8 players would be balanced. If you have 8 players there would be up to 4x the amount of zombies spawned every player over 4 that is playing. Sure people could still steal kills, but if they are doing that then they aren't defending their area of the map well at all.

From what I have heard from CEO of Treyarch Mark Lamia is that the basic waves of zombies is returning, but it will be joined by several other modes. I get the feeling they may add in a game mode almost like Geometry Wars 2's Pacifism mode, where you have no gun yet you are leading the zombies through explosive gateways that pop up in the world while avoiding them to kill them. I also think we'll see a mode similar to Left 4 Dead where they give you a start point and an extraction point it's a simple case of get from A to B.

Well Zombies this time could be set in a more preset time period, there for Sam could be in her like 60's now or something, or it could be her daughter, I don't know, didn't really care much for the story thing, never played Zombies on WaW.

I think i said this a while ago in the Black Ops forum, but a cathedral map could be amazing. You'd start in like, one of the upstairs rooms (im not too sure on what sort of rooms are in a cathedral other than the obvious ones), and you can open up other rooms, including going downstairs to the large main hall bit, upstairs to the dome/spire/whatever, and then downstairs to the crypt, and maybe even an outside section.
