That seems fair enough to me.

And the thing is pump action so its not like insta-kill slugs are flying all over the place at 500rpm.

...Even if they were flying around at 500rpm, the recoil would be insane. I know that when I tried to use slugs on a saiga12 in a certain game, I was sent flying.

BF3? Yeah slugs and semi-autos do not mix well.

I think some of the confusion over the KSG in BLOPS2 might just come down to people either not realising it fires slugs OR not knowing what a slug is.

If what game I used it on was that important... No, I have never seen nor played BF3. I dropped Battlefield after BF2.
It was Ghost Recon: Future Soldier. Also, I am fairly sure that the one in BF3 is a Saiga12K, not just a Saiga12. I don't like messing up names. Now, yeah, I think that most wouldn't know what a slug was. There are still those people who refuse to aim down the sights of a shotgun under any circumstance.

You can do that. Go to 'Mute', press 'X' (360) or Square (PS3).

When you've joined a game in progress? I didn't mean in the lobby, although what I mean is for it to do it automatically, not for me to have to do it every time.

Yes, but, this IS a BO2 forum, not a Ghost Recon forum. I have no reason to go threadjacking, especially since I am a mod. The 870 & KSG topic is relevant, GR:FS isn't.
