	Log in to remove this advertisement first you go to playstation network and then tou go to the right-hand corner and find redeem code, and you put the code there your welcome, if it doesnt work, try changing your psn region

	Go to playstation store-redeem code-save code-whenever log in,go to ps store-view downloads and click 'x' for fifa13 online pass Need not retype code all the time.

	I was having the same problem until i did this: 1. go on to the psn store 2. click on the button "redeem code" 3. enter your online pass code and download the online pass 4. start your fifa 13 and it should be working

	Go to the PS Store. Go to redeem code and re-enter the online pass. That should do it

	Hey I bought a xbox360 and FIFA 13 I connected to Xbox live fine and was ready to play my mate online then it asked for the online pass so I typed it in and nothing really happened so I had to retype it in and then it said it was already in use but I wasn't online and couldn't play! So I got frustrated and used my 2 free day pass and it worked and I played my friend online , how do I reset my online pass cos I don't want to have to buy another one! Please help

	i had the same problem and i found how to solve it first u have to create new account for ps3 network but the trick is to make your country in this account from the place u buy the game . for example i am from egypt and i buy the game from (usa) then i make it my country in the new account .

	if its xbox 360, u need to be subscribed to xbox live to play online games..it solved my problem!

	If you have your online pass, go to account management - redeem codes - then type your online pass in here.
