	Log in to remove this sponsored message I got the FIFA 13 today, but i cant access online. I get this "We're sorry but you are not permitted to register an online pass which is required to access all online features." I cant find where to redeem the online pass code. Anyone help. help

	Dude finally it popped out when i restarted the game, but the online games wont start. You get disconnected before it starts. I turned off my system and now it tell me i need another online pass. WTF?? Im not spending another 10 bucks on it. If it wont be fixed im returning this shit and never bying this game again.

	This is what I did and worked out well: 1. I created a new account with a different email address 2. Logged in with this account 3. online pass screen popped up and downloaded the add-ons 4. you could either keep or delete this account. If you log in using your old account, it will work perfectly Note: I suspect that country has something to do with this problem because my old account is registered in the united states. The new account is created in the middle eastern where the game was bought.

	I am having the same problem and I have entered the online pass code. I can't get into match of the week...Maybe it's a server issue. Spligg

	I had this problem as well but am using a PS3. Contacted EA and figured out a temporary work around. Not sure how it would work for XBOX exactly... On PS3 1. You exit the game and go to the PS3 menu 2. On the PS3 menu you go to the section called "Game" 3. Go to Game Data 4. Delete the Game Data for Fifa 13 5. Start playing Fifa 6. Redownload Online Pass (you don't have to reenter the code) 7. Online mode should work fine now

	I am still facing issues with this. I bought my ps3 in the US and bought FIFA 10,11 and 12 from there. Never had issues. I bought FIFA 13 yesterday from here (UAE) and i've been getting not permitted to register BS. I made a new PSNetwork ID but the PS3 won't let me sign in with my new id. I don't even get the chance/option to enter my online pass. Please help!

	Hi guys I have same problem like some of you don't stress just contact Origin Ea team they are great and very happy to help ,they resolved my problem in 5 min ,before that i was fighting for few hours to put the online pass in without luck,but I went to my battlefield 3 game on pc and on web i went to live chat and very nice customer service sorted my problem in not time thanks to them I can play my game on-line. ORIGIN EA SUPPORT TEAM got the ANSWER for you hope we all play soon online(^ ^ ,)GOOD LUCK GUYS

	Had the same problem... Went to redeem code(in the ps store)>entered my online pass code> downloaded the pass again and it worked fine.
