New Perk Ideas

I have had a few perk ideas since the release of MW3 and I have yet to share them. So, here they are.

NOTE: Assuming that BO2 will no longer have 1 hit knife kills, I created a perk to help with that.


PERK TIER 1 (BLUE)
Sleight of Hand - Reload 2x Faster.
Pro - Place throw equipment 2x faster.

Blind Eye - Undetected by Enemy Air Support.
Pro - Lock on to Enemy Air Support Faster.

Scavenger - Replenish Ammo.
Pro - Replenish Frag Grenades, Semtex's, and Throwing Knives.

Extreme Conditioning - Sprint 2x Longer.
Pro - Climb Obstacles 2x Faster.

Inner Cooler - Shortened Duration between Sprints.
Pro - Knife 2x Faster.

PERK TIER 2 (RED)
Assassin - Undetected by UAV, thermal, portable radar, heartbeat sensors, etc.
Pro - No red crosshairs or nametag when targeted.

Hardline - Killstreaks require 1 less kill.
Pro - 2 assists count as a kill.

Blast Shield - 50% extra health towards enemy explosives.
Pro - Completely unaffected by Flash, Stun, and EMP grenades.

Berserker - Double Knife Damage.
Pro - Weapon Damage causes more flinching.

Terrorist - Extra Explosive Damage.
Pro - 2x the starting amount of Claymores, Betties, C4, any explosive equipment.

PERK TIER 3 (GREEN)
Steady Aim - Smaller Crosshairs.
Pro - Reduce Flinching when Shot.

Dead Silence - Silent Footsteps.
Pro - Silent Actions (Placing Equipment, reloading, planting bombs, etc.)

Resistance - Extra Air Support Damage.
Pro - 2x the health on any Air Support.

Sitrep - See enemy equipment in red.
Pro - Undetected by Enemy Equipment. Able to take enemy equipment and use it as your own.

Juggernaut - Regenerate Health Faster.
Pro - No Falling Damage.

PERK TIER 4 (SILVER)
Feather - Sprint Faster.
Pro - Crawl 2x Faster.

Quickdraw - Aim down sights faster.
Pro - Go prone and Stand up faster.

Overkill - Replaces your secondary with another primary.
Pro - Able to have 2 proficiencies on your primary.

Detector - Hear enemy footsteps and actions louder.
Pro - Able to see shot silenced weapons within the radius of your portable radar.

Flyswatter - 50% Extra health against Enemy Air Support.
Pro - Bullets cause more damage towards Enemy Air Support.

Blast Shield should be in 3rd slot. Move Juggernaught to 2nd.

Also, 4 tier perks?

By the way, lethal and tactical equipment shouldn't be allowed to be replenished. Whether that is a semtex, a throwing knife or a flash grenade.
