Seriously, I've been wanting to see this since Black Ops was released. Treyarch makes games with amazing support while Infinity Ward has made games with more interesting content. Put the two together and I'm 100% sure we'd get a really good call of duty game. >_<

Treyarch do the online and IW do the campaign

two company means half the dough and its all about the $$$ and less dollars for activision means less pages tributed to them in the guiness book of records.

Bold made me laugh , although I would love it, I'm not sure they would do a remastered CoD4 with Trophy Support seeing as the 360 version already has it's achievements although I can't see it being that hard to just patch it in like many other games done, given how simple the trophies would be anyways without any Zombie or Spec Ops in that game and they never done any multiplayer trophies such as prestiging or getting to max rank and prestige. Maybe on the next gen systems they'll do it, but I doubt they'll do it on the same PS3/360 platform.

Also nice of you to give us a real life link between what sort of roles and missions they would of had to do in those conflicts based upon the factions they are in the game.

There are 2 directions I would like to see IW go as far as the campaign/setting. Either do it in present time or say from 2006-2010 or something, and base it around the current war in the middle east, but instead of it just being about America, bring other NATO factions into it and get the war from their perspective, heck even if it was just from Canadian, South African and Australian Forces and didn't have the British involved. MoH missed their chance I think with making a good campaign/multiplayer game given the setting they went with although I guess it was nice doing stuff based off real Delta missions/operations.

The second setting I would like, (which you've already touched on Antipathy) would be somewhere in the 80's and early 90's, sort of around the Falklands and Gulf War era which would lead us nicely onto the prequels with Ghost/Gaz and Price. Sort of do a scenario of what would of happened if the Falklands War went tits up and we lost to Argentina or if someone like Russia was a massive ally to Iraq in the Gulf War and supporting them with arms deals etc.

I wouldn't mind seeing IWand Treyarch work together actually, just to see what crazy shit they could come up with lol. Two teams working on it could equal double the problems or it could equal none. You never know with this kind of thing. I doubt this will be the last COD game though, they will think of something trust me. If COD ever ended they would probably run around like chickens with their heads cut off.
