	Clearly Activision don't deem 2025 as near future and to be honest I don't blame them. In the year 2012, 2025 is quite a way off. Maybe when signing it Infinity Ward considered near future as 50 years from the day they signed it, but unless the contract explicitly stated the dates from and to they have no case..

	Yes, I also don't think 2025 isn't far enough in the future. After all, MW3 was only set in 2016. The human race couldn't have developed that fast in that short a time.

	I doubt anyones gonna sue anyone. The near future setting can only have a MW title? No ones gonna get sued. Or if they do, they're real bleepin idiots! Infinity Ward screwed this game up after they made the same game 3 times. Treyarch should be able to do anything they want. They are the #1 studio now. In CoD 10 InfinityWard better team up with Treyarch or they're screwed. At that time Treyarch will probably be busy with Bops2 dlc so CoD10 is screwed. They'll probably make it MW4.
