In the 6th match of the PES League season, 4th place Alchemdolf took on leaders Saintragler at Tylecliff Arena. Saintragler went into the game of the back of a draw against KVC Merigaunt which witnessed a peach from Antberk. The game was an utter goal-fest and a cruising win for the Scots. The game started well for Saints as Alchemdolf found themselves 1-0 down within a minute when Marcus Antberk netted his 7th goal of the season. Antberk netted another with a ferocious strike past the near post. Alchemdolf set alarm bells ringing though as striker Per Nahlmann hit the post with their only real opportunity of the game. Antberk took advantage and headed home his hattrick just before half-time. Soon after it was 4 as the Saints started the second-half brightly with Antberk nodding home his 4th goal of the game and his 10th of the league campaign. Redmond then finished well to round of the scoring. Antberk scores his first of the game. MacAlghee comes close. Antberk celebrates his second. Antberk completes his hat-trick. Antberk gets his fourth. Redmond rounds off the scoring. In the second UEFA Champions League group match, Saintragler comprehensively defeated Club Brugge 5-1 in Belgium. Christian Tello scored after 10 minutes to set the Saints on a clear path to victory. The lead doubled when Antberk scored yet another goal to make the game 2-0. Antberk then turned provider when his delightful chipped ball found Gaetan Charbonnier who made no mistake with his volleyed finish. Bjorn Vleminickx had other ideas and he took it upon himself to lead a comeback. His 38th minute header sailed past Gronegham to keep Brugge in with a chance. However, Saintragler added two more goals, through Slyhamphshire and another from Antberk, to make it 5-1 and go second in the group. The team celebrate Tello's first goal. The finish by Tello. Antberk with his lasting impression on the game Charbonnier scores his first of the tournament. Vleminickx scores to wake up Brugge. Slyhampshire makes it 4 Antberk on hand to round of the scoring. 	Antberk is a force to be reckoned with. Have you had any offers for him? One question, do you play as the players? Or only "manage" them as the... manager? If the latter, then Antberk is even more impressive!

	He's off the scale. Literally. He's got everything; pace, strength, flair and the most deadly finish. There's always interest for him but I get no bids ever. Weird as he's 23 and 87OVR. I picked up a nice CB who was rated 71 and only 19. ;D Also picked up a rated 71 20/21 year old and I only had to pay him 100k euros for the whole year. They have a bunch of pretty good youths over there. And they're both rated 73-74 by the end of the season. So maybe something to look out for... their names were Brosco and Bianchetti. In case you were looking for a few young/cheap CBs. The game was pretty dull until the second half with a claw-like Gronegham save from striker Dmitry Rynamolev the highlight of the first half. However, things changed in the second-half when defender David Pintonyard was dismissed for two bookings. He will miss the next tie in the season. It was expected that Gharnetova would score but that was not on the cards as the resilient Saintragler side showed their attacking prowess by going up the other end and scoring with a cameo goal for Slovenian midfielder Armin Bačinović who forced the ball in at the second attempt from Kim Pa-Jip's incisive through-ball. Marcus Antberk was up to his usual tricks and was on hand to score his 11th goal of the campaign. Striker Alexandr Yarmanik did take advantage of the gaping hole in the defence and score to set up a tense finale. Saintragler held on for 3 points. Gronegham's brilliant save. Was Pintonyard's dismissal the right decision? Bačinović celebrates The Bačinović method - slide to shoot! You may get bored of reading Antberk and his TWELVE goals in this update alone; we apologise.* Saintragler got past the first round of the PES Cup by beating Division 2 side FSV Fineseeberg 4-0 courtesy to another Marcus Antberk wonder show where the striker scored 4 goals to sink the German side. However, it took 30 minutes for him to get his first, a sliding shot from an 180 degree angle, as the defensive side stood resilient to the explosive attack they faced. But a defensive lapse let Antberk in 3 more times to book them a place in the second round against TRN Trunecan J.K. In a thrilling encounter, Saintragler came back from 2 goals to win 4-3 against 20th placed Cantelsir Spor. Cantelsir took the lead when Joseph Callbottom's defensive error allowed Balkan Akusren to score a rebound. It was then 2-0 as Wesley Ulotocan met Ezequiel Brener's inch perfect cross. Saintragler fans were getting impatient with the star-studded team. The fightback was ignited by Marcus Antberk who curled a delicious shot in at the near post. Into the second half and just 10 minutes in, a keeper error allowed Antberk to score his second and tie it up. Then, even more joy as Daniel Opare's 'cross-shot' ended up in the net. It was the attacking right-back's first goal for the club and completed a likely comeback by the Saints. But Cantelsir became the party poopers as Yoda Gidzil scored a 67th minute equaliser for Spor. Luck had been in Saintragler's favour and when Adam MacAlghee deep through ball found Robert Lewandowski, the £11m man made no mistake in finding the back of the net for his 4th goal of the season. (This is the annihilation by Antberk - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!) Marcus. Antberk. Goals. Those are the three words that sum up the very one-sided, or you could say 'one-playered', encounter at the Tylecliff Arena. It was Antberk's turn to destroy woeful promoted side A.C Nistoloskis by hammering a double hat-trick past the Greeks. They could not put up with him all game and when he cut inside Ioannis Cornostara and shot, the score was one-nil. Antberk, playing further forward in a new-look formation then scored 4 more similar goals before the turn of halves to make it FIVE-NIL at the half time break. Disagreement broke out in the away dressing room with some of the more stronger players using their brute strength on other players. The manager gave them a stern talking to and a new marking plan that worked as Antberk was majorly hushed, but not completely, in the second half as his chances were limited. He did however produce a fantastic goal from a counter attack late in the game. Reto Ziegler played a cross from an attacking position onto the head of Lewandowski who quite conveniently nodded the ball squared for Antberk to volley home stupendously. The fantastic goal capped a fantastic game. The Saints are 1 point ahead of PES United in second, and looking to break away like the last season where they won by a grand-slam margin.
