	Hey, if you want to draft pick a good player I recoomand a player w/lots of potential. If you can't see his potential and its replased by a question mark, you'll have to upgrade your team some more. to upgrade your team click "your office" mode and click "skills and upgrades". than upgrade coaching. But you still need a experiace point to upgrade. well tried my best if you have a question contact me
