR Degrade card. Limited event reward. $18. SSR [Enemy of Life] Ultron - Forget Skynet Systems, Ultron is the original terminator and deadliest enemy to mankind. Ultron is a bruiser attack card reaching 10660 attack and 9821 defense with a dedicated skill. His skill significantly boosts the attack of all bruiser cards with an average proc rate. Ultron is blessed with solid stats and a dependable proc rate making him a core attack card for bruiser players. His low defense stats hurts his utility and should mainly be placed on attack decks. More powerful than Jean Grey and SoA Thor. Ultron can take advantage of the Dark Powers combo bonus which increases his overall utility and value. Primary Role: Bruiser Attack. Rarity: 8.5 Skill: 8.5 Stats: 8.5 Utility: 7 Demand: 8.5 PP Value: 20+ Real $ Value: More powerful than SoA Thor and Jean Grey. Core Bruiser attack card. $14 SSR [Martial] Ares - What?! No shout out to Kratos? Marvel's God of War makes an entrance in a big way complete with signature double-bladed axe. Bruiser players desperately needed a defensive card with a dedicated boost and the developers delivered. Ares attains 9812 attack, 10666 defense and a skill that significantly boosts the defense of all bruiser cards with an average proc rate. Ares is the bruiser version of SSR Weapon X, Ms. Marvel, Torch, and Psylocke. Ares has lower end defense stats compared to the other defensive cards at the SSR level. UR Venom is a better bruiser defensive card but Ares is significantly cheaper and easier to obtain. Overall, Ares is a core defensive card. Primary Role: Bruiser Defense. Rarity: 8 Skill: 8.5 Stats: 8.5 Utility: 6.5 Demand: 9 PP Value: 20+ Real $ Value: A top bruiser defensive card at the SSR level. Rivals Torch/Psylocke . $14+. SSR [Weapon X] Deadpool - Chimichangas! Congratulations, Deadpool is the most overpowered SSR speed attack card in the game! He reaches 11190 attack and 9902 on defense with a dedicated attack skill. His skill significantly boosts the attack of all speed cards with a relatively high proc rate. Deadpool combines the excellent attack stats of Ghostrider and Rocket Racoon's skill to become the most overpowered SSR attack card in the game. Speed continues to excel on attack and players looking for a competitive SHIELD deck can stack SSR Deapool to great effect. Powerful and very reliable, Deadpool will win many battles for players in top alliances and regular ones alike. Primary Role: Speed Attack. Rarity: 9 Skill: 9 Stats: 9 Utility: 7 Demand: 9.5 PP Value: 50+ Real $ Value: The top SSR attack card. SSR [Mystical Entity] Juggernaut - The Juggernaut returns! Or does he? The newest "Juggernaut" looks remarkable similar to Colossus because it is. Juggernaut is a bruiser card reaching 10787 attack and 9700 defense with a grudge against tactics. His skill significantly lowers the defense all opposing tactic cards with a relatively high proc rate. Juggernaut's stats and skill make him a superior card to SSR Wolverine for breaking tactic defenses. Bruiser players tired of Cap/Ironman walls can make use of Juggernaut's dedicated skill to smash through and do serious damage. Developers have changed Juggernaut to Hero designation. Primary Role: Bruiser Attack vs Tactics. Rarity: 9 Skill: 7.5 Stats: 8.5 Utility: 6.5 Demand: 7 PP Value: 10-15 Real $ Value: Situational and very reliable skill. More consistent tactic defense destroyer than SSR Wolverine $7-11. SSR [Weapon] X-23 - The 23rd time is the charm! After 22 unsuccessful attempts to clone Wolverine from a damaged sample, X-23, aka. Laura Kinney was born. She is a speed defensive card maxing out at 9539 attack and 10948 defense with a dedicated skill. Her skill significantly boosts the defense the all speed cards with an average proc rate. This is a reliable and powerful skill. X-23 surpasses Ms. Marvel and Torch as the top speed defensive card with superior base stats. Her overall utility is hampered by her female designation and low attack stats. She is a top defensive card and should only be used on speed defense decks. Primary Role: Speed Defense. Rarity: 8 Skill: 8.5 Stats: 9 Utility: 5 Demand: 8 PP Value: 20-25 Real $ Value: The best speed defensive card in the game. $14-18 SSR [Psychic Blade] Psylocke - Every fanboys' favorite and most loved female ninja. Psylocke is a tactic card obtaining 9356 attack, 10788 defense and equipped with psychic katanas to boot! Her skill significantly boosts the defense of all tactic cards with an average proc rate. This is a dedicated boost and reliable skill. Psylocke is a defense specialist and should be used primarily in tactic defense decks. She pairs well with any version of Captain America. Low attack stats and female designation limits her greatly on attack decks. By herself she is a an excellent defense card on par with Miss Marvel. SSR AP Captain America completely dominates her in every category. She is a budget player's AP Cap. SoL Captain America has higher base defense but Psylocke's dedicated skill outmatches him. Primary Role: Tactic Defense. Rarity: 8 Skill: 8.5 Stats: 8.5 Utility: 5 Demand: 8 PP Value: 20+ Real $ Value: One of the top tactic defense cards. Rivals Ms. Marvel. Overshadowed by AP Captain America. $14. SSR [The Best There Is] Wolverine - What are you looking at, bub? Wolverine is a bruiser attack card with a dual boost reaching 11078 attack and 10000 defense. His skill significantly raises the attack and defense of all bruiser cards with a relatively high proc rate. Despite having a weaker dual boost instead of a dedicated boost, Wolverine still has very high attack stats and a very reliable proc rate. This combination alone makes him a great card for bruiser players to pick up and add firepower to their attack decks. Wolverine should not really be used on defense unless necessary. SR Thing is just as good with lesser power requirements (22 vs 29). Primary Role: Bruiser Utility. Rarity: 9 Skill: 8.5 Stats: 8.5 Utility: 7.5 Demand: 8 PP Value: 20 Real $ Value: Powerful attack card with high base stats and very reliable skill. $14 SSR [Weather Front] Storm - An Omega level mutant, Storm's power is so great she can level whole cities with her control of the weather. She is a speed card attaining 10445 attack and 10022 defense with a boost to all skill. Her skill significantly boosts the attack of all cards with an average proc rate. This reliable and utility skill lets Storm find a place on any attack deck. She should primarily be used in all-speed attack decks if possible. Her female designation denies her the Fury Blast combo. Player's wanting a solid attack card can make use of Storm but Ghost Rider and Phoenix are far superior choices. Primary Role: All-around Attack. Rarity: 8.5 Skill: 8 Stats: 8 Utility: 8 Demand: 7 PP Value: 10-15. Real $ Value: All purpose attack card. Better skill proc rate than Thunder God Thor. $7-11. SSR [Conglomerate] Emma Frost - Brrrrrr. The conflicted bad/good girl with the porn star looks and ice cold attitude. No wonder she degrades the defense of any opponent. Frost is a tactics card reaching 11149 on attack and 9942 on defense. Her skill significantly lowers the defense of all opponents cards with an average proc rate. Frost is a fantastic tactic attack card on par with Phoenix and Oathbound Surfer. She ranks 2nd in terms of attack power between the three. Her female designation somewhat weakens her overall utility as opposed to Oathbound Surfer having the advantage of Fury Blast combo. Primary Role: Tactic Attack. Rarity: 9 Skill: 8.5 Stats: 8.5 Utility: 5.5 Demand: 8 PP Value: 15-20. Real $ Value: Powerful defense destroyer. $11-14 SSR [Redeye] Gambit - Hey, Mon'ami, check out a quote of mine: "Every part a' the man I was says I should push my bo-staff through your thick skull -- but the problem with dat solution -- is that I'd be givin' you -- exactly what you want." Pretty awesome that Mr sinister removed a piece of my brain because it allows me to talk "lik dis hare" and still be one of the coolest Marvel heroes. Gambit is a tactic card reaching 10304 attack and 10183 defense with a boost to all skill. Gambit's skill is excellent, significantly boosting the attack of all tactic cards with a relatively high proc rate. Gambit is a core tactic attack card who has rendered Prof. X obsolete completely. Winter Soldier still has superior base attack. Use Gambit if you value skill proc rates over hard base stats. Primary Role: Tactic Attack. Rarity: 8.5 Skill: 9 Stats: 8 Utility: 6.5 Demand: 9 PP Value: 35+ Real $ Value: Overshadows Prof X completely. The Ragin Cajun. $25+ SSR [Telekinesis] Jean Grey - Anyone watch the 90's X-Men cartoon every Saturday morning? Jean Grey was always portrayed as extremely wimpy and prone to fainting spells. Good thing the Phoenix Force turned her into a more appealing, flaming, red-haired goddess of destruction. Jean is a bruiser card reaching 10385 attack and 10183 defense with a boost to all skill. Her skill significantly boosts the attack of all bruiser cards with an average proc rate. This is reliable and a dedicated boost putting her in the top tier of Ghost Rider, Winter Soldier, SoA Thor ect. In terms of overall base stats, Jean is superior to SoA Thor. However, she is a female superhero and loses the Fury Blast combo when used on offense. Players must decide if they value slightly higher base stats over Fury Blast. In the end, Fury Blast is the superior choice adding more attack than Jean's base stats can provide and having a 90% proc rate. This makes SoA Thor a better SSR Bruiser attack card still. Primary Role: Bruiser Attack. Rarity: 8.5 Skill: 8.5 Stats: 8 Utility: 7 Demand: 8 PP Value: 20-25 Real $ Value: Better stats than SoA Thor. Female designation loses Fury Blast combo. $14+ SSR [Guns Blazing] Rocket Raccoon - The first of the Guardians of the Galaxy quintet has arrived! Rocket Raccoon (RR) is a speed card attaining 10304 attack and 10183 defense with a dedicated skill. His skill significantly boosts the attack of all speed cards with a relatively high proc rate. This skill is very reliable and one of the most desired at the SSR level. The combination of skill reliability and a dedicated boost makes RR a top tier speed attack card. The only drawback is his lower than average stats. Compared to HF Ghost Rider, RR has 966 less base attack. Stacking 5 RR over 5 Ghost Riders equals a loss of 4830 total base attack, a substantial amount. Players will need to decide if they favor hard stats over a more reliable proc rate when deciding to build either a Ghost Rider, RR, or dual combination deck. Primary Role: Speed Attack. Rarity: 8 Skill: 9 Stats: 8 Utility: 6.5 Demand: 8.5 PP Value: 30-35 Real $ Value: Weaker version of SSR Deadpool. $21-25 SSR [Secret Avenger] Nova - Single handily survives annihilation as the last remaining member of Nova Corps, absorbs the Worldmind, sleeps with Gamora, and saves the universe, Richard Ryder is one busy superhero. Nova is a speed card reaching 10183 attack and 10304 defense with a dual boost skill. His skill significantly boosts the attack and defense of all speed cards with an average proc rate. This is a reliable and utility skill. Interestingly, Nova leans slightly towards defense like his SR version. Between SSR AL Thor and Scarlet Witch, Nova has the best defense. Overall, a value card that works equally well on offense or defense. Primary Role: Speed Utility. Rarity: 8.5 Skill: 8.5 Stats: 8 Utility: 8 Demand: 7 PP Value: 10-15. Real $ Value: Provides value and utility for speed decks. Very balanced stats. $7-11 SSR [Asgardian Lightning] Thor - Frost Giants, Dark Elves, Loki, all in a Thor's day work! The newest version of Thor is a Bruiser card reaching 10264 attack and 10224 on defense with a dual boost skill. His skill significantly boosts the attack and defense of all bruiser cards with a relative high proc rate. This is a very reliable skill with great utility for bruiser players. While AL Thor is a great utility card with balanced stats and skill, he is not dominant in any area besides proc rate. SSR Thing has superior attack stats and SSR SoA Thor has a superior attack skill. AL Thor can find a place on bruiser defense since few other options are available. Primary Role: Bruiser Utility. Rarity: 8.5 Skill: 8.5 Stats: 8 Utility: 8 Demand: 7.5 PP Value: 10-15 Real $ Value: Value card for bruiser players. Very balanced stats. $7-11. SSR [Smoking Gun] Winter Soldier - Bucky Barnes lives on! The once heroic sidekick of Captain America was brainwashed by Hydra before remembering his good-guy roots. Winter Soldier is a tactic attack card reaching 10868 attack and 10224 defense with a boost to all skill. His skill significantly boosts the attack of all tactic cards with an average proc rate. This is one of the most coveted skills for any attack card and rivals Ghost Rider, Prof. X, and Thor. Winter Soldier is currently the best tactic SSR attack card surpassing Prof X with 500 more base attack stats. Primary Role: Bruiser Attack. Rarity: 8.5 Skill: 8.5 Stats: 9 Utility: 6 Demand: 9 PP Value: 25-30 Real $ Value: Better attacks stats compared to SSR Prof X and Gambit. Core tactic attack card. $18-21. SSR [Plasma Sculpture] Torch - Cyborg flame on? Torch is a speed card reaching 9861 attack and 10626 on defense with a boost to speed defense. His skill significantly boosts the def of all speed cards with an average proc rate. This skill is reliable and a powerful dedicated ability giving the best %. Torch is a carbon copy of Ms. Marvel but has slightly less defensive base stats with a 28pwr requirement compared to Marvel at 27pwr. However, he has more base attack to compensate. Marvel is still the best speed defense card available but Torch provides a reliable alternative. Primary Role: Speed Attack. Rarity: 8 Skill: 8.5 Stats: 8.5 Utility: 5 Demand: 7.5 PP Value: 10-12 Real $ Value: Powerful speed defense card. Slightly outmatched by Marvel and X-23. $7-8 SSR [Vigilante] Moonknight - Marc Spector was beaten to near-death and left to die in the desert before nomads found his body and laid him in front of the moon god, Khonshu. Now imbued with the powers of the moon, Moon Knight is a tactics card that reaches 10626 attack and 9861 defense with a self-boost skill. His skill significantly boosts his own attack with a relatively high proc rate. This is a powerful and reliable self-boost ability that can be counted to go off in battle. Moon Knight has better than average attack stats but his self-boost skill limits his overall potential. Prof X and Winter Soldier are better tactic attack cards. Primary Role: Tactic Attack. Rarity: 8 Skill: 7.5 Stats: 8.5 Utility: 5 Demand: 6.5 PP Value: 5-8 Real $ Value: Solid attack self-booster for tactic players. $4-6 SSR [First Mutant] Apocalypse - Less commonly known as "En Sabah Nur," he lives by the creed of survival of the fittest, be it human or mutant. Apocalypse is a bruiser card reaching 10660 attack and 10419 defense with an attack boosting skill. His skill significantly boosts the attack of all cards with an average proc rate. This skill is weaker than a dedicated bruiser boost such as SoA Thor, but provides utility to hybrid decks. Apocalypse is a villain card benefiting most by pairing with Venom for the "Wild Villains" combo. Overall, Apocalypse has above average attack stats and fits well with mostly any bruiser offensive deck. Primary Role: All-around Attack. Rarity: 8.5 Skill: 8.5 Stats: 8.5 Utility: 7 Demand: 7.5 PP Value: 10-15+ Real $ Value: Well-rounded attack card. Good hybrid deck capability. $7-11 SSR [Infinite Lawyer] She-Hulk - More beauty and brains! Green skin and purple leotards seems to be a reoccurring theme in Marvel WoH. She-Hulk is a bruiser card attaining 10586 attack and 10465 defense with a dual boost skill. This skill significantly boosts her own attack and defense with a relatively high proc rate. While dual self-boosts are weaker than dedicated ones, her skill going off is very reliable in battle. She-Hulk's base stats are even and along with her skill, makes her a balanced card but not dominant in either attack or defense. She can find a place in either offense or defensive decks comfortably. When paired with Thing and Hulk cards, she receives a 10% bonus to attack combo. Overall, She-Hulk is a weaker version of UR Ironfist. Primary Role: Bruiser Utility Vs. Tactic. Rarity: 8.5 Skill: 7.5 Stats: 8.5 Utility: 8 Demand: 7 PP Value: 10+ Real $ Value: Utility dual self-booster. Balanced attack/defense stats. $7+. SSR [Thunderbolt Fury] Red Hulk - Voluntarily turning yourself into the thing you hate most to destroy the thing you hate most could be a case study in psychology. Red Hulk amasses 10465 attack and 10022 defense with a dedicated self-boost skill. His skill significantly boosts his own attack with a reliable average proc rate. Red Hulk's base stats and skill are average and he is a capable attack card specializing in nothing else. The developers have him listed as a "super hero" so he contributes to fury blast and hero team combos. While he has 700 lower base attack stats compared to SSR Incredible Rage Hulk, his average proc rate guarantees his skill will go off in battle much more than Incredible Rage Hulk. Overall, Red Hulk is best used a wing card on bruiser attack decks. Primary Role: Bruiser Attack. Rarity: 8 Skill: 7 Stats: 8.5 Utility: 6.5 Demand: 6.5 PP Value: 5-8. Real $ Value: Another bruiser self-booster. Capable attack card. $4-6 SSR [Sentinel of Liberty] Captain America - Captain America continues to dominate the defense category. His newest iteration attains 9821 on attack and 11270 on defense with a generic boost to all defense. His skill is excellent, significantly boosting the defense of all cards with a relatively high proc rate. Captain America is a pure defense card with high defense stats and a very reliable skill. In comparison to his American Pride version, this Captain has less base defensive stats, a slightly less reliable skill and a weaker generic boost. However, as a stand alone defensive card, Sentinel of Liberty is very strong regardless and a powerful addition to any defensive deck. Primary Role: All-around Defense. Rarity: 8.5 Skill: 8.5 Stats: 9 Utility: 7 Demand: 8.5 PP Value: 25-30. Real $ Value: Powerful defensive card for any alignment. Excellent stats and skill. $18-21. SSR [Nexus Being] Scarlet Witch - Arguably, one of the most powerful mutants in the Marvel universe; she depowered 98% of the mutant population in "House of M" after suffering a nervous break down. Scarlet Witch reaches 10263 attack and 10224 defense with a dual boost skill. Her skill significantly boosts the attack and defense of all tactic cards with a reliable average proc rate. As a dual boost, her skill is less powerful than a dedicated one but provides more utility. With almost perfectly balanced stats and dual skill, Scarlet Witch provides great utility for tactic players looking for a value card. She has less overall base stats than SSR Ironman but possesses a more powerful skill. Primary Role: Tactic Utility. Rarity: 8 Skill: 8.5 Stats: 8 Utility: 8 Demand: 7.5 PP Value: 10-15 Real $ Value: Great value and utility tactic card. Not dominant in any specific area. $7-11. SSR [Wall-Crawler] Spider-man - Another Spider-man, another review. This version is a bruiser deck destroyer reaching 10707 attack and 10385 on defense with a very reliable skill. His skill significantly degrades the attack and defense of all bruiser cards with a relatively high proc rate. This skill provides utility and reliability in battle but does not have much use in the current meta. Bruiser defense decks are not hard to crack with the exception of 5 legend Venom. Spider-man has good base attack stats being a speed card but Phoenix Force and Hellfire Ghost Rider easily surpass him in all areas except for skill proc rate. Overall, a collector card that can find use on a speed attack deck but lacks any real purpose. Other speed cards are simply better. Primary Role: Speed Utility vs Bruiser. Rarity: 8.5 Skill: 7 Stats: 8.5 Utility: 7.5 Demand: 6.5 PP Value: 7-8. Real $ Value: Bruiser deck wrecker. Situational card comparable to SSR Fantastic. $5-6. SSR [Spider-Clone] Scarlet Spider - At least the developers are giving players alternatives to Spider-man with the release of Scarlet Spider. Scarlet attains 10183 attack and 10304 defense with an undesirable skill. This skill significantly degrades the attack of opponent's bruiser cards with an average proc rate. Scarlet is a primary defensive speed card that will guard against bruiser attack decks. However, an average proc rate and situational skill lessens the value of Scarlet. Bruisers are not a serious attack threat in the current meta game. Scarlet can be used on attack if needed but speed has too many better options. Marvel and Black Cat have higher base defense and better skills Primary Role: Speed Defense. Rarity: 8 Skill: 5.5 Stats: 8 Utility: 6.5 Demand: 6 PP Value: 5+ Real $ Value: Very situational skill. Much better defensive cards for speed exist. $4+. SSR [Jade Giant] She-Hulk - She-Hulk is Hulk's slender, less raging cousin who doubles as Jennifer Walters, lawyer extreme. A bruiser card, she reaches 10465 attack and 10022 defense with a tactics destroying skill. She-Hulk and UR Cyclops have the exact same skill which significantly degrades the attack and defense of opponent's tactic cards with a reliable average proc rate. She-Hulk provides utility against powerful tactic player decks (Doom, Magneto, Prof X, Ironman, Captain America) on offense and defensive. Her skill is weaker than SSR FF Wolverine and her base stats do not compare to UR Cyclops. She-Hulk's main benefit is utility on bruiser offense or defense decks since her stats are relatively balanced. Overall, she provides value but is not dominant in any area. Primary Role: Bruiser Utility vs Tactics. Rarity: 8 Skill: 7 Stats: 8 Utility: 7.5 Demand: 6.5 PP Value: 5-8. Real $ Value: Good utility against tactic decks on offense or defense. $4-6. SSR [Thunder God] Thor - Behold the wrath of Thor! Also, might ye know thy whereabouts of Jane Foster? The newest iteration of Thor sacrifices a reliable skill for raw attack damage. Thor reaches 11028 on attack and 9458 on defense with a skill that significantly intensifies the attack of all cards. Thor's skill is unreliable with a low proc rate and a generic boost to all attack meaning it is weaker than a realm specific one in total %. However, this version of Thor has superior base attack stats by almost 1000 compared to Son of Asgard (SoA) Thor. It will be up to the player to decide if they want greater base attack stats or a more powerful skill by sticking with SoA Thor. Overall, this Thor is a one-trick pony, amassing pure attack damage with an unreliable skill. Primary Role: Bruiser Attack. Rarity: 8 Skill: 7 Stats: 8.5 Utility: 5.5 Demand: 7 PP Value: 7-9 Real $ Value: Pure attack card. Skill is lower tier compared to SoA Thor. $5-6 SSR [Ferrous Hero] Ironman - Ironman cards are all about dual boosts and utility and the SSR version here is no exception. Ironman reaches 10787 on attack and 10304 defense and has a beneficial skill. This skill significantly boosts the attack/defense of all cards with a reliable average proc rate. Ironman's balanced stats and skill gives him top utility. He can be used successfully in many hybrid or tactic-only decks. With a pwr 29 requirement, Ironman has top tier stats for a dual boost to all card. He is better overall than Great Responsibility Spider-man in total stats. Ironman is a male hero card and can benefit from the popular "Fury Blast" and "Marvel Hero Team" combo bonuses on offense or defense. Ironman is a great value card and can fill any gap in tactic player decks. Keep in mind his skill is weaker than specific alignment skills such as Prof. X or Captain America. Primary Role: All-around Utility. Rarity: 8.5 Skill: 8 Stats: 8.5 Utility: 10 Demand: 8 PP Value: 10-15. Real $ Value: Top notch utility. Balanced stats. $7-11. SSR [Enemy Inside] Hulk - This bruiser version of Hulk breaks the pattern of first generation bad skill/attack heavy ones released when Marvel WoH launched. Hulk reaches 10304 on attack and 10183 on defense with a dual self-boost skill. This skill significantly intensifies the attack and defense of Hulk with the a high proc rate. Currently, this is the best proc rate in the game with top notch reliability. Players who have attacked (or have themselves) a 5 UR+ Captain America defense can attest to how often a skill with a high proc rate goes off in battle. Hulk is a balanced card fitting easily on bruiser attack or defense positions. His skill is reliable but not very powerful. Overall, Hulk is a slightly less powerful copy of Juggernaut with a more reliable skill. Primary Role: Bruiser Utility. Rarity: 8 Skill: 7.5 Stats: 8.5 Utility: 8 Demand: 5.5 PP Value: 5-7. Real $ Value: Balanced stats and very reliable skill. $4-5. SSR Mephisto - Mephisto debued during the silver age of comic books and has battled some of the most popular Marvel heroes since that time. A tactics villain card, Mephisto reaches 10948 on attack and 10143 on defense with a significant degrade to speed defense. His skill has an average proc rate and is not very useful in the current meta game given that tactics is the preferred defense deck. Mephisto is the tactics version of Hellbike Ghost Rider, similar in stats and degrade skill. As a villain card with higher than average attack stats, Mephisto can be paired with Doom, Magneto, Iron Patriot for a successful villain tactic attack deck. This pairing also benefits from the "Wild Villains" combo bonus which will add a good chunk of attack power to your cards. On defense, Mephisto has limited utility with his higher power cost and average defense stats. He has low synergy with staple Marvel hero defense cards such as Captain America and Ironman. Overall, Mephisto is a more powerful version of Loki. Primary Role: Tactic Attack vs Speed. Rarity: 8 Skill: 6.5 Stats: 9 Utility: 5 Demand: 5 PP Value: 5-7 Real $ Value: Good attack stats. Synergy with UR Doom and Magneto and SSR Iron Patriot. $4-5 SSR [Idol of Millions] Thing - It's defense and offense clobberin' time! Thing gets an SSR makeover for the Fantastic Four raid event release. Thing reaches 10982 attack and 10097 on defense with a dual-skill that significantly boosts the attack and defense of all bruiser cards. Thing is a mirror version of speed's Black Cat but bucks the defensive trend and is attack stat heavy. Thing has good overall stats and skill for the current bruiser meta and will retain good value after the Fantastic Four event ends. Thing has great utility and can be paired with Thor on offense and SSR+ Thing on defense as a viable combination. Primary Role: Bruiser Utility. Rarity: 8 Skill: 8 Stats: 9 Utility: 8 Demand: 7.5 PP Value: 10-15. Real $ Value: Great utility. Fits comfortably in many bruiser decks. $7-11. SSR [Oathbound] Silver Surfer - Bruiser players rejoice! This offense oriented Silver Surfer combines SSR Phoenix-like attack stats and skill for a much needed offensive power boost to bruiser decks. Surfer reaches 11109 on attack and 9982 on defense with a significant degrade to all opponents defense. This skill has a reliable average proc rate. Surfer shines in the current bruiser meta game as they badly need offensive firepower at the SSR level. Combine 2 Surfers as wing cards with 3 Thor in the middle for a powerful attack deck combination. Surfer can effectively replace SSR Hulk as a wing card with very minimal loss in base attack but adding a much superior skill. Primary Role: Bruiser Attack. Rarity: 9 Skill: 8.5 Stats: 8.5 Utility: 5.5 Demand: 8.5 PP Value: 15-20. Real $ Value: Excellent stats and powerful skill. $11-14. SSR [Great Responsibility] Spider-man - "With great power comes great responsibility." The SSR version of Spider-man joins the cast with a skill that makes everyone around him stronger true to his uncle's famous quote. Spider-man reaches over 10384 on attack and 10062 on defense with a skill that gives a significant boost to attack/defense with an average proc rate. This is an excellent skill in terms of utility, similar to Black Widow but much stronger. Spider-man is a great utility card overall with balanced attack and defense and a reliable skill that empowers all those around him. As a generic, dual-boost skill card, Spider-man gives a lower % boost compared to Black Cat's. Hybrid decks can make good use of Spider-man as well as speed players looking for a strong value card to support their decks. This Spider-man is a jack-of-all-trades card that does a little bit of everything well but nothing exceptionally. Even though Cat has a better dual-boost, Spider-man is a male superhero card that has more attack than Cat and can proc the Fury Blast combo with other male superhero cards. Primary Role: All-around Utility. Rarity: 9 Skill: 8 Stats: 8.5 Utility: 10 Demand: 7 PP Value: 10-15. Real $ Value: Strong utility SSR card. Balanced skill and stats. $11-14. SSR [Wicked Bad Luck] Black Cat - This Black Cat is no Anne Hathaway. Speed players get a new SSR with generous amounts of cleavage. Cat is a speed utility card with defense heavy stats and a dual boost to all speed player cards. Cat almost reaches 9500 on attack 10982 on defense with a significant, alignment boost to speed attack and defense with an average proc rate. This is a great skill that serves dual purposes with decent reliability. Think of her skill as a less powerful UR Ironman one. However, because it is a dual boost it gives percentages equal to the remarkable level. Cat should primarily be used on defense as speed is already stacked with far superior attack cards such as Phoenix and Ghost Rider at the SSR level. Cat's high defense base stats are better than Marvel's by a slight edge but Marvel has a superior defensive boost that easily surpasses Cat's. Primary Role: Speed Utility. Rarity: 8 Skill: 8.5 Stats: 8.5 Utility: 8 Demand: 7.5 PP Value: 12-17. Real $ Value: Good speed value card. Better utilized on defense but can fill offensive roles if needed. $8-12 SSR Annihilus - Anyone who has read the Annihilation comic will recognize Annihilus as the main protagonist from the series. He makes his return from the negative zone to join the villain ensemble here. Annihilus reaches over 10700 on attack and 10300 on defense with a dual self-boost. His boost gives a significant, self-boost to his attack and defense with a reliable proc rate. This is a reliable boost with good utility as Annihilus has fairly balanced attack and defense stats. He is best utilized as a speed wing card on offense or defense with equal success. Annihilus works well with Marvel, Black Cat, and Ghost Rider. Be aware that his "villain" designation will lose players the special combo bonus for using 5 hero cards in battle. Primary Role: Speed Utility. Rarity: 8 Skill: 7.5 Stats: 8 Utility: 8 Demand: 5.5 PP Value: 5-7 Real $ Value: Less powerful speed version of Juggernaut. Respectable wing card for speed offense/defense. $4-5 SSR [Crimson Gem of Cyttoark] Juggernaut - I'm the Juggernaut B**CH! Yes, the Juggernaut is finally here with all his unstoppable glory. As a SSR event reward card, Juggernaut has great overall stats. At his max. Juggernaut has over 10900 attack and 10100 defense with a skill that gives a significant self-boost to his attack and defense with a relatively high proc rate. Juggernaut has great attack and better than average defense stats with a very reliable skill. His only drawback is his dual self-boost which limits the overall % gained when his skill procs in battle. Bruiser decks can make effective use of Juggernaut on offense and defense as a wing card. However, Bruiser decks are becoming stacked with wing cards at the SSR level to include Hulk, Wolverine and Silver Surfer. Silver Surfer is a better defensive wing card and Hulk is a better offensive wing card in terms of base stats. But the Juggernaut can fill both these roles nicely due to his more reliable skill and dual boost. It might be wiser to make a deck of two Juggernauts as wing cards with three Thors in the middle to maximize boosts going off. This deck will have roughly 1000 less base attack than using two Hulk and three Thors but you can certainly guarantee more skills procing in battle. On defense, pair two Juggernaut as wing cards with three SSR Things. Overall, Juggernaut has great utility for any Bruiser deck in need of a strong wing card. Best Juggernaut parody! *contains expletives: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KiU5NKajhBA Primary Role: Bruiser Utility. Rarity: 8.5 Skill: 7.5 Stats: 8.5 Utility: 8 Demand: 6 PP Value: 6-8 Real $ Value: Well-rounded and very reliable attack/defense bruiser wing card. $4-6+. SSR [Mind Over Matter] Professor X - The greatest mental health professional in Marvel joins the cast. Prof. X rounds out the big three of Thor and Ghost Rider as SSR cards that give significant boosts to attack to their specific realms. Prof X is slightly stronger than Thor reaching over 10300 on attack and 10100 on defense but is still underpowered compared to Ghost Rider. Prof X's skill significantly boosts tactic card attack with an average proc rate. This is a reliable and powerful skill exactly identical to Ghost Rider and Thor. On defense, Prof. X can be used to fill in deck gaps effectively but there is little need as tactic defense has a wide variety of the best cards to use. Once Magneto is released, expect many players to seek out Prof. X to be used with Magneto in the same fashion Ghost Riders are paired with Spider-man. Primary Role: Tactic Attack. Rarity: 8 Skill: 8.5 Stats: 8.5 Utility: 5.5 Demand: 7 PP Value: 10-15 Real $ Value: Core Tactic offense card with solid stats and skill. $7-11. SSR Phoenix Force - Speed is destined to be attack based and the new Phoenix Force card is no exception. This great looking card shows Jean Grey in her Dark Phoenix red and yellow. Phoenix is not just a over-hyped event reward but the real deal with excellent attack stats that rival Ghost Rider and the 2nd best degrade to defense skill in the game. Perfect fusion stats give Phoenix well over 11200 attack and around 9800 defense. Her skill is top tier, significantly degrading the defense of all opponent's cards with a reliable average proc rate. Phoenix fits easily in a speed offense deck with Ghost Rider and UR Spider-man. Many players prefer to run 1 degrade card and 2 boost cards for a good offensive mix that will beat many other decks. Primary Role: Speed Attack. Rarity: 9 Skill: 8.5 Stats: 9 Utility: 5 Demand: 7 PP Value: 20-25. Real $ Value: Excellent offensive speed card with high attack stats that rival Ghost Rider and Carnage. Limited event reward card. $14-18. SSR [American Pride] Captain America - The King Arthur of Marvel without Excalibur. The best tactic defensive card in the game period. Captain America makes players turn redder than the defeat screen message. Reaches 9016 attack and 12060 Defense when fused properly. Cap has a significant boost to tactics defense skill with a high proc rate. Defensive stats almost rival Legend cards. Captain America is super strong and super reliable in any tactics defense deck. His utility suffers when included in attack decks or paired with bruiser/speed cards. Trade for Captain America if you go tactics defense deck and you will not be disappointed. Because boosts stack cumulatively, 2-3 Captain Americas can reliably boost your base defensive stats to incredibly high levels. Top ranked alliances are choosing to use 5 UR Captain America on their defense lead during SHIELD Training events. Primary Role: Tactic Defense. Rarity: 8 Skill: 9.5 Stats: 9.5 Utility: 4 Demand: 9.5 PP Value: 45-50. Real $ Value: Undisputed best tactic defensive card in the game. $32-35. SSR [Hellbike] Ghost Rider - The newest version of Ghost Rider combines killer artwork with a killer attack on bruiser defense. Ghost has over 10988 attack and 9499 defense with an ability that significantly degrades bruiser defense cards. Right away, it should be noted that the old Hellfire Ghost Rider is the superior card in stats and skill. The newest Ghost has a reliable average proc rate but degrades to bruiser defense are not valuable skills at all. Currently, there exists no formidable bruiser defense deck that requires using Hellbike Ghost Rider to crack. Other speed cards do the job just as well. Ghost provides no utility on defense for speed players with low defense stats and a purely offensive skill. For a 29 power requirement, speed players are better off using the old Hellfire Ghost Rider in their decks. Primary Role: Speed Attack vs. Bruiser. Rarity: 8 Skill: 5.5 Stats: 8.5 Utility: 5 Demand: 5 PP Value: 5-7 Real $ Value: Better than average attack stats. Useless skill and outclassed by Hellfire Ghost Rider. $4-5. SSR [Hellfire] Ghost Rider - A top speed attack card. Ghost Rider reaches 11270 attack and 9821 defense. Ghost Rider is blessed with very high overall attack stats and a powerful skill. His skill gives an average chance to significantly boost the attack of all speed cards. Ghost Rider is one of the most sought out SSR cards for these reasons. Best used as an attacker, Ghost Rider provides adequate defense if nothing better is used. If you can trade up for a Ghost Rider, (even if you do not actually need the card) do it! Ghost Riders are easy to trade and hold value well also working as excellent trade bait. Primary Role: Speed Attack. Rarity: 8 Skill: 8.5 Stats: 9 Utility: 5 Demand: 8.5 PP Value: 30-35 Real $ Value: One of the top SSR attack cards available. SSR Deadpool is better $25-28. SSR [Incredible Rage] Hulk - A powerful wing card for bruiser attack decks. Hulk has high attack stats at any level. Easily more powerful than Thor but suffers from near useless skill. Hulk's skill self-boosts for 50% more attack power but has an unreliable very low proc rate. This is currently the lowest proc rate in the game. As such, do not count on Hulk winning you battles with his skill. Instead use him as a wing card paired with Thor and take advantage of how high boosts reach off his great attack stats. Hulk has awful defensive stats and should be only used in attack decks. Primary Role: Bruiser Attack. Rarity: 8 Skill: 3 Stats: 7.5 Utility: 4 Demand: 5 PP Value: 5-7 Real $ Value: Very good attack stats but suffers from near-useless skill and no utility on defense. $4-5 SSR [Son of Asgard] Thor - The popular, Avenger, Thunder God that sometimes goes toe to toe with Hulk in comics. Thor is an excellent, balanced bruiser attack card with a great skill. His overall stats are lower than Prof. X and Ghost Rider. Perfect Fusion gives Thor 10144 attack and 9725 defense. For bruiser attack decks, Thor is a core card. Has a significant boost to bruiser alignment attack with an average proc rate. Thor's skill is both reliable and powerful. SSR Ultron and Jean Grey are better cards. Primary Role: Bruiser Attack. Rarity: 8 Skill: 8.5 Stats. 8 Utility: 6.5 Demand: 7 PP Value: 15-20. Real $ Value: Thor is a popular card even with lower stats than Prof. X and Ghost Rider. Core Bruiser attacker. $11-14. SSR [Kree Honor] Ms. Marvel - The 2nd best speed defense card in the game. If you decide to build a speed defense deck then Ms. Marvel should be a building block. Solid defensive stats and an average proc rate for a significant boost to speed defense alignment makes her an excellent core defensive card. Marvel reaches over 9056 on attack and 10827 on defense. Think of Marvel as a slightly underpowered Captain America with a skill that is just as strong but less reliable to proc in battle. A pure defensive card, Marvel suffers from low attack stats and contributes no skill to an offensive deck. She should be used on defense mainly as speed has a variety of good attack cards to use instead. Primary Role: Speed Defense. Rarity: 8 Skill: 8.5 Stats: 8.5 Utility: 5 Demand: 7.5 PP Value: 15-20 Real $ Value: The 2nd best speed defensive card in the game. Overshadowed by Captain America and X-23. $11-14 SSR [Ferocious Fighter] Wolverine - Wolverine makes an appearance at the SSR rarity with unique artwork and a unique skill. Wolverine reaches over 10869 attack and 10209 defense while shunning the dual self-boost ability that his other cards have in favor of a tactics destroying one. Wolverine's skill significantly degrades tactic card defense with an average proc rate. This skill is useful because it is reliable and the bruiser attack deck solution to countering the best defense in the game. Wolverine is a situational card that is well-suited for bruiser players tired of getting out boosted by Captain America. It seems Adamantium claws > Vibranium shield. Bruiser players trying to break a Captain America DEF lead in SHIELD Training event can make use of Wolverine to get the job done. SSR Mystical Entity Juggernaut is a superior card. Primary Role: Bruiser Attack. Rarity: 8 Skill: 7 Stats: 8.5 Utility: 6.5 Demand: 5.5 PP Value: 5-7 Real $ Value: A powerful anti-tactics defense card. Good overall stats. SSR [Mystical Entity] Juggernaut is better. $4-5. SSR [Power Cosmic] Silver Surfer - Finding planets for his boss to destroy has to be the worst job in the world. Silver Surfer gets an SSR Version of himself for Thanksgiving day! Surfer is a balanced bruiser card that can find use in offensive and defensive decks. Surfer has respectable stats reaching 10000 on offense and over 10400 on defense. His skill is a dual self boost that significantly boosts his attack and defense with an average proc rate. In terms of power, this skill is between UR Wolverine and SR Wolverine. Surfer will find the greatest use on bruiser defense decks but can provide offense support as well. However, at the SSR level, Surfer is very much overshadowed by Thor who has better attack stats and an immensely better skill for less power requirement. Surfer is a value card that can provide good utility in bruiser decks. He is best used as a wing card on bruiser defense. Pair 3 SSR+ Thing with 2 UR Silver Surfers and you have a solid bruiser defense deck. Primary Role: Bruiser Utility. Rarity: 8 Skill: 7.5 Stats: 7.5 Utility: 8 Demand: 5.5 PP Value: 6-8. Real $ Value: Balanced utility and stats. $4-6. SSR [Kunlun Master] Ironfist - Tactic offensive players can show their faces once again with the much needed firepower that Ironfist brings to the unpopular tactics attack deck. An offensive specialist, Ironfist has over 10500 attack and 9200 defense with a skill that significantly self-boosts his attack with a relatively high proc rate. The combination of good attack stats and a very dependable skill which further increases his attack potential, makes Ironfist a solid offensive card. It is not confirmed yet, but Ironfist's skill most likely gives an extra 50% boost to his attack similiar to SSR Hulk. The only difference is Ironfist's skill is exceedingly more reliable in battle and will most certainly proc. Ironfist should not be used on defense as SR Captain America is a better choice. Many players are choosing to pass on Ironfist. They believe his high proc chance for his skill wastes a potential better boost from tactic cards with boost to all skills since only 3 skill max can go off in battle. Primary Role: Tactic Attack. Rarity: 8 Skill: 7.5 Stats: 8.5 Utility: 4 Demand: 5.5 PP Value: 5-7. Real $ Value: Solid wing card for tactics offense. Attacking specialist with very reliable skill. $4-5. SSR [Radar Senses] DareDevil - Known as DD in trade lingo, DareDevil is a balanced speed defensive card that can find use on an attack or defensive deck. Primarly, a defensive card based on his skill, DD significantly degrades the attack of all opponents cards with a relatively low proc rate. DD is currently the most powerful degrade to all attack card on the market which ups his value and utility. However, this great skill is hindered by an unreliable proc rate making it hit or miss. If needed, DD can find use on an offensive deck for added firepower but should only be used so when no alternative exists due to his high point cost and lack of offensive skill. DD is balanced in atk/def stats but shines in neither role. Overall, DD is a solid speed defensive card but is easily surpassed by Ms. Marvel. Primary Role: Speed Defense. Rarity: 8 Skill: 7 Stats: 7.5 Utility: 6 Demand: 6.5 PP Value: 8-10. Real $ Value: Best degrade to attack card in the game but has lower defensive stats and lower skill proc rate compared to Marvel. $6-7. SSR [Scientific Solution] Mr. Fantastic - True to Marvel lore, Mr. Fantastic is certainly a flexible card able to be used offensively and defensively with equal success. Fantastic has balanced stats like DareDevil but ends up with slightly more defense stats compared to his attack stats. Fantastic has a versatile skill that destroys speed card attack and defense. Since speed is focused towards attack, this is an incredibly useful skill to have. Fantastic is blessed with a relatively high proc rate for his skill so a player can depend on it going off in battle. Against, bruiser/tactic decks, Fantastic loses utility and only contributes hard stats. Fantastic can be used to great effect if you know beforehand if a player specializes in a speed defense deck before attacking him. On defense it is hit or miss what type of deck will be used against you. However any speed deck will be severely decimated and a majority of players gravity towards speed cards for attacking. Demand for Fantastic is not particularly strong at this point. He is undervalued. Primary Role: Tactic Utility vs. Speed. Rarity: 8 Skill: 7 Stats: 7.5 Utility: 7 Demand: 5.5 PP Value: 6-8. Real $ Value: Wrecks speed decks on offense and defense. Situational card that is more of a luxury than a necessity for many players. $4-6. SSR [Devious Trickster] Loki - Thor's trickster brother certainly suffers from awkward art and low demand for an SSR. Nevertheless, Loki is a solid SSR card for a Tactics attack deck. He has very balanced stats reaching over 10000 on atk/def. Against speed defense decks such as Marvel and DareDevil, Loki is a great card to have since his skill significantly degrades speed defense with an average proc rate. A player can use Loki to his advantage by choosing to fight a speed deck opponent. This gives Loki more utility as a card compared to defensive cards that target a specific alignment on defense. Loki's value is decreased because many players gravitate towards the better Tactics card defense. Loki can be used on offense and defensive decks successfully thanks to his balanced stats. As an event only reward, Loki is in limited supply. Primary Role: Tactic Attack. Rarity: 9 Skill: 5 Stats: 8.5 Utility: 5.5 Demand: 5 PP Value: 5 Real $ Value: Unpopular artwork and skill. Overshadowed by Mephisto. $4 SR Cards: SR cards are considered the standard for making a competitive deck. SR cards vary in stats and abilities with some truly standing out more than others. SR cards, while not as powerful as SSR cards, are easier to skill up with higher level abilities evening the playing field. Spoiler: Special Rares! SR Colossus - Anyone read Joss Whedon's Astonishing X-Men? Turns out Colossus had the power to destroy a planet named Breakworld all along. Here he is a bruiser defense card reaching 7164 attack and 9258 defense. He remarkably boosts the defense of all bruiser cards with an average proc rate. Overall Colossus is a top SR defensive card that rivals SR Thing. Players wanting a cheap but effective defense should stack Colossus and Thing together. Organic Steel baby! Primary Role: Bruiser Defense. Rarity: 7 Skill: 8 Stats: 9 Utility: 3.5 Demand: 8.5 PP Value: 1-2. Real $ Value: Top SR defensive card. Rivals SR Thing. $1. SR Elektra - Wielding two Sai and one skimpy red dress, Elektra steps up from her common card form. She attains 7969 total attack and 7889 defense with a dedicated self boost skill. This skill remarkably boosts her own attack power with a reliable average rate. Between her counterparts, SR Blade and SR Sentinel, Elektra is the weakest of the three. Her base attack is very low overall. In comparison, Blade has over 900 more base stats which is a significant difference at the SR level. Elektra's defense is great neither which is understandable for a primary attack card. Low attack and defense weakens her overall utility. Primary Role: Tactic Attack. Rarity: 7 Skill: 6.5 Stats: 7.5 Utility: 4 Demand: 5 PP Value: 1-2 Real $ Value: Low base attack. Blade and Sentinel are better cards. $1 SR Falcon - The power to communicate with birds was bestowed upon him by the Red Skull? Are the developers just making up card descriptions now? Falcon is a tactic card reaching 7969 attack and 7889 on defense with a degrade ability. His skill remarkably degrades the def of opponents speed cards with an average proc rate. His skill is reliable but nearly useless in the current meta. The best defenses at the SR level are still Cap America and Thing. Falcon's base stats are so low, SSR Cards like Marvel and Torch will simply outmatch him. Better tactic SR cards are available. Primary Role: Tactic Attack vs. Speed. Rarity: 6 Skill: 5.5 Stats: 8 Utility: 5 Demand: 5 PP Value: 1-2pp. Real $ Value: Better than average stats. Useless skill. $1 SR The Thing - Who would of thought loneliness is The Thing's Achilles heel? The newest iteration of Thing amasses 7808 attack and 8050 on defense with a skill that remarkable boosts the attack and defensive of himself with an average proc rate. This is a reliable, dual self-boost allowing The Thing has good utility on bruiser offense or defense. The Thing is defensive stat heavy but a dedicated defensive version of The Thing already exists at the SR level that makes this one obsolete. On attack, Thing suffers from lower than average stats. SR Wolverine is clearly better. In the end, Thing provides utility but shines in neither attack or defense role. Primary Role: Bruiser Utility. Rarity: 8 Skill: 6.5 Stats: 7 Utility: 7.5 Demand: 5.5 PP Value: 1-2 Real $ Value: Balanced stats. Overshadowed by other SR Thing and SR Wolverine. $1 SR Red Skull - What does Red Skull have in common with Agent Smith from the Matrix? Hugo Weaving! Red Skull has 8613 attack and 7245 def with a skill that remarkable degrades the defense of opponent's bruiser cards. His skill is top notch reliable with a high proc rate. However, degrades to bruiser defense are not prized by many players. At the SR level, Skull is a great counter to players stacking SR Thing for defense. Skull also has better than average attack stats. He is an effective bruiser defense destroyer should the occasion arise. As with many speed cards, Skull has poor defense and should be prioritized on attack decks. Primary Role: Speed Attack vs. Bruiser. Rarity: 6 Skill: 6 Stats: 8 Utility: 5 Demand: 5 PP Value: 1-2. Real $ Value: Bruiser defense breaker specialist. Better than average attack stats. $1. SR Wiccan - The son of Scarlet Witch is a perfectly balanced tactic card. At max, Wiccan reaches 7929 on attack and defense with a remarkable degrade to speed attack and defense with an average proc rate. His skill is reliable but not desirable because dual-degrades are less powerful overall. Wiccan does not shine in any particular area but his balanced stats offer some utility on offense or defense. The fact that his skill can be used offensively or defensively adds value as well, albeit little. Primary Role: Tactic Attack. Rarity: 6 Skill: 5.5 Stats: 7 Utility: 7.5 Demand: 4.5 PP Value: 1-2. Real $ Value: Perfectly balanced stats with limited utility. Undesirable skill. $1. SR Invisible Woman - Susan Storm certainly has not suffered in popularity even if Jessica Alba didn't add much to her character over two lackluster movies. The true blue and blonde Invisible Woman reaches 7406 on offense and 8452 on defense with a remarkable degrade to speed attack with an average proc rate. Overall, her skill is reliable and has value targeting the attack-heavy speed cards. Her stats give her a pure defensive role as is standard with most tactic cards. She can be used efficiently in tactic defense decks at the SR level but Emma Frost and Captain America are easily superior. Primary Role: Tactic Attack vs. Speed. Rarity: 6 Skill: 6.5 Stats: 7.5 Utility: 6.5 Demand: 5 PP Value: 1-2. Real $ Value: So-so skill. So-so tactic defensive card. $1. SR Emma Frost - The Joss Whedon verison of Emma Frost in Uncanny X-Men is probably the most desirable, Marvel character ever written. Combine a female with a porn star body, revealing outfit, and an internal conflict between good and bad and you have a winning formula that garners instant fan appeal. Frost reaches over 7486 on attack and 8935 on defense with a dual boost to all tactic attack/defense. Her skill has an average reliable proc rate which gives her great utility for tactic players. However, Frost is more suited for defensive tactic decks and should be paired with other strong cards like Captain America for maximum efficiency. Frost's overall effectiveness is lowered by her weaker dual-boost. She is a more powerful defensive version of SR Ironman. Primary Role: Tactic Defense. Rarity: 6.5 Skill: 8 Stats: 8.5 Utility: 8 Demand: 7 PP Value: 1-2. Real $ Value: Good utility. Excellent defensive stats. $1. SR Red Hulk - General Thunderbolt Ross is so obsessed with the Hulk that he chooses to inject himself with the Hulk's blood to become a Hulk? Also, Green Hulk is good while Red Hulk is bad. Star Wars light saber reference anyone? Red Hulk reaches 8573 attack and 7889 defense with a dual self-boost that remarkably boosts his attack and defense with an average proc rate. This is a reliable and utility focused skill. Red Hulk is a bruiser attack heavy card similar to SR Wolverine who also suffers from lower base defense. Lower defense stats limit his overall utility and players should primarily focus on bruiser attack positions for him. Interestingly, Red Hulk is labelled in-game as "super hero" fraction and thus can take advantage of popular super hero deck combinations like "fury blast" and "marvel hero team." Primary Role: Bruiser Utility. Rarity: 6 Skill: 6 Stats: 8 Utility: 7.5 Demand: 5 PP Value: 1-2. Real $ Value: Good attack stats, subpar defense. Best for attack deck but can moonlight on defense. $1. SR Psylocke - Beautiful and deadly. There is something about a scantily clad, psychic ninja that brings instant fan loyalty. Psylocke joins the X-Men cast with her signature blue outfit and katana, She has defense oriented stats reaching over 7700 on attack and 8200 on defense with a skill that gives a remarkable self-boost to her attack and defense with an average proc rate. Between X-23 and Wolverine, Psylocke is the defense version of dual-boost SR cards. She fits nicely in tactics defensive decks but can moonlight on attack as well with lesser effect. Primary Role: Tactic Utility. Rarity: 6 Skill: 6 Stats: 7.5 Utility: 7.5 Demand: 5 PP Value: 1-2. Real $ Value: Good defensive stats. Value card for tactics decks with dual-boost. $1. SR Hawkeye - How does someone equipped with a bow and arrow qualify as a super hero when compared to Hulk and Thor? Somehow Marvel writers continually come up with ways to make an arrow work better than a Hulk smash or lightning bolt. Hawkeye is a popular SR card for the less popular tactics offensive deck. Between Cyclops and the Human Torch, Hawkeye has the highest stats of the three. Hawkeye is very strong with over 8000 attack stats but is balanced out by his less useful skill. This skill remarkably intensifies attack of all tactics cards with a relatively low proc rate. Being a realm specific boost makes Hawkeye's skill very strong. However, the proc rate makes his boost not as reliable. In comparison, Legend Ironman skill 1 and Hawkeye with a level 3 skill boost around the same amount to a tactics offensive deck. Hawkeye is a pure offense card and should not be used on defense. There are too many better defensive options at the tactic SR level. Overall, If you are serious about going tactics offense then Hawkeye is a necessity to have in your deck. As of 11/30/2012, Hawkeye has been downgraded as [Arsenal] Punisher is a better overall card in every category. Primary Role: Tactic Attack. Rarity: 6 Skill: 7 Stats: 8.5 Utility: 4 Demand: 5 PP Value: 1-2 Real $ Value: Has a desirable but unreliable skill. High attack stats for the less popular tactics offense. [Arsenal] Punisher is a better card. $1. SR Cyclops - Cyclops is continually overshadowed by Wolverine in the Marvel universe in popularity and it continues to show here in War of Heroes. Still, you cannot fault a guy who ends up sleeping with Jean Grey and Emma Frost. Cyclops is a very powerful card with an attack over 7800. His skill has an average proc rate that remarkably boosts bruiser cards attack. This is an excellent combination of good stats and good skill which makes Cyclops a valuable and effective bruiser attack card. Bruiser attack decks will definitely benefit from having him in their lineup. On defense, Cyclops does not have much of a role as he is an offensive specialist. Players looking to compete at higher levels with a bruiser deck will benefit immensely by building their decks around Cyclops. 2 SSR Hulk and 3 SSR Cyclops with high level skill is a very powerful combination that can handle tough defenses. Primary Role: Bruiser Attack. Rarity: 6 Skill: 8 Stats: 8.5 Utility: 4 Demand: 7.5 PP Value: 1-2. Real $ Value: Core offensive bruiser card. $1. SR Human Torch - Speed attack decks are filled with offensive specialists and the Human Torch only fuels this fire. While having slightly less attack stats than Hawkeye and Cyclops, Torch is still just as powerful. His skill bestows a remarkable boost to attack to all speed cards with an average proc rate. This is a great skill for speed offensive decks and should compliment other speed cards nicely. It should be noted that between Nick Fury and Torch, Fury has greater attack stats but Torch has the more powerful skill. Alignment specific boosts to all are always greater than generic boost to all cards. Torch, like Cyclops and Hawkeye, really have no use on defensive decks which hinders utility. Players who do not possess Ghost Rider will benefit from having Torch in their speed attack decks. Flame on! Primary Role: Speed Attack. Rarity: 6 Skill: 8 Stats: 8 Utility: 4 Demand: 8 PP Value: 1-2. Real $ Value: Core offensive speed card. $1. SR War Machine - War Machine is an interesting card. His skill and stats make him a complete conundrum with attack reaching over 7700 and defense 8100 respectively. Those stats make War Machine better suited for a defensive role however this is not the case. His skill remarkable degrades the defense of tactics cards with a high proc rate. This is an insanely good skill for an offensive card. While the stats and skill of War Machine do not mesh very well, he is still a strong card that should primarily be used on bruiser offensive decks. On defense his better defense stats allow more utility and can be a good card to fill weak spots until better cards are acquired. Because tactic defense is the strongest available in the current meta, War Machine can be put to great use against players who exploit those decks. Overall, War Machine is a solid bruiser card that can fill in many roles. He is considered a situational card and is more of a deck luxury as opposed to a core card such as Cyclops. Primary Role: Bruiser Attack vs Tactic. Rarity: 6 Skill: 7 Stats: 7 Utility: 7 Demand: 6 PP Value: 1-2. Real $ Value: Great Skill but mismatched stats. $1. SR X-23 - Wolverine's female clone comes complete with claws of her own. X-23 is a excellent speed utility card completely balanced in attack/defense and skill. Properly maxed and fused, X-23 tops over 7900 on both attack and defense. Her skill is a self-boost with an average proc rate that raises attack and defense. Perfect balanced stats and skill make X-23 the best self-boost SR card available and gives her unparalleled utility. Unfortunately, her alignment causes X-23 to lose favor among speed players since speed is stacked with boost to all cards like Nova, Fury and Torch. X-23 is best used as a wing card in both speed offensive and defensive decks. X-23 is a great card to build for newer players who need strong support until they can complete their core decks. In terms of value, she rates excellent which is attributed to her strong, dual-role capability in decks. Currently, speed does not have strong defensive card at the SR level which increases her usability. Primary Role: Speed Utility. Rarity: 6 Skill: 6 Stats: 7.5 Utility: 8 Demand: 6.5 PP Value: 1-2. Real $ Value: Excellent utility and appealing card. $1. SR Ironman - Like his UR version, Ironman remains a solid tactic card with great utility and stats at the SR level. With a 23 power requirement, Ironman is at the top end of SR cards and this shows by his high overall stats. Ironman has an excellent skill that remarkably boosts attack and defense of tactic cards with an average proc rate. The combination of good skill and stats makes Ironman an excellent card in terms of overall value. He is able to fill dual roles effectively in any tactics deck. However, Ironman has mismatched stats with over 7700 attack and 8600 defense; a 900 point difference. This imbalance makes Ironman better suited for tactic defense decks. Compared to other SR tactic cards, Ironman is overshadowed by the more powerful Hawkeye/Punisher on offense and Captain America/Emma Frost on defense. Despite this, Ironman is still an excellent value acting as a 2 in 1 card for tactic players. Primary Role: Tactic Utility. Rarity: 6 Skill: 8 Stats: 8 Utility: 8 Demand: 7 PP Value: 2-3. Real $ Value: A 2 in 1 card with good stats and skill. $1. SR Mystique - Every fanboy's dream. One woman that can be any woman. The speed version of SR Captain America. Mystique is a core defensive card for speed defensive decks at the SR level. She remarkably boosts the defense of all speed cards with an average proc rate. This is an excellent skill and with a reliable proc rate. Between SR Thing and SR Captain America, Mystique is the worst defensive card. Thing and Captain America top out at over 9000 and 8900 defense respectively while Mystique is only able to achieve slightly over 7400 defense for the same power requirement. Her offensive stats suffer as well barely reaching 6900. With so many great speed attack cards there is no reason for Mystique to find a place on offensive decks which kills her utility. Players will still find her in demand until word gets out about her low overall stats. For speed defensive players, she is still a viable card that is able to compliment Marvel and Nova nicely. Primary Role: Speed Defense. Rarity: 7 Skill: 8 Stats: 6 Utility: 3.5 Demand: 7 PP Value: 1-2. Real $ Value: Very low stats for an SR. Core defensive card for speed defense players at the SR level. $1. SR Thing - True to his from, SR Thing is an immovable force of solid rocky mass. He is the 2nd best SR defense card in the game besides SR Colossus and even puts SR Captain America to shame. Thing has incredible stats reaching over 6762 attack and 9096 defense. His skill remarkably boosts the defense of all bruiser cards with an average proc rate. This is an excellent and strong defensive skill with good reliability. Thing is purely a defensive specialist. This limits his utility immensely and he should only be used on bruiser defensive decks. Thing is a great value card that can be paired with SR Colossus for a cheap and effective defense deck. It's offense clobberin time! Primary Role: Bruiser Defense. Rarity: 6 Skill: 8 Stats: 9 Utility: 3.5 Demand: 8.5 PP Value: 1-2. Real $ Value: Best SR defensive card in the game. Lack of bruiser SSR/UR defensive options hurts his value and potential. $1. SR Captain America - A top SR defensive card. Captain America has spectacular defensive stats reaching over 8900 and a skill that remarkably boosts the defense of all tactic cards with an average proc rate. This combination makes Cap a defensive specialist that will find great use on tactics defensive decks. While slightly overshadowed by Thing, Cap has greater defensive potential because he compliments other defensive tactic cards so well such as Invisible Woman, Ironman, and Mr Fantastic. A player can stack multiple SR Caps to great effect and put up a very formidable defensive deck for a low power requirement. Low overall attack stats limits Cap to defensive decks and hinders utility. Primary Role: Tactic Defense. Rarity: 6 Skill: 8 Stats: 8.5 Utility: 3.5 Demand: 8 PP Value: 1-2. Real $ Value: Top overall defensive SR card in value. Compliments other defensive tactic cards greatly and is a powerhouse himself. $1. SR Dr. Strange [Offensive Version - The powers of Agamotto have created a fully balanced tactic attack card. Dr. Strange is a capable and versatile offensive card with a skill that gives a remarkable boost to attack to all cards with an average proc rate. Dr. Strange's strength is in his utility to be used as an effective attack booster in a hybrid deck. Since his boosts benefits all cards regardless of alignment, it is slightly underpowered to compensate. Dr. Strange has mirror stats reaching over 7400 on both attack and defense. These are fairly low overall stats for a power 22 SR card. In comparison, Nick Fury has the same skill as Dr. Strange but has vastly superior stats on attack and defense making him the superior choice. Because Fury has rendered Dr. Strange obsolete, he is limited to being used on tactic offensive decks only if the player does not have Hawkeye or if the player has 1-2 strong boosts that will stack higher off Dr. Strange's alignment. Dr. Strange can be used on defensive decks but with so many good tactic defense cards available there is no real need to do so unless the player does not have five dedicated defense cards. Primary Role: All-around Attack. Rarity: 6 Skill: 7.5 Stats: 6.5 Utility: 6 Demand: 5 PP Value: 1-2. Real $ Value: Balanced stats and beneficial skill to all alignments. Easily overshadowed by Nick Fury. $1. SR Dr. Strange [Defensive Version] - Dr. Strange is the Sorcerer Supreme and can cast offensive and defense spells with ease. Here the defense version of Strange joins the lineup. Strange has over 7728 on attack and 8694 on defense with a generic remarkable boost to all defense skill coupled with an average proc rate. Strange is a defensive utility card that finds the best use in hybrid decks. His boost is reliable but adds less defense than an alignment specific boost like Captain America or Thing. Tactic players needing more defense but unable to find SR Captain America can make use of Strange. He has slightly weaker stats and skill than Cap but is still a solid defender than can be paired with many different cards. On offense, Strange should not be used unless no other option exists. Primary Role: All-around Defense. Rarity: 6 Skill: 7.5 Stats: 7 Utility: 6 Demand: 5 PP Value: 1-2. Real $ Value: Good defensive stats. Generic skill lowers boost effectiveness %. $1. SR Spider-man - Unlike his UR counterpart, this Spideman is a bruiser defense deck destroyer and a hard hitting speed attack card as well. Spider-man is blessed with solid overall stats but a near useless skill in the current meta. His skill remarkably degrades the defense of bruiser attack cards with an average proc rate. Not only is this skill situational but will rarely be of use since very few players choose to create a strong bruiser defense deck. However, Spider-man has good overall stats reaching over 8600 on attack and 7800 on defense. As a wing-card, Spider-man compliments speed boosters like Torch, Fury, and Nova very well at the SR level. His higher than normal defense allows him to be used on speed defense decks adding some utility. Overall, Spider-man's skill really hurts his value and limits his role in speed Primary Role: Speed Attack vs. Bruiser. Rarity: 6 Skill: 4 Stats: 8.5 Utility: 4.5 Demand: 5 PP Value: 1-2. Real $ Value: Great overall stats and a dedicated attack card. Near-useless skill hurts demand. $1. SR Blade - The vampire hunter makes an appearance with the power of a Wesley Snipes front kick to the gut. Blade is a hard hitting speed attack card with a skill that allows him to hit even harder. For a power 21 SR card, Blade is one of the strongest attack cards in the game reaching over 8800 attack. His skill is a self-boost to attack with an average proc rate. Although selfish in nature, this skill is a dedicated boost versus a dual-boost (X-23 for example) and therefore is given a larger % boost. Blade is an excellent wing card for speed players who can be used to great effect with Fury, Torch, Nova boosters. Think of his skill as added insurance. If your Torches do not proc for example, it is possible Blade's skill will proc adding a good chunk of offensive power in battle. Blade has low defensive stats and no defensive skill and should avoid defensive roles entirely. Speed players generally favor boost to all attack cards which hurts Blade's value. Blade is still an excellent wing card with great offensive stats and clutch skill. His role in the Ogre, Devil, Spider combo bonus adds significant attack power to one's deck. Primary Role: Speed Attack. Rarity: 6 Skill: 6.5 Stats: 9 Utility: 5 Demand: 7.5 PP Value: 1-2. Real $ Value: Dedicated attacker with strong but selfish skill for an alignment already stacked with boost to all cards. A good wing card. $1. SR Nick Fury - As if speed attack cards were not stacked enough already, enter Nick Fury. Overall, Fury is an excellent card for speed attack decks and a good card for hybrid decks looking for extra firepower. With over 8300 attack and 7800 defense, Fury is a top tier SR card with a very useful skill. Fury's skill gives a remarkable boost to all attack with an average proc rate. This is a solid and reliable attacking skill that can boost attack on every card no matter what alignment. The only drawback is that his skill is not alignment specific and thus loses some boosting power compared to Cyclops, Torch, and Hawkeye. Speed players still have the advantage with Fury in their deck as speed only buffs benefit from his high stats and alignment. Primary Role: All-around Attack. Rarity: 7 Skill: 7.5 Stats: 8 Utility: 5 Demand: 9 PP Value: 1-2. Real $ Value: Good card for all attack decks. Best for speed players. $1. SR She-Hulk - Bruiser defense players rejoice! Now there are two choices for making a bruiser defense deck at the SR level. Do not rejoice too heavily unfortunately, as She-Hulk is underpowered in comparison to Thing. She-Hulk has over 8700 defense and 7700 attack with a skill that remarkably self-boosts her own defense with a high proc rate. While She-Hulk has competitive stats and an insanely reliable skill proc rate, she suffers when matched up again Thing who overall has over 9000 defense and a skill that boosts defense of all bruiser cards. Thing also has a lower power requirement. She-Hulk was made obsolete the moment Mobage released her. She has decent attack stats and can be used on offense when needed but overall utility is lacking. *Update* Many players are finding that She-Hulk does good damage to raid bosses in the X-Men event. I have increased her value to reflect this change. Primary Role: Bruiser Defense. Rarity: 7 Skill: 6 Stats: 8 Utility: 5.5 Demand: 7.5 PP Value: 1-2. Real $ Value: Okay stats for 23 power requirement. Extremely dependable but selfish skill. Thing is better in almost every category. $1. SR [Arsenal] Punisher - Very cool artwork, great attack stats and one of the best skills at the SR level. This Punisher card commands a great deal of respect and backs it up with great value. Punisher has over 8300 attack and 8000 defense making him a balanced card with a slight edge in attack. His skill is superb, granting a remarkable boost to all tactic card attack with a reliable average proc rate. Punisher's better stats and an equal powered but more reliable boost now makes Hawkeye obsolete. At the SR level, Punisher is currently the best attacking card rivaling Fury in stats but surpassing him with his tactic alignment boost. Primary Role: Tactic Attack. Rarity: 7 Skill: 9 Stats: 8.5 Utility: 6 Demand: 9 PP Value: 1-2. Real $ Value: One of the best SR Tactic attack cards. $1. SR Nova - Richard Ryder acquired the "Nova Force" in the Annihilation comic series and proceeded to kick ass across the galaxy. Here his most powerful card comes in SR rarity. Nova is a balanced card similiar to SR Ironman. He reaches over 7600 attack and 8200 defense with a skill that remarkably intensifies the attack and defense of speed cards with an average proc rate. Nova has a great skill that provides excellent utility on offense or defense decks equally well. However, as a dual-boost, Nova's skill gives less boost % than a card that specifically boosts either offense or defense. Overall, Nova is a 2 in 1 value card that can be used in attack or defense decks effectively. He is better used on defense due to his higher defensive stats and the fact that speed lacks strong defensive options at the SR level. Does well when paired with Mystique, Marvel, Torch, Fury, and Ghost Rider. Primary Role: Speed Utility. Rarity: 6 Skill: 8 Stats: 7.5 Utility 8 Demand: 7 PP Value: 1-2. Real $ Value: Great utility card. 2 in 1 value. Useful for SR speed defense decks. $1. SR Hulk - Can a base SR card without a skill be worthy enough to be called an SR? That's a riddle you will have to solve should you decide to keep or trade this Hulk. Like all Hulk cards this SR version still packs a punch. Hulk reaches over 9000 attack and 5796 defense with no skill. This is the only card at uncommon and above rarity without a skill. Hulks impressive base attack stats still find use on bruiser attack decks as a wing cards. 2 SSR+ Hulks as wing cards and 3 SSR+ Cyclops or Thors in the middle slots will form a cheap and effective bruiser attack deck on a budget. Hulk's poor defense stats decreases his utility immensely. Many players prefer to use SR Hulk as a feeder card for leveling up instead. Primary Role: Bruiser Attack. Rarity: 6 Skill: 0 Stats: 8.5 Utility: 4 Demand: 3 PP Value: 1. Real $ Value: Top tier base attack stats. No skill and no utility. Less than $1. SR Thor - Is SR Cyclops a stronger card than Thor? Nay, mortal! SR Thor is a powerful and effective bruiser attack card that is slightly better than SR Cyclops. Thor reaches over 7900 attack and 7300 on defense with a skill that remarkably boosts the attack of all bruiser cards with an average proc rate. This is an excellent and reliable skill equal to Cyclops. Thor and Cyclops are also nearly identical on overall stats with Thor barely edging out Cyclops on attack. This makes Thor the superior bruiser attack card. Players who desire effective firepower at the SR level should consider SR Thor a core card for bruiser attack, On defense Thor has respectable stats but should not be in this role. Primary Role: Bruiser Attack. Rarity: 6 Skill: 8 Stats: 8.5 Utility: 4 Demand: 8 PP Value: 1-2. Real $ Value: Core Bruiser attack card. Better than Cyclops overall. $1. SR Hercules - Rarity: 7 Skill: Stats: Utility: Demand: 5 PP Value: 1-2 Real $ Value: $1 SR Sentinel - Primary Role: Bruiser Attack. Rarity: 7 Skill: Stats: Utility: Demand: 6 PP Value: 1-2 Real $ Value: $1 SR Ultron - Primary Role: Bruiser Attack. Rarity: Skill: Stats: Utility: Demand: PP Value: 1-2 Real $ Value: $1 SR Wolverine - Primary Role: Bruiser Utility. Rarity: Skill: Stats: Utility: Demand: PP Value: 1-2 Real $ Value: $1 SR Punisher - Primary Role: Tactic Attack vs. Speed. Rarity: Skill: Stats: Utility: Demand: PP Value: 1-2 Real $ Value: $1 SR Sabertooth - Primary Role: Speed Attack vs. Bruiser. Rarity: Skill: Stats: Utility: Demand: PP Value: 1-2 Real $ Value: $1 Miscellaneous Cards: ISO-8, Ability Booms, ect. Spoiler: Miscellaneous Cards List! [Ability Boom] ISO - Give 50% (confirmed 1/3/2012) flat skill-up chance to any card. Used to skill up the highest rarity cards to maximum skill level (10). Skill-ups give an extra 1% boost or degrade to a card. For exact percentages by card, please see Yusuke's "Best Card List" in the Marvel sticky section. Primary Role: Skill-ups. Rarity: 8 Skill: 0 Stats: 0 Utility: 0 Demand: 10 PP Value: 20 Real $ Value: Best card to use for skill-ups. $14 [Level-up] ISO - Gives 300% flat level-up (3 levels) to any card when boosting. A lucky Ultimate boost gives 450% flat level up. It is best to use ISO-8 on SSR rarities after level 30 and higher for maximum value. These cards are plentiful and save players time and silver. Can be traded for PP or cards depending on an individual's need. The exchange rate for ISO-8 to PP varies. During shortages the rate can go as low as 3:1. A more consistent rate is 5:1. Primary Role: Level-ups. Rarity: 5 Skill: 0 Stats: 0 Utility: 0 Demand: 8 PP Value: A common rate is 5 ISO-8 for 1 PP. Real $ Value: Best card to use for leveling. Silver - A necessary but overall worthless resource. Silver is used primarily to level cards up and donate to one's alliance for expanding team member slots and buying adapter bonuses. New players will require lots of silver for expanding their decks and alliance. Once that has been established the demand for silver is almost nil. If anyone offers you cards or PP for a reasonable amount of silver, approve that trade immediately. Primary Role: Card leveling, Alliance Expansion, Adapter Bonuses. Rarity: 1 Skill: 0 Stats: 0 Utility: 0 Demand: 3 PP Value: Variable rate. Anywhere from 300,000 to 500,000 silver for 1 PP. Real $ Value: 0. ![]() Edit: Jun 06, 13 10:42pm

how you value a proper evo and fully max card ? how you compare a proper evo and fully max "SSR Cap+" to a clean base ssr cap ?

quote sinsin009Proper evo and fully mastered = add a little extra to the price or trade for the time and resources it took to level. Be realistic. Many players dont care if the card is enhanced or not. Saving time is usually where the value is. A proper UR Cap America+ compared to a clean base SSR Cap? To find the difference just double the value of the base SSR Cap American and add a little extra for the time and resources it took to fuse and master properly.

8: 3 Boosts is stronger than 3 degrades due to cumulative stat increases vs diminishing returns off multiple degrades.
i have something to say about this.... just my thoughts please note that debuff is applied after the buffs. as mathematically( let me know if i make a mistake) so if u do 1000 dmg u gain 10% buff 1000x1.1 =1100 u get a debuff of 10% 1100 x0.9 = 990 your attack is reduced to 990 at higher lvl if u do 50,000 base dmg, u gain 10% buff 3 times your opponent do 10% debuff 3 times your finally attack= 50,000 x 1.1x 1.1x 1.1x 0.9x 0.9x 0.9 = 48,515dmg at legend lvl, assuming both cards are skill 10, legend spidey do 30% boost to speed and u have a defender which makes up of medusa type doing 25% debuff to all assume base attack = 12x5 =60k attack, and 3 buffs and debuff procs 60,000x1.3x1.3x1.3x0.75x0.75x0.75 = 55, 611 as such, debuff>> than buffs Edit: Nov 17, 12 11:38pm
