More info on Story mode - Page 2

I literally almost cheered out loud when I saw that there was a Brothers of Destruction story. Can't wait to play Austin, Rock, and Mankind as well. DX is my second most anticipated story. I've never seen WM 17 though, so I don't know what to expect with that one.

That leaves us with 2 stories from today's era; CM Punk and Daniel Bryan? Maybe two of Punk, one from his feud with Laurinaitis and the other with Cena last year?

Do you have a link to where that was announced that there was going to be two current storylines? I thought it was suppose to be all Attitude era storylines on story mode.

I think most of this is going off there twitter pages if you followed them and WWEGaming.com is another one but some of there stuff is a little much...

I know, I thought so too, but they may just want to surprise everyone with them, and I could see them adding in at least one Punk storyline, since he is the cover boy of the game, and and arguably the most popular superstar in the WWE currently. It would also make the stars of each game have more of a purpose than just being on the cover (did Orton even have a RTWM in '12?).

But then I read things that are saying there are 8 people in the storylines, not 8 storylines themselves (DX & BoD). So I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Then again, every time THQ brings up the story modes, they say there are 6 Attitude Era stories instead of just saying 6 stories. Again, that might just be so new viewers or anyone reading/watching it for the first time know that the story mode is full of Attitude Era stories, so again, we'll just have to wait and see.
