Ubisoft has confirmed one of the more promising Wii U launch titles, Rayman Legends, has been delayed from its initial November 30 release date.
The game will now launch sometime during the first quarter of 2013. The publisher said they're "happy that fans are excited about the game, and we are taking the time to make sure we deliver a game that lives up to and hopefully exceeds their expectations." More details will be divulged soon.
While the delay may be disappointed for platformer fans, Wii U owners will be able to purchase New Super Mario Bros U and Disney’s Epic Mickey 2.
The Wii U launches in North America on November 18. It'll release in Europe a week later on November 30.
