Any time I had old Call of Duty games, I'd always make sure I had 1000G because I'm a whore. I feel it also gives you an incentive to play the campaign more than once. Luckily they were always story-based and were never that difficult. Veteran was never hard; it was just stupid. Walking out of cover and being molested by bullets doesn't mean it's a hard game. Anyway, I thought, progressively, the games got easier to achieve 1000/1000. And obviously since I haven't played the new one yet, I've no idea what it's like.

So which one of you will be the first to claim you have 1000G/100% trophies? Pics or it didn't happen!

I've got a platinum on MW2, MW3 and Black Ops so I will hopefully end up achieving the same for Black Ops 2. It will take me a while to get myself motivated to play campaign and zombies though, but inevitably I will end up playing them so I can work towards the platinum.

The zombie ones were the only ones I found difficult on the original Black Ops, but luckily I ended up in a game with someone who knew exactly what he was doing for the achievements and we ripped it up! I've got 1000G for all the Call of Duty games I played too.

I agree, the zombie trophies were definitely the hardest trophies in the game in what was otherwise an easy platinum because lets face it, campaign is a piece of cake even on veteran. But thankfully, my brother and a real life friend of mine who happens to be really good at zombies, helped me with the trophies.

I always play the campaign on Veteran first time, and that racks up a high % of trophies. Not really a trophy hunter but the Treyarch COD's seem to have pretty easy plats. I could do MW2 and MW3 but couldn't bring myself to play though all 3* Spec Ops missions. Not sure what sort of trophies are on this though.
