Nothing new in terms of characters, it's the same amount as the closed beta. There's just the 2v2, friend invites and cross-play. NO TRAINING MODE they do have a tutorial, though.

and yeah, at this point I guess there's no news on any new characters. derp. DLC ahoy. :/

Yeah, and I always get the Ratchet and Clank stage the most, lol. Training mode is basically the tutorial, at least for learning the buttons even if it is Parappa, who people probably find the most hard....and I wonder if that's why he is the character they picked for that. Honestly though he is kind of just "lol kick punch kick throw" "omg skateboard and boombox!" he is just kind of ass. His boombox ftw, though I don't remember that in Parappa.

Welp I like Fat Princess still and I tried out Sly Cooper and liked him, even though he feels a little weird atm. Turning invisible helps you avoid so much supers and stuff lol. Kratos was okay, but whenever someone else uses him I feel like it's cheap as hell, I dunno he seems like he will be top tier, and so does Fat Princess because they can kill and gain super meter so damn quickly. We'll see though, some characters you think are broken end up being middle tier or lower because people find out how to negate stuff. A lot Kratos isn't totally spam like in God of War.

I played Killzone before and I want the games, but I still need to use Master Chief the *bleep*ing long ranged bastard Radec. I played Twisted Metal back when I was a kid too, and I still need to check out Sweet Tooth. But yeah some people just sat back and shot whenever it worked lol with Kratos and Radec. When I picked Kratos, EVERYBODY in my match was Kratos....Kratos is cool, but *bleep* him in this game.

Also the in game chat or whatever is weird. It would be annoying to hear people raging like on COD, you can probably mute on the real game though, and it's probably just in the beta. There is a lobby to talk in before game in the real game most likely. I never 2v2d in Brawl because it kind of sucked, but I could see myself doing it more in this game. I wonder if people will just play around like people do on Basic Brawls on SSBB lol. If there are lobbies before games you can plan that out better too if you just want to screw around with people. I dunno why there WOULDN'T be a lobby though, hah.

I fell asleep and I seen that he invited me when I woke up lol. Overall this is going to be a fun and good game, but I just wish there were some more characters and more than two female reps, at least Lightning from FF? .-.' All the characters that are going to be in the game are leaked/we know them already. It would be cool if they surprised us with DLC though. Aren't there any DLC characters? I thought there was but we just knew about them already. ;I
