1- the story will take place before 13 days from the end of the world

2- lightning is the only playable character

3- there will be a time limit and time will move on so you can see sunrise and sunset special actions can make time to either go forward or run backward

4- it will be an open world so you can explore the world from the start of the game

then um, wouldnt it be possible to just lie around for a long time, and then face the end of the game with lightning at how she is at the very beginning of the game?

i think we should know what the typical storyline is for most ff games. lightning is going to attempt to save the world. and in the process try and save serah i would assume.

but it sounds like you may need multiple playthroughs because doing certain things will speed up/slow down the time towards the end of the 13 days so that could be interesting what kind of path you decide to do.

note my earlier comment on facing the end of the game with a beginner's lightning. scary thought that. sure would be scary if you started playing one day, and realized you forgot to turn off the game after you last played. that's the only flaw i can detect with a game system like that. at the same time, a real time game would mean that it would be impossible to play the game the same way twice. awesome (and unexpectedly realistic. cause lets face it, in real life, the final boss isn't gonna just wait for you to show up before they implement their final plans or whatever. They do that a lot in RPGs, not just FF games.)
