Are the COD developers still insisting that lead or Tungsten shot pellets evaporate into thin air after 30 metres or have they accepted reality yet?

Also, are any of you girls playing TDM yet? Have they completely separated Kill based stats and objective based stats this time? I.E one could actually chase an objective and play properly without ruining their overall K/D?

(K/D is for bla bla bla, yeah i get it...YAWN)

I survived the midnight release. (I swear, the fact that I didn't punch the guys behind me in their faces was a miracle), and have played a few games and a little of the campaign.

I'm impressed so far. I did notice that this one seems a little harder than the last CODs.

I made it to level 10 before my friends quit and I started the campaign, the SIG is really good. Kills in 2 bursts at any distance, so it's powerful without being overpowered. A lot of people seem to have the same opinion. I've seen a lot of use.
The only other weapon I used was the PDW-5.7. It was alright, but nothing special.

As for the campaign, it seems the standard Call of Duty fare, but I do really like the class setup pre-mission.

Whelp, back to playing.
I'm going to be a zombie at work tomorrow.

Just came out victorious in a bullets vs. knife fight. Bullets won. This is now my favorite Call of Duty ever.

Yemen map is awesome tbh, quite unique for a Cod match in that there's no set chokepoint (as of yet).

Does feel a bit peculiar though, a bit more platformy to kill people

Spawns are a bit annoying, already... But nevertheless it's good.

They said K/D would only be affected by TDM but you can still work out your K/D lol. With SPM, at least for K/D in TDM we will know if they just sit around with low scores but keep a high K/D or if they actually play well.

Gotta be honest so far I'm liking it, maps are good, so far I haven't noticed any one gun that stands out ridiculously or is quote on quote "overpowered".

Question though, I thought they were making quickscoping harder? Seems to me it's easier than it's ever been. And no I'm not ragging on people that quickscoping, it's a legitimate tactic, let them get on with it.

Indeed! Multiplayer is laggy and the spawn killing is annoying. Campaign is good.

The M212 is kinda fun. The crossbow is good! But I got knifed from miles away, they said it had no lunge?! Obviously not. FFA spawns are absolutely horrible on the smaller maps, I spawned with a guy running in front of me but I got killed by a guy who spawned behind me and he got killed by a guy who spawned behind him, all in a linear line. It was on Hijacked (the boat map).
