Nah i think they'd be too good then tbh. I'm yet to see a VP convincingly outmuscle a centre back and they can barely properly outpace them either unless the ball & run are both good, and defender's positioning isnt

I've kept up with and outmuscled VPs so many times with ease that i've actually thought it was too easy tbh. That's happened a lot of times. When i was any the only times i got caught out was when i accidentally brought cb out or decided to jump out. Don't recall there ever being a time where they've blitzed my defenders for pace without me giving them a head-start. And on the last one, you could sprint towards your own goal with your defender the whole time and you couldn't stop them getting in behind you

no they wouldn't be too good. you think in head to head games where people can use real madrid with pepe (86) and ramos (87) as the centre-backs. you're not telling me that they're too good and will stop everything because they won't. now i'm not saying the randoms should be 86 or even 87 but i think around 82/83/84 would be reasonable when you're up against people with maxed out vps.

and yes at the minute they are manageable but the game has only been out just over a week. people don't have all the stamina/acceleration/sprint speed accomplishments yet and most run around like headless chickens so their players are knackered and the defenders can catch them up. in a couple of weeks though we will see the vps improve why the randoms we get are hardly going to improve by a lot considering we're in division 2 atm and there's only division 1 to get too.

and generally if the ball is on the floor the random cb's just about cope but for lofted through balls they can easily get done for pace by midget striker vps.

not really. the lofted through balls are overpowered on this because of the first touch addition. you might get it first but you do a bad touch and the midget tackles you and he's through. seen that happen a few times which is annoying.

cb's had 69 whilst full backs had 76. i'm not saying they should boost those up massively but just a slight overall upgrade imo. it's not too bad atm but once people have got more accomplishments and all the eas fc boosts that are available it is going to be really frustrating.

The servers are awful. It's been said many times but ffs I only got this game for online.
Also it freezes quite regularly and my PS3 gives me a error message when I turn it on afterwards.

Not sure what everyone's complaining about with server issues. I didnt play this morning and havent done that much on UT since friday night, but i have played the game loads for the past week and tonight and not had a single dc or server issues or anything dodgy with ut. On clubs i havent had any lag /delay whatsoever which is surprising, and only one dc which was because my net went funny, not servers. Only thing noticed was easfc thing was down for a bit but i dont see why thats so vital

Gameplay wise i wish they didnt jump over the ball sometimes. Decent idea but too often they slow down, or hit the ball, or you dont want them to let it run and defender gets it. I also find it hard on clubs sometimes to turn in opposite direction without facing defender first if you get what i mean. Dunno if thats my vp tho as i havent noticed in normal games

Career mode playing on world class as Dortmund.. the AI is just a joke to play against tbh!! Get about 10 chances their goalkeeper just saves everything and anything every game even 1 on 1s when you square it open goal?? Oh no wait a minute... the keeper has saved again. I'm finding World Class/Legendary goalkeepers really easy to score against. Ususally in a game I don't get many chances as I do a nice passing game, but 75-80% of the time I score when given the chance.

Player career as a striker, running at the defence an every time AND I MEAN EVERY TIME any of your team mates are anywhere near you at all they will either bang into you or run over the ball and take it from you!
