RAW Week 1
RAW kicks off with CM Punk coming out with the WWE Championship. The crowd explodes in cheers and the entire arena blows up. CM Punk sits down in the middle of the ring with a microphone.
CM Punk: I have had many questions this week about who is the next Number 1 contender for the WWE Championship. The answer to that? No one. I have beaten the Big Show, John Cena and Chris Jericho. That leaves no one. The crowd bursts into applause at the WWE Champion. CM Punk is about to answer again when he is interrupted by Daniel Bryan. Daniel Bryan comes out and chants Yes! While he rolls into the ring.
Daniel Bryan: I demand a match for the WWE Title. I may be a Smackdown superstar but that’s not stopping me. YES! I am the best superstar on the WWE Roster. I have beaten those superstars that you have named. Remember when I cost the Big Show the world title in 45 seconds.
CM Punk: Look Goat Boy, I don’t have time to mess around. Go back to Smackdown where you belong. I have had enou…..
CM Punk is once again interrupted by someone. This time it’s the World Largest Athlete, The Big Show. Big Show steps into the ring and Daniel Bryan takes a huge step back.
Big Show: Punk, Bryan, I can beat both of you in under 45 seconds. BUT I DON’T CARE. The only man I care about destroying is John Cena. I will win the WWE Championship and squash John Cena.
Suddenly, just as Punk was going to respond. Chris Jericho’s theme song hits the PA system. Chris Jericho rolls into the ring and walks up right into CM Punk’s face.
Chris Jericho: You think that you are the best in the world. Well guess what Punk, I’m the best in the world, not you, not Daniel over there and not even Superman John Cena. I am going to win the WWE Championship at Extreme Rules. AND THERES NEVER…EVEERRRRRRRR GOING TO BE A GREATER WORLD CHAMPION IN HISTORY. Because RAW is the Best in The World. Me, not you and your straight edge white ass.
CM Punk and Chris Jericho stare each other down until suddenly Cena’s theme song goes off and the crowd reaction immediately splits. John Cena runs into the ring and throws his arm band at the Big Show.
John Cena: You think you can squash me? I’m the 10 time WWE Champion. I will beat you Big Show and then I will take the WWE Championship from CM Punk.
“Light it up” The RAW General Manager AJ Lee comes out smiling and skips around the ring.
AJ Lee: I have come up with a solution to the number one contender’s issue. There will be a number one contender’s Fatal 4 Way match between John Cena, Chris Jericho, Big Show and……
Daniel Bryan starts yelling YES! And the crowd starts booing as they realise what’s going to happen.
AJ Lee: Triple H!
Daniel Bryan: WHAT! NO! NO! NO!
AJ Lee: I spoke to Booker Daniel, you are a Smackdown! Superstar. Therefore you are eligible to compete for the WWE Championship. So tonight, you’ll face CM Punk in the first WWE Raw main event.
AJ skips around the ring as everyone in the ring looks shocked. Big Show leaves the ring and so does Jericho and Bryan. Cena and Punk just stare each other down in the middle of a ring.
Jerry Lawler: What a shocking announcement, Daniel Bryans going to be shouting No! all the way back to Smackdown
Michael Cole: What are you talking about! There have been plenty of superstars from Smackdown! Who have come and win the WWE Championship. Up next, Epico and Primo will compete against the tag team of Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara in a Number one contenders match. Hold on, look whose coming done here.
Jerry Lawler: It’s the Tag Team Champions R-Truth and Kofi Kingston. It looks like they have come here to find out who will be the number one contenders.
Match 1
Epico and Primo vs. Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara
Sin Cara and Epico start off the match together. Sin Cara and Epico lock up and Sin Cara flips him over. Epico falls back into his team’s turnbuckle. Primo is tagged in and he walks up to Sin Cara. Primo grabs him in a headlock and hits him with a DDT. Primo starts stomping on Sin Cara’s legs. Primo drags him into corner and tags in Epico. Epico comes in from the top rope and hits a crossbody. Epico covers but only a one count. Epico locks his legs around Sin Cara and won’t let him get to Rey Mysterio. Rey starts clapping as Sin Cara elbows Epico in the head. Sin Cara rolls him up but only a one count. Epico gets up at the same time as Sin Cara as Sin Cara dropkicks Epico to the ground. Sin Cara tags in Mysterio as Epico tags in Primo. Mysterio comes in and hits a crossbody. Mysterio runs against the ropes and hits leouz press. Mysterio goes for a dropkick to the head and it connects. Mysterio covers but Epico breaks up the cover at 2. Sin Cara comes in and hits a Hurricanrana. Sin Cara goes top rope and hits a swanton bomb. Mysterio dropkicks him through the bottom rope. Mysterio hits another dropkick to Primo as he gets up and sets him up for a 619. Mysterio runs against the ropes and hits it. Mysterio goes top rope and looks to drop the dime but he misses. Primo grabs his back and hits a backstabber. Primo covers and gets a three count.
Winners: Epico and Primo
Epico comes into the ring after throwing Sin Cara into the barricade. Epico and Primo starts stomping on Mysterio. Kingston and Truth come storming in as Kingston hits trouble in paradise on Epico. Truth hits his finisher on Primo as well. Truth and Kingston check on Sin Cara and Rey Mysterio as Epico and Primo leave the ring.
Michael Cole: And we have brand new number one contenders for the tag titles. They deserved that victory a lot.
Jerry Lawler: I have nothing bad to say about their match tactics but after the match was just plain ridiculous. Coming up next, The United States Champion Antonio Cesaro goes one on one with Zack Ryder.
Ryder enters but when Cesaro enters with Aksana, he has a microphone in his hand. And so does Aksana.
Aksana: Antonio Cesaro will now say a word that describes Zack Ryder in 1 language.
Antonio Cesaro: JOKE! I realised that this city was not good enough for four more languages. Phoenix, Arizona is a poor excuse for a city and state. I hope that your little internet hero survives the beating that I’m going to give him. Zack Ryder, I’m going to give you the biggest chance at getting a title back that you will ever get. If you beat me tonight, I’ll give you a match for the United States Championship. But if you lose Zack, I don’t think I’ll ever give you another match for this title. Because I’m going to hold this title till the day I die.
Match 2
United States Champion Antonio Cesaro vs. Zack Ryder
Antonio Cesaro locks up with Zack Ryder as Ryder takes control. Ryder takes him down with a flip and a quick cover but a kick out at 1. Ryder goes for a knee to the head but Cesaro moves out of the way and clotheslines Ryder from behind. Cesaro covers but a kick out at 1. Cesaro starts hitting repeated knees to the skull of Ryder. Cesaro picks him up and locks in a swiss sleeper holder. Ryder tries to fight out but Cesaro has got it in tight. Ryder fights out with a punch to the head. Ryder runs at him with a flying forearm and it connects. Ryder is fired up and hits Cesaro with a face buster. Ryder covers him but only a 2 count. Ryder irish whips him into the corner and dropkicks Cesaro. Cesaro falls into place for the Broski Boot. Ryder goes for it and connects. Ryder covers but still only a two count. Ryder starts taunting for a Rough Ryder but Cesaro rolls out of the way. Ryder rolls out of the ring and tries to chase him but Cesaro rolls back into the ring. Ryder gets back into the ring as well. Ryder gets in but Cesaro grabs him and hits a delayed gutwrench suplex. Cesaro picks him up and throws him into the air. Cesaro hits a VEU. Cesaro grabs him by the legs and goes for a Neutralizer but Ryder fights out and rolls him up. Cesaro kicks out at just two. Cesaro gets up but Ryder immediately hits a Rough Ryder. Ryder pins him with both legs hooked and gets a three count.
Winner and the number one contender for the United States Championship: Zack Ryder
The crowd is cheers wildly at the new number one contender. As Ryder celebrates Cesaro hits him with the US Title. Cesaro picks up Ryder and hits a Neutralizer onto the US Title. The crowd boos as Cesaro holds up the US Title over Ryder. RAW goes to commercial.
When RAW returns, David Otunga is waiting in the ring and so is Jack Swagger. Out comes Brodus Clay for tag team match and so does Santino Marella.
Match 3
Santino Marella and Brodus Clay vs. Jack Swagger and David Otunga
Santino and Swagger start in the ring. Swagger knocks down his ankle and stomps on it. Swagger taunts to the crowd as he steps on the ankle. Swagger goes for an ankle lock but Santino reverses and flips him into the turnbuckle. Santino rolls him up but only for a one count. Santino runs against the ropes and hits raise the roof. Santino sets him up for the cobra but Swagger flips him over and locks in the ankle lock. Santino gets him off and tags in Brodus. Brodus comes in and hits a headbutt. Brodus runs against the ropes and hits What The Funk. David Otunga comes running in but Santino hits him with the Cobra. Brodus covers. 1, 2 and a three count.
Winners: Santino Marella and Brodus Clay
Santino and Brodus dance with Naomi and Cameron.
Jerry Lawler: Congratulations to these two, But up next. Ryback takes on Tensai.
Match 4
Ryback vs. Tensai
Ryback starts off the match by immediately punching down on Tensai. Ryback runs against the ropes and hits a HUGE clothesline. Ryback picks him up and hits shell shocked. Ryback covers for the squash victory
Winner: Ryback
Ryback is chanting Feed Me More with all the WWE Universe.
Michael Cole: What a squash match. Up next, the highly anticipated match between Shawn Michaels and Dolph Ziggler.
Match 5
Shawn Michaels vs. Dolph Ziggler
Shawn Michaels puts his hand out to shake but Ziggler slaps it. Ziggler yells in Michaels face that he wants respect. Michaels kicks Ziggler in the stomach and rolls him up but only a one count. Michaels chops Ziggler with his hand. Michaels locks in an albama stretch but Ziggler fights out and dropkicks his legs. Ziggler runs against the ropes and hits a running neck breaker. Ziggler picks him up and hits a DDT. Ziggler covers but only a one count. Ziggler goes for a moonsault flip but Michael’s moves out of the way. Michael’s hits a flying forearm smash. Ziggler gets up but Michaels hits knees to the groins. Michaels goes for his signature elbow drop but Ziggler moves out of the way. Ziggler runs against the ropes and hits a Fameasser. Ziggler covers but he kicks out at two. Ziggler looks shocked as he was sure the match was over. Ziggler goes up to the top rope and does Shawn Michael’s signature taunt. Ziggler jumps off the ropes and hits Michael’s diving elbow drop. Ziggler taunts him for the Zig Zag. Ziggler jumps on his back but Michaels holds onto the rope. Michaels goes for a superkick but Ziggler ducks as jumps onto his back and locks in a sleeper hold. Michaels drops onto his knees and slowly fade. Michaels, with all his strength flips him off. Michael grabs the downed Ziggler and locks in a figure four lock. Ziggler is in so much pain and looks like he will tap out. Ziggler rolls him up off the figure four lock but only gets a close two count. As soon as Michaels gets up, Ziggler hits him with a superkick of his own. A bit of the crowd cheers and the rest is in absolute shock. 1,2 and a huge kick out by Shawn Michaels. Shawn Michaels flips up and Ziggler locks shocked. Shawn goes for a superkick but Ziggler ducks and hits the Zig Zag. Ziggler covers with both legs hooked. 1,2 and a kick out by Shawn Michaels. The crowd explodes. Ziggler gets on his knees and prays to the referee to count the pin. Ziggler taunts him for the last move left in his arsenal, the sleeper hold. Ziggler jumps onto his back but Michaels throws him off. Ziggler runs into a HUGE superkick from Shawn Michaels. Michaels covers and gets only a two count. Michaels is shocked but he has no time to recover as he is rolled up by Ziggler. Ziggler gets the three count after he was holding the tights.
Winner: Dolph Ziggler.
Ziggler rolls out of the ring clutching his head.
Michael Cole: What a match these two superstars have put on!
Jerry Lawler: Yeah, but it looks like Dolph Ziggler isn’t done with Shawn Michaels. Up next, Is the Fatal 4 Way Number one contenders match.

Number One Contenders match for the WWE Championship
Fatal 4 Way
John Cena vs. Big Show vs. Chris Jericho vs. Triple H
All the superstars in the ring turn to Big Show and starts punching him. Big Show throws them all off and lays them all out with a clothesline. Big Show hits an elbow drop on Cena and throws him out of the ring. Triple H hits him from behind but is thrown out by Big Show. Jericho comes from the top rope and goes for a dropkick. Big Show grabs him in mid-air and hits a slam. Big Show picks up Jericho and throws him against the ropes. Big Show picks him up right into the air. Big Show drops him and leaves a big red mark on Jericho’s chest. Big Show runs against the ropes and goes for a splash. Cena runs in and clotheslines him before he can hit it. Cena throws his hand up for the five knuckle shuffle but Triple H from behind rolls him up. Cena kicks out at 1 but Triple H is right on the attack as he throws Cena into the turnbuckle. Triple H goes for a spinebuster but Cena reverses with a DDT. Cena goes for a five knuckle shuffle and connects. Cena goes for an AA but Jericho dropkicks him in the head and Cena drops Triple H. Jericho starts stomping on Triple H and John Cena. Jericho turns around and Big Show grabs him by the neck. Big Show grabs him for the chokeslam and takes him up extremely high. Big Show nails the chokeslam and Jericho falls onto Cena and Triple H. Big Show covers but John Cena and Triple H kick out. And because they kick out, Jericho does. If Big Show had off covered Jericho on his own, it would have been over. Big Show slams his hand on the ropes in anger. Big Show signals for the KO punch on Jericho. Big Show goes for it but Jericho ducks and goes for a code breaker. Jericho can’t hit it and is caught by the Big Show. Big Show tries to throw him over but Jericho holds on and Big Show falls out of the ring. Triple H turns him around but Jericho hits the code breaker on him. Jericho covers him but a kick out at 2. Jericho goes for the Walls Of Jericho and locks it in. John Cena runs in and grabs Jericho and hits the Attitude Adjustment. John Cena covers but Big Show runs in and break it up. John Cena tries to pick up Big Show for the Attitude Adjustment but Big Show is too big. Big Show gets off and knocks out John Cena. Big Show is going to go for a cover but from behind, Triple H grabs him and hits a pedigree. Triple H is about to cover with the Big Show out cold and everyone else knocked out. Triple H covers. 1, 2….Suddenly, Kane’s pyro goes off and out comes Kane. Triple H gets off just before 3. Kane runs down to the ring and pulls Triple H out. Kane grabs him and hits the Tombstone Piledrive onto the steel. Triple H is out and the rest of them men in the ring are done. Chris Jericho gets up and looks like he has the ultimate opportunity. Jericho crawls onto John Cena. 1,2 and a 3. Chris Jericho is the Number One Contender.

Michael Cole: It’s a FATAL 4 WAY, that’s what there about. And finally up next, our main event between the WWE Champion CM Punk and Daniel Bryan.
Main Event
WWE Champion CM Punk vs. Daniel Bryan
Daniel Bryan starts off the match by yelling YES! Punk goes to kick him in the shins but Bryan avoids. Bryan goes for a roll up but Punk reverses, then Bryan does, then Punk does again. Punk only gets a one count. They both back into their corners and lock up. Punk gets the advantage and hits an arm drag. Punk goes for the kick to the head but Bryan ducks and hits a powerbomb. Bryan covers but only a one count. Bryan picks him up and irish whips him into the corner. Bryan kicks him about ten times shouting Yes every time. Bryan runs back and then dropkicks him into the corner. 1,2 and a kick out from Punk. Punk is on his knees as Bryan kicks his chest. Bryan goes for a kick to the head but Punk dodges and rolls him up. Bryan kicks out at 2 and hits him with a dropkick. Bryan locks in a surfboard stretch on Punk. Punk tries to fight out but it’s in pretty tight. Punk turns the surfboard stretch over into his advantage. Punk lets go and locks in an arm bar. Bryan gets his foot wrapped around the rope and Punk lets go instantly. Punk grabs Bryans arm and starts elbowing his pictorial muscle. Punk is signalling for the GTS as Bryan slowly rises to his feet. Punk gets him on his shoulder but Bryan elbows his way out. Bryan hits him with a huge roundhouse kick and covers. 1,2 and a kick out from the WWE Champion. Bryan steps on Punk’s arm, weakening him for the Yes! Lock. Bryan goes top rope for a flying headbutt. Bryan goes for it but Punk moves out of the way. Punk tries to lock in the anaconda vice on Bryan. Punk gets it in tight and Bryan is desperate to break out of it. Bryan manages to somehow throw him out and gets him arm in position for the Yes! Lock. Bryan tries to pull him to the ground but Punk uses that to his advantage and picks him up for the GTS. Punk hits the GTS to Daniel Bryan near the right corner. Punk covers but Bryan gets his foot on the ropes at two. The entire crowd is in absolute shock. Punk picks up Bryan for another GTS but Punk fights out and locks in a Yes! Lock on Punk. Punk tries to crawl to the ropes but the pain is terrible. Punk gets close to the ropes but Bryan pulls him right back into the middle of the ring. The crowd is on their feet chanting No! But Bryan has it in yelling Yes! Punk flips Bryan onto his shoulders with the Yes! Lock still in. 1,2 and Bryan flips him back over into the Yes! Lock position. Punk manages to get on the ropes and Bryan is forced to break at 4. Bryan starts yelling Yes! as he pulls Punk back into the ring. Bryan tries to lock in another Yes! Lock but Punk slips out and gets him up once more for a second GTS. Punk yells out Best in The World and hits the GTS. Punk covers again. 1,2 and a…….Jericho pulls Bryan out of the ring. Jericho grabs Bryan and throws him into the barricade softly. The referee has no choice but to call a disqualification on Punk.
Winner as a result of a Disqualification: Daniel Bryan
Daniel Bryan gets up and Jericho tells him to help him. Jericho and Bryan rolls into the ring and corner Jericho from both sides. Bryan and Jericho start kicking Punk in the head. Punk falls to the ground. Jericho goes to lock in the Walls Of Jericho when…..
“It’s a shameful thing” the World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus comes running in to provide assistance. Bryan rolls out of the ring and runs up the stage to watch but Jericho stays and fights. Jericho tries to punch Sheamus but he pushes him off. Sheamus runs against the ropes and hits him with a Brough Kick. Sheamus helps up Punk and they stare down Jericho and Bryan. AJ’s theme song hits and out comes the GM of RAW again.
AJ Lee: Next week on RAW, Daniel Bryan and Chris Jericho will team up to face World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus and WWE Champion CM Punk.
The crowd explodes and Bryan looks concerned. RAW ends with Punk and Sheamus staring down Bryan and Jericho.Edit: Jan 01, 13 10:20pm
