From 1-5 including .5's. 1 = (one of) the worst and 5 = (one of) the best. If you haven't used a gun (enough) just say N/A.

....more guns? Why would I need more guns?

If I compare a Crossbow to an MSMC it's not a fair comparison, like BlindSight said, apples and oranges. The Ballista is the best in its class, therefore is one of the best in the game. Realistically, all the SMGs are the best, but comparing them to snipers is ridiculous.

When you rate something, it's generally not comparable as a whole. If I rate a movie 10/10 in the comedy genre, it tends to stand out, and is incomparable. If I rate a different movie 6/10, it shouldn't be compared to the aforementioned just because they're both comedies.

Mp7-2 (a vector with more recoil)
PDW-4.5 ( Large mag, relatively low recoil, good range)
Vector-4 (Good recoil and fire rate)
Msmc-3.5 (a pdw with smaller mag and less recoil)
Chicom-3 (a 3 round burst vector)
Skorpion-4.5 (high recoil, but insanely high fire rate)

Assault rifle
Mtar-3.5 (all round decent gun, nothing special)
Type 25-3.5 (high fire rate)
Swat-3 (3 round burst, good at med-long range due to this burst and good range)
Fal-4 (very low recoil, powerful rifle)
M27-3.5 (very low recoil, but low damage rifle)
Scar-h-2.5 (high recoil, high damage)
Smr-1 (very high recoil, high damage and long range, little reason to use over fal)
An-94-3 (med recoil, good damage)
M8A1-4.5 (high rate of fire, low recoil)

Lmg
MK48-4.5 (high damage very long range)
Qbb-3.5 (high rate of fire)
Lsat-4 (all round decent lmg, nothing special)
Hamr-3.5 (like a qbb, that's fire rate decreases immensely after 7 shots)

Shotguns (These are really bad and need buffs, the fact that that the tac-45's 2 shot range is longer than all of the shotguns 1 hit range; minus ksg, is ridiculous.)
870mcs-4 (like the stakeout with some improvements)
Ksg-4.5 (powerful shotgun that would be a lot better if it weren't affected ads delay which hurts it and every other shotgun immensely)
S12-1 (it's really bad)
M1216-3 (ok if you can land every shot in the burst on the center of the target)

Sniper rifles
Svu-3 (outclassed, but still useable)
Ballista-4 (can be used without a scope which opens up possibilities)
Xpr-4.5 (semi auto ballista)
Dsr-4.5 (largest one shot kill areas when suppressed and when not)

Handguns (Executioner's range; meaning before the pellets disappear, is about the range of the tac-45's 2 shot or the b23r's 1 burst. Needs a buff)
Five-seven-3- (large mag, your typical cod hand gun)
Tac-45-4 (typical cod hand gun with a shotgun range 2 shot kill)
B23r-4.5 (3 round burst handgun with shotgun ranged one burst, high rate of fire)
Executioner-.1 (Awful, nothing good about it, worst gun in the game)
Kap-40-4.5 ( a pocket sized mp7 with smaller mag, but increased damage and range; yeah its true)

(What I wrote matters much more than the numbers themselves. I'm not that great when it comes to giving things numbers)
