careermode Takeovers and Super Scouts

I was looking at videos of FIFA 13 from those who got the early release, and I saw in the EASFC catalogue videos that there were different levels and different prices for financial takeovers and super scouts.

Does the value of each item depend on how rich you become/the quality of the players you get?

Also, the international manager item, is that a one-off purchase for any career mode? And can you re-purchase certain super scouts/financial takeovers e.g. if you're only at a certain level?

I believe the takeover only works at the beginning of the year. I bought a super scout and 3 weeks later I got a left footed ST from Argentina. I signed him to the first team and he started at 65 but his potential is 97. Just wish I could have picked what kind of player I wanted.

Does the takeovers only purchasable once? Thats quite annoying

Do I have to purchase the takeovers or will it be takeovers in career anyway?

solidsnake: I have the same question. So, you used the takeover in one season and were not then able to use it again the next season? I can't find any info on this online, and EA would rather respond to people posting on FB about their first goal than respond.

Well iv used it in my first season, now into my second season about a quater way through, and i still cannot purchase the takeover again, yet it says once per season? Idk, EA have messed this up yet again..

Nah, sim a few days and it pops up on the news feed, then the money is give to you. Its good but broke at the moment for me sadly. Anyone also know if the higher level finacial takeovers give more cash?

So the money is given to you in a few days? Not automatically?
