Yes, but, this IS a BO2 forum, not a Ghost Recon forum. I have no reason to go threadjacking, especially since I am a mod. The 870 & KSG topic is relevant, GR:FS isn't.

blackomega34 I was just being a smartass. The whole shotgun topic has just gotten stale. For me Atleast. Hell, my dog ate my modem so I don't even have Internet to play online. Been playing Far Cry 3, but thought about scooping GR. anyways I'm off topic now.


On topic moan, sucks I can't play Blops2 right now. But I'm midway through 9th prestige so I guess a break was in store for me anyways. Atleast until the next DLC, since my dumbass bought the season pass.

We try to avoid those types of threads. I think there should be a general discussion thread somewhere in the Xbox 360 forum. This is a BO2 forum, again. Things related to BO2 should be posted, not general discussion in this small community.

But what happens if people who just mainly post in the BO2 forum have now became somewhat relative friendly with each other etc and fancy talking about other random shit? It does no harm.

I never said that you couldn't talk about anything off-topic, I just said that if we started talking about GRFS solely in this thread, it would be both a threadjack and completely unrelated. Nothing wrong with going off topic until you start a giant discussion about a game that has nothing to do with the forum that the discussion is in.

No, I mean starting a Off Topic Discussion Thread so people can do that without threadjacking BO2 related threads?

Regardless, people higher up don't like the idea of 'general' threads referring to either trade, discussion etc.
I also think that there is no reason for there to be an off-topic thread specifically in here.This is a forum about BO2, you come here to talk about it. I see why you would want that, though, since not everyone goes to places where off-topic things can be found. I could ask about it, but I am sure it will be rejected.

Plus most GDs that i've seen/been part of, have usually stuck to the theme of the forum. In the GT5 forum, we used to just chat about cars or whatever and i bet some of the guys here will be discussing guns and things like that.

CoD is the biggest forum, activity wise, that doesn't have a GD

Fine, from all that I have read and seen, it seems that these things are discouraged. I will see, though. I will ask and then put the thread in, don't go starting it on your own, for I am unsure. Do a not-that-old man a favor.

If I remember correctly the GD thread was the most popular thread in the BO1 forum. Or maybe it was the PS3 PtO thread, but that was because me and others pretty much turned it into a Off Topic GD thread. #yolo

So getting back on topic....

I played the game yesterday and the first 4 games i had, i had beastly connection. I survived when i shouldn't have, and outgunned people when I should've died. It's the first time in this game that i was being favoured by lag comp, and it's all because my housemate was DLing the update for XBOX LIVE. Once he stopped, the host changed, and it got a little bit worse. Not too bad, but not as good. Then the lobby closed and we had to find a new game...back to bad shit. I went something like 2-10...my worst score in TDM for many years..and it's because i was lagging like crap.

Also, just my 2 cents about the shottys.

I dont know why you people are complaining about the Remington, it's turned to shit over time. It has bugger all range now and hitmarkers like crazy. I decided to use it, trying to get it gold, and was shooting at a range I should have been getting kills at, only for it to hitmarker. I had the longbarrel attachment. The guy i was trying to shoot also had the Remington, and would one shot me from the same distance..is there a trick to using it at range? Like do you have to jump or some shit?? I seriously think this game has a Vendetta against me sometimes ai
