It's not exactly Lords of Shadow 2, but Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - Mirror of Fate might still be something Castlevania fans want to consider looking into. Especially if you dig the whole Lords of Shadow arc. Either way, Konami's going to let you try before you buy.

A demo for Mirror of Fate is expected to hit the Nintendo eShop at the end of the month, on February 28. Should be enough time to decide if you want to spend the money, before the full game hits March 5.

Mirror of Fate essentially happens 25 years after the events of Castlevania: Lords of Shadow, and serves as a sort of prequel to the second game coming out this year. You'll step into the role of Trevor Belmont as they fights his way through Dracula's fortress, with plenty of that trademark whip action. Oh, those Belmonts and their whips...
