i was 12 when i played this and my mum wasnt too keen on it because of the murder of stefan pakeerah but i told her this videogame had nothing to do with it and the motive was robbery, im now 14, but i can see why some people don't like violence, but shouldnt people be able to watch movies like pulp fiction ( great movie ) the old texas chainsaw massacre and any other film if they want too? thats what my mum said lol....

iwas playin once, and hit the wall, the guy says, " i know youre out there you slimey *bleep*!" when my dad walked in, then he asked if he could watch, i felt a little insecure, but when they swore and with all the exicutions, he just laughed, and im 12. my other relitives are too strict, cause the huy says dammit, and my aunt gets pissed off, what the hell is wrong with certain people?

I had a moment, but it wasn't exactly embarassing. It was kinda humerous. My mum had walked in while I was playing "Mouth of Madness". She was trying to tell me something, and being the good son that I was, I was ignoring every word she said, only replying with "Uh huh, yeah, yeah, yeah." But just before she left, I violently chopped off a Smiley's head with a meat cleaver. She saw it, scoffed, and closed the door. It was funny

Then there was the time when I damn near scared the piss out of my 11 yr old cousin. He said he wanted to see it (since I had been against it for a while). So I popped it in, turned the lights off so it was as dark as possible, and turned up the volume so the heart beat could be heard louder. I selected "Deliverence" and started it up. I knew what was coming so I savored the moment. I inched down the hallway very slowly. When I neared the corner where Piggsey jumps out, I slowed down even more. It was dead quiet. He was glued to the TV and I was watching his expression from behind as I moved. When Piggsey jumped out, he damn near jumped 2 ft off the floor. I was laughing my ass off while trying to evade the roaring chainsaw. Damn that was funny. Unfortunately he couldn't stop talking about it and got me in trouble

It was on a cutscene when me mam came into my room once and just as she was about to leave Ramirez said "alright you limp dicked faggots" and me mam said "oh! I don't know how he dares, is he talking about you, lad?"

im 17 but my mom finds it amusing when i play games that curse and are very violent. she got a kick out of playing grand theft auto: san andreas

I can see how the foul language going off as she walks in could be a little uncomfortable, especially if someone is offended by that stuff.

Its not like you meant for her to hear it. The day anyone ripped the cord out of the wall on me while playing a game would be the day they got my foot broke off up in their ass, I dont care who it was that was doing it.

Unless youre just entitled to do that to her as well. Like if shes watching a movie you dont like, can you just shut off the tv and take off with the videotape?

If you dont do that to her, she shouldnt do it to you. And I would make that very VERY plain to her when she did that.

Don't tell other people to change their values and respect for their parents. It's none of your business.
