Its not old fashioned, it will just become a bit out of hand and turn into something like GTA Vice City . Good suggestion, though

I liked the Bastard Sword in ChaosUT. It was great as you could do a headshot with it, and it takes off their head. Plus, you sould use it like a shield, and it deflected every attack.

wouldnt it be good if you could have a sniper rifle with a red sensor to easily kill the target

it would be cool to have a gun that has like a heat seeking missle that they could not avoid and would kill them in one hit.

Well firstly, the zoom insta gib shock rifle can zoom and has a red dot. Also, the rocket launcher can lock onto targets if you keep the pointer direct on them for a couple of seconds

I think you ment Vehicle that lays mines . Would be great, and it might happen yet, seeing as weapons are being included...there is a possibility

you can put mines on the vehicles. Then they jump off when you drive by some one

i will create "kamehameha shooter" with the left button of mouse is shooting a kamehameha and with the right button of mouse is shooting ki blast wave, that's rocks

Yes, every UT game has come with some sort of modding tool, allowing you to create anything you want. I cant wait to see some of the Vehicles people come up with. Like a 4 seater aircraft.

There was a mod I downloaded for UT2003 last night where you could edit the wepons. Like what shoots out of them, the speed, how many, the damage... I made a Flask Cannon that shots out a redeemer. I made the shok Rifle into a gernade launcher by makeing it shot gernades and flask shells. The BiO rifle shots extreamly fast. I replaced the rocket launcher with the redeemer and made made it shot Fire Balls. It was called WeaponStuff, and I hope to see it in UT2004 .

You can create weapons in the editer, just like you could skins, maps, mutators, mods, anything. I just don't want to figure the whole thing out... I got headachs trying to figure out how to make a map.
