help Ultimate Team - locked out

So I decided to go on the FUT 13 web app for the first time today and it asked me for the answer to my security question and I correctly answered it all 5 times but apparently it was wrong so then it locked me out from the web app. So then I went onto the PS3, loaded up FUT on my console, changed my security question and answer thinking it would resolve the issue but no, I go back on the web app again and i'm still locked out. Not only that, but I can no longer access FUT on my console without having to create a new security question and answer every time because it doesn't seem to register that i've created a new security question.

Now a Google search was pretty much useless because all I really see is people complaining but no answers. However, I did read somewhere that you can ask an EA advisor to unlock your account but you need to log-in through their help page first but the page is just unresponsive. What am I supposed to do because right now I can't be bothered to play FUT if I have to type in a new security question and answer every time. Its a ridiculous situation. Help?

Destroyer I am also having the same problem. I contacted a Game Advisor about the issue and they said they're working to fix the issue. It's frustrating but we'll just have to sit and wait I guess.
