Yeah but Starkweather is shit and he's the last boss! I reckon the Deliverance level would be way better if you kill Starkweather then Piggsy then find out that you only hurt Starkweather and he got away or summut. That leaves it open to a sequel.

Nah. This game doesn't strike me as the sequel type. What would it be? Manhunt 2: Starkweather Strikes Back? No, the ending is fine the way it is. I actually laughed my ass off when I gutted him

Well technically the last boss is Pigssy, it's just that he's not the last thing to kill, but he is the hardest thing.

It's done to state the fact that Starkweather isn't the big tough guy he makes out to be throughout the game. You play through with impressions of him being a bit of a badass, when all along0 he's just a tennis nerd. Quite a well-done piece of irony, hehe.

I guess they figured we had been through hell enough and we needed a break. I mean come on--first "Wrong Side of the Tracks" then "Boarder Patrol" then a rather easy mission, then "Deliverance" which was more nerve piercing than hard.

I liked the fact he was just an ordinary guy. If he'd been, I dunno... eight feet tall and with four arms and laser eyes etc I think I might have just quietly switched the PS2 off and shook my head sadly...
